@HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

@HSBC_UK Need to transfer funds from my HSBC Acct @ 15 High St. Bournemouth, to my Acct in Cebu, PH. Locked out and read New Secure Login being introduced, so little point getting it restored! Will try Phoning HSBC UK, via Viber Out.

@hsbc_uk my fingerprint stopped working on the app now my digital securr key is blocked but my security answers keep saying wrong when they're not. Now it's blocked the app and online banking and neither them or phone calls will fix problems. I need to log in somehow

@HSBC_UK @paul_hammant to all the people getting ‘we really care about your issue, please DM us’ expect nothing. 3 time I DM yesterday….absolutely no reply. It’s cute how they think they are helping us by throwing us off our app. High St banking is dead.
