    @HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I can’t logon my mobile bank app even after I entered password. It stayed in the same page and nothing changed. Can you help me with that?

    I'm two for two at my local @HSBC_UK branches today. Neither branch has a working cash deposit kiosk, one had scrapped its counter service, and the other had a stupidly long queue to be served by a human (remember them?). It might be time to change banks...

    Not again... Another day, another @HSBC_UK branch with an out of service cash deposit kiosk. And to make it worse, it's another branch that's removed its traditional counter service. A failure to provide the most basic of banking services is starting to seriously piss me off.

    @Thin_As_Lizzy @HSBC_UK The equalities act allows for services to be provided to people with specific protected characteristics where that group has previously been marginalised and has less access to other services. I would think there is lots of evidence that such a programme as this would qualify.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Online agents give wrong instructions to customers. They directed me to the branch twice for a transaction that the branch did not have access to. Working with HSBC is just a waste of time!!!

    @HSBC_UK We tried to log on and the website wouldn't accept the codes we entered (even though they were correct) so we were locked out. When I tried to unlock us on the mobile app, we were locked out of there as well because I made 1 mistake with the security code for the app.

    @HSBC_UK impossible to get through to your non digital team - queued for 90 minutes and a further 40 yesterday and now I’m queuing again. I only want to upgrade my bank account but you’re not making this easy and no one tells you how long the queue is that they put you in.

    @HSBC_UK how long does it take to do a balance transfer? Submitted last week, still not done. Honestly been the worst service from start to finish of opening the account to now
