@HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK i work in a post office and frequently encounter frustrated customers of various banks. avoid the online banks - almost impossible to pay money / cheques in or get hold of anyone customer service wise.

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Nationwide, not a bank but a building society (it makes a difference). When we need help, we get to speak to caring, friendly humans (often in Swindon) and they get thing sorted fast. Using Visa CC abroad is very cheap too.
