@HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

@HSBC_UK why are you so rubbish at customer service nowadays? It’s almost impossible to speak to you on the phone and our local branch is closed due to staff shortages. Seriously? Small businesses are continuing to run normally but with all your power, you can’t?

@HSBC_UK great when your trying to open a business bank account and the online system is flawed, in branch can’t help, the phone line can’t help the only option is live chat 1 week later I still haven’t been able to speak to someone to progress the application
