    @HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I can’t logon my mobile bank app even after I entered password. It stayed in the same page and nothing changed. Can you help me with that?

    The online chatbot at @HSBC_UK MOBA has to be the worst chatbot application I have ever encountered. Big bank, awful AI/NLP. And it refuses to connect me to a human agent. Just cuts me off. Great!

    @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs How about doing something now instead of waiting until September! You let customers lose access to their accounts and then say we can’t be bothered to do anything to make the app compatible, like all other banks have done #hsbc #fail

    @HSBC_UK Hi Avril, sarcasm aside this really is poor customer support not making iOS-16 compatible with hsbc banking app, I have been a customer for 30 years and this is worst customer support I have experienced, exacerbate by being brushed off with zero commitment to resolve!

    @HSBC_UK im bored of not being able to access the app bcs i’m on ios16. i can’t even download on my ipad because my digital secure key is on my phone.. completely shut out of online banking. this is not on at all.

    @HSBC_UK YOU NEED TO GET YOUR TELEPHONE BANKING SERVICE FIXED!!! I HAVE CALLED TWICE TODAY TOTALLING OVER HALF AN HOUR WAITING TIME ONLY TO BE ANSWERED AND HAVE THE OPERATOR UNABLE TO HEAR ME SO THEN END THE CALL!!! I NEED TO DISCUSS AN URGENT MATTER BUT CLEARLY I AM UNABLE TO!
