@HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

@HSBC_UK It's crazy. There used to be 24 hour telephone support, now it's 8am - 8pm so we're all left here hanging hoping that our money is still in our accounts. This is unacceptable
