@HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

@Pieandapint @HSBC_UK Had similar problem with my (different) bank. Received a letter saying Call this number. Rang no. 'We are experiencing many calls, follow links on website.' Links on website lead to 'Call this number'.

@HSBC_UK After taking ages to open my current account, I am now unable to create a digital secure key on the app after registering on the IB to be able to login! Stuck in a deadlock! @HSBC_UK @HSBC Please fix your app!

@HSBC_UK really poor service to the elderly. You have taken £10,000 out of her account and then not responded to her calls and visits to the bank. Can’t believe that you would discriminate against elderly and steal from them. Two hours on the phone and you can’t help them!
