@HSBC_UK 2 hours 30 mins on hold & counting AFTER being put through by someone who couldn't resolve the issue relating to company credit card security despite being on the number I was told to contact. This is NOT customer service but a BROKEN BUSINESS!

@HSBC_UK @futurerust_ Hi, this just happened to me now with your ATM on the Kings Road at 20:20 pm tonight. Can I please have a customer service agent give me the authorisation code which will allow my bank to revert the transaction manually, otherwise I’ll have to wait for up to 7 days!

@HSBC_UK This is a first - called your customer service to pay off my credit card - their response : call your bank and ask them where to make the payment because you are not an HSBC credit card holder... Just a pointer ...might be worth teaching them how to take payments!
