@HSBC_UK hey HSBC I'm an existing customer (20 yrs)really doing my best to open a joint account. Can't do it online (existing customer), can't do it over telephone banking and can't do it in any branch apart from one in a major city centre? Really? Easier to switch bank?

@HSBC_UK had some fraudulent transactions on my joint account. could only get hold of the online help last night, who said i had to wait til the pending transaction had processed, then 60-90 days before the money was returned *if* it was proven that the transaction was fraudulent

Why can't @HSBC_UK provide a reasonable service? The business telephone banking "service" is a joke and the online banking platform does not work. And most of its branches have been shut ... In the meantime, @TheFCA does nothing for the customers who are let down

@HSBC_UK after 4 hrs finally you call me back, only to be told you can’t help me & that I should “put something in the post” , after I said no, I needed to email wire info to you from the remitters bank proving you had received my funds, you then hung up on me! Bravo 👏👏👏👏

@HSBC_UK when customer advisors try to drag out a phone call so you can’t speak to the relevant department because they close well had I not waited 30 mins to get through

For completeness, I had access to my mobile app, to my calculators, to my SMS, to my email, but none of these seem to work. Archaic IT integration. What a pity… for you @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@c_j_d @HSBC_UK Also, @VirginMoney bereavement helpline were absolutely brilliant - thrice. However, the Bromley branch in the flesh treatment was absolutely terrible
