    @HSBC_UK almost 3 weeks since the iOS15 public beta came out and the app still hasn’t been updated to work. Other banking apps worked on day 1. Haven’t been able to generate a code to login, no access to online baking all this time. When will it be sorted?

    Normally do all my banking online @HSBC_UK but the one time I need to speak to someone it’s hugely painful experience. Someone is trying to take money from my accounts this morning and the support from you so far in the last hour has been poor to say the least.

    @HSBC_UK Hi there! I ve been trying to solve a problem in my accout, I called more than 15 times , expend money and time, they asked me for some papers by mail, I sent them , they already received it, but I am still wainting to apdate my address, is it so difficullt? please!!

    @HSBC_UK ...poor help given... locked myself out of my debit card..only solution was to re activate at an ATM. Ok,but you've closed all my local branches and taken the ATMs... apparently some non hsbc ATMS offer this solution-but which ones?Offer reactivation online!!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK phone agent, 2:45pm (at length, condescendingly): I'm sorry Mr Taylor, but there is no power of attorney on this account. @HSBC_UK phone agent, 3:15pm, given the same details: yes, I see you have power of attorney All this before I even get to explain the actual issue.

    So sadly we needed hospital treatment on holiday. Had to claim on travel insurance today. Was on the phone for 15 mins 3 hours later all the funds were in my account. @HSBC_UK exceptional cust service
