    @HSBC_UK Holding on the phone still - when are you going to start treating your customers to a bit of service. Time and time again we have to wait and wait and wait. Been like this for at least three years. When will you sort it?

    @HSBC_UK Applied online but didn't get "customer reference number" in order to process with documentation. Hence, couldn't process online request. Kindly assist as I am stuck.

    @HSBC_UK terrible customer service . Card got lost in post . Tried to call HSBC twice for 2 hours and nobody picked up . Eventually got hold of someone on online chat . Was told I have to go to branch to pick up new cardwent to the branch twice this week and it’s closed all week

    @RevRichardColes Because @HSBC_UK and others are shutting branches these ten dinosaurs will become a hundred at an open one soon. I raised the issue with @Moneybox yesterday. Because you can't log in you can't get online help and to call, well! Customer service at its best.

    @HSBC_UK I have not been able to access the app for several days, since updating to IOS 15. The app immediately closes. I can’t access my account online and it asks for verification via the app. Please advise how I can access my account, many thanks

    @HSBC_UK FYI, it's impossible to do a mortgage switch rate on an iPad because the "Chat" button blocks the "Continue" button, and there's no way to dismiss the chat. Which doesn't work anyway.

    @HSBC_UK how long does it take to do a balance transfer? Submitted last week, still not done. Honestly been the worst service from start to finish of opening the account to now
