Mildly frustrating day with @HSBC_UK today. I need to transfer over the online limit - this has to be done in branch, but more branches are being closed so cannot achieve payment today & have to drive 40 mins tomorrow to do this. Good job I have a car & no mobility issues.

@HSBC_UK business/commercial are quite possibly the most inept bank. Impossible to speak to anyone who knows what they are doing and still charge you for the privilege. I want to speak to someone in the UK let alone get a face to face meeting but no that is impossible!!! 😤

@HSBC_UK Was told I had to do a 60 mile round trip to collect new card & pin I said adios & went to Lloyds which is still I my town. Sheer lunacy closing down the banks
