@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

@HSBC_UK So this means in fact there is no way to access without the app? I know I can uninstall and install, I’m concerned this won’t help because I have an old iPhone and the newest version won’t work (iPhone 6). Calling is also a pain because I live in Brazil. Thanks

@MrsLesleyKemp @HSBC_UK I took my custom away from HSIT a few yrs back when they blocked my card for alleged fraud when I was abroad, when I got back a cheeky customer service woman said 'i will allow you £50' My money not theirs!
