@Kernow_King @HSBC_UK Customer services in this country have gone to ****. Can’t speak to a real person & if you finally get a living being they r worse than useless & couldn’t care less about helping. They have answer sheets they don’t deviate from & companies r affronted when we get pissed off 😡

A friend of mine who is currently in Gran Canaria is having a problem with his current account in the UK. HSBC Customer Services told him to contact HSBC in Spain. HSBC don't do personal banking in Spain!! He's now left in limbo....@HSBC_UK @HSBC #Banks #Customerservice #

@HSBC_UK Given the news today about Amazon dropping Visa credit card support, will you be offering customers the chance to swap to Mastercards? If Amazon are complaining you can bet a lot of small businesses are paying elevated fees too.

@HSBC_UK shocking customer service when requesting historical statements. Telephone banking cannot action these if they are more than 5 years old. Go to a branch they say - my most local branch opens 9:30 to 3 mon to Fri! What a brilliant option if you work in a school!

@HSBC_UK I’d just like to consider your processes/decision making and the impacts they have. Step back from it and it’s nonsensical having a bank you can’t pay money into because you choose to remove staff or issue new debit cards that don’t work with your own machines.

Shocking listening to a friend who has been scammed and his bank will not help him but shut his accounts @HSBC_UK @HSBC he has now gotta spend time transferring all his DDs and other payments never had a service like this from my bank if finances are not bad enough right now
