@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Tide bank is the best I’ve used. All online and their customer service is pretty good! Also, it’s CHEAP!

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK HSBC’s phone ‘service’ is pretty diabolical like...

  • wordsmithaaron Aaron (@wordsmithaaron) reported

@HSBC_UK Why is it so difficult to close an account? Premier customer, trying to upgrade my credit card and going round in circles. Can’t do it online, can’t do it over the phone, can’t do it over chat. Trying to close it now and it’s just as difficult!

  • SimonHargood1 Simon Hargood (@SimonHargood1) reported

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Move to a bank where it's not necessary to have to phone them. Starling are really good, been with them years and have had to contact them once, which was on a live chat, problem solved immediately

  • Anniepea12 Anniepea (@Anniepea12) reported

@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK Just been trying to buy some lights and had to jump through hoops before my bank okayed the transaction. It's my money for God sake! They're trying to stop our access to it. People should know where this is leading. I've moved most of mine to a credit union bank.
