    @HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

    I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

    @HSBC_UK are absolutely useless these days. Business customer for 15yrs, need to speak to someone on the business team. Been on hold for over 4hrs combined over the last 48hrs. Now I've been told I'll get a call back "at some point between now and Monday" Absolutely awful service

    @HSBC_UK I visited your Canary Wharf branch 3 times trying to open an account, to give HSBC money, to do business. 3 times I was told to come back with different documents, and when I came back with all of them, told to apply online. The online application failed, now nobody will help me.

    @HSBC_UK I've never experienced more shocking service from a bank in all my life! I'm from South Africa and our 3rd world banks are many times the superior to the service you offer HSBC! The branch workers refer me online only, your website is unhelpful, and no humans on phone!

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC so disappointed, angry and fuming. Bath Southgate have lost my cheque, paid in at the counter over 9 days ago! Chat via app couldn't help, told to call, 40 mins later, told to ring again and speak to someone else or go into Branch... I JUST WANT TO CALL THE BRANCH.
