I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK After 20 minutes someone answered but had to deal with a child in the background calling out as he was working from home. Got money transferred but will be switching banks as you treat your UK customers appallingly. Any recommendations ?
