@HSBC_UK Called customer support on 25-11-2022. You executive said I will get a call back on 26-11-2022 and your team will mail me the Swift copy for the transaction I done with global account. No call back and no Swift copy yet. Chat support will take 1 hr (MOBA says so).

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@HSBC_UK Really I should look for some other banks to work with? Minimum 22 minutes to talk to @HSBC_UK customer care executive looooong waiting line. No more transaction with your un regularised unstructured Global money account who cannot provide me a Swift copy as per your policy

I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge

@HSBC_UK Yes. The issue is resolved I was happy to update the same here. But you know what, same happened for the transaction on 5th December 2022. As per my understanding, based on previous experience the new one will not be resolved for another 1 month. @HSBC_UK worst experience

@HSBC_UK Then may be we can escalate to the financial ombudsman or someone with authority. I hope your team is aware that your app showing 72hrs deadline for transaction done through Global money account and HSBC mobile app. If it's a Glitch please update the deadline.

@HSBC_UK I changed mobile. Tried to log in to HSBC. Requested app on new phone. Answered security question. Got code with email. Got a code sent to private address. Arrived Jan 5th. Expired Dec. 29. Requested new code... Will it arrive before expiration? How to log in? Unanswered

@HSBC_UK No authorised a payment of my money to another organisation using your app and my fingerprint as you do suggest using biometrics on your website. For the sin or trying to move my money with your security to another company you have suspended my accounts and denied me access

@HSBC_UK Been trying to open a new joint account with my wife for over a year now without any success. We are both existing customers. Each time, phone or branch tells us something different. looking at closing all accounts due to this extremely poor service.

@WellhayesWine @HSBC_UK Been with them 40 years they have now suspended my account over a transaction I authorised in their app, thats me moving my money to another account that they have flagged as fraudulent, when I ring them I can't get past security so I am stuck with no access to my money
