@HSBC_UK Thanks for advice but it seems not working and I’ve tried to call for assistance couple of time but it still cut me off for no reason while I was waiting for unfreeze team for 40 minutes 😭😭. Does it work if I go to a branch to ask for help?

@HSBC_UK Instead of asking me to delete comment , can you tell me the reason when customer asks for regional branch manager name, she was reluctant and she decided herself , no need of manager here ? Who is she to decide ? CEO? Owner of hsbc?

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Manju and his 40 minute online customer service resolving skills is a 👎🏼. Thankfully speaking to a human was the better option, and resolved in just over 7 minutes

Want to set up new child current account. @HSBC_UK new customer number asks for existing account details then disconnects. @firstdirect doesn’t even do them. @Metro_Bank I gave up trying to persuade your automated system to let me talk to someone. You lot not want new customers?

@HSBC_UK Why should I delete the name? From customer point of view, why should I do same thing thrice and visit bank twice, if customer don’t know what’s the issue? You can’t handle this and says manager is not needed here? @HSBC

@HSBC_UK how do I go about praising /complimenting a member of branch staff? Your website makes this impossible and the chatbot is useless. I am no longer an HSBC customer so even going through the telephone line is difficult
