Hi @HSBC_UK Why does almost every one of your external ATMs in central London display "Sorry this machine is unable to serve you" outside office hours? It's bad enough you closing hundreds of branches without closing down all your remaining ATMs as well.

Trying to close joint account with @HSBC_UK. The PDF form is broken and won't print. It's the PDF, not me. Only answers are if I've tried saving it then printing it (it's a broken PDF), or directing me to other closing methods, which aren't available for joint accounts.

@HSBC_UK So instead of making a complaint, I want to mention Carlos Apolaya - someone you are very lucky to have, really I cannot stress this enough. And he didn't mention this but I know today this man sat with me during his lunch break to help me. I am so grateful for his kindness.

@HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness Have you actually tried to call your customer service number, I've been trying for 2 weeks its utterly hopeless as unable to access my online account as I need to activate a banking fob .. I've tried to email ... again no response .. filled in a online form 5 days possible wait

@HSBC_UK My issue has still not been resolved. How can I make a complaint? The online complaint form says to use the My messages facility within Online Banking if my complaint is account specific but I can’t find that facility.
