@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu This bank is a joke. Avoid. Their customer call centre is atrocious. Called them three times today and was hung up on twice! They’re charging me for a credit card balance they haven’t even transferred over from previous provider. Appalling. #HSBC #CustomerService

@DrProudman @HSBC_UK He took £12k that was intended to help pay off my dads mortgage, costs etc. after my dad died, amongst other things that was terrible for the estate, but benefitted him It’s been 7 years of hell, not only losing my dad, but not having any support in dealing with financial abuse

@HSBC_UK Hi, do you allow customers to temporarily block debit cards? I "lost my cards this morning but have now got them back. In the meantime I phoned in to cancel the cards and order new ones. Being able to block a card for 24 hours would be good & allow me time to find them
