    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK Trying connect hsbc business banking customer services over the phone last 2 weeks. System put you on hold for more than an hour and nothing happened. Issue is not resolving through Internet banking

    @HSBC_UK So I just spent another 45 minutes in hsbc. The procedure says that I have to produce an amended birth certificate for my son. I have his original birth cert & a name change deed from a solicitor. I cannot get a new birth cert. So cannot change his name apparently? Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK Have been trying since 8pm yesterday to make a bank transfer on the mobile app. "We're sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later"...Define temporarily and Define Later please?

    **** you @HSBC_UK . Closed almost all your branches in Coventry. The one remaining (Broadgate) is chaos. Queues of people and hardly any staff. Appalling customer service. Waited 45 minutes before walking out. My first act after registering my LPA will be to close the account! 👆

    .@HSBC_UK's android app is so fundamentally broken it's blocking me from transferring money entirely. "Sorry this service is unavailable try again later" - oh sure, just, y'know, the core capability of a banking app. But it gets worse 1/2

    @TanyaBentleyID @HSBCUK_ @HSBC_UK My acct was compromised and my Appeals never worked, I upload my ID/details and told them my mobile phone n email, I got no response from supportteam, was then recommended to #sainmashmalo on IG I messaged him and he helped me with a quick recovery he's the best.DMhim for help

    @HSBC_UK Appalled by HSBC’s service. Our account has been blocked through no fault of our own and nobody has been able to help - in branch, online or by phone. We have no money, our direct debits our bouncing and I have been cut off the line once again.

    @HSBC_UK When I enter details incorrectly, it tells me I've made a mistake. Only when I put in the correct ID do I get the error!
