    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    Hello @HSBC_UK I am a blind customer and I can no longer add a new payee using your app, as the button to select whether it's a business account is no longer accessible using a screen reader on my phone. Please can you sort this out as I'd like to be able to access banking.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC is not limited on email or telephone. Your customer service is appalling. Of course I will ask my sister to contact you again, now that HSBC can be bothered to pay attention. It’s a shame it has to be public before HSBC does stuff…

    I’m all for phone insurance, but when @HSBC_UK use a new provider and they send out randomly “refurbished” iPhones and I say that loosely. It’s pretty ****. This replacement has more damage that the stolen one ever had. Not even refurbed by apple. Think this policy will be closed

    @HSBC_UK The app said to go on the website and go to log in and choose 'forgotten login details/reset secure key' but again, that button does not exist. I just need to log into my bank account.

    @HSBC_UK you’ve closed all of my accounts with no reason whatsoever and no one will tell me why - what’s going on? I’ve been a customer for 21 years. Exasperated doesn’t even come close
