    @PrettyWildXx @HSBC_UK Nah, a bank is not obliged to do business with you. They are taking a firm stance on inclusivity and self expression in their staff and they are indicating that this won’t change - therefore if you’re a customer and you’re not happy with it, you can go elsewhere.

    @HSBC_UK The fact that the only support the live chat bot on the site recommends is logging in to get support, when you're entire issue is that you can't log in is absolutely insane.

    @HSBC_UK I can see that the HSBC app was not functioning at some point last week which was not the case for me. However, today I appear to have an issue API_103. When is this likely to be resolved?

    @HSBC_UK oh dear! App crashed again? Getting a bit annoying now! Phone lines close at 8pm and @DowndetectorUK were the only way to check if it was me with a problem!
