@PrettyWildXx @HSBC_UK Nah, a bank is not obliged to do business with you. They are taking a firm stance on inclusivity and self expression in their staff and they are indicating that this won’t change - therefore if you’re a customer and you’re not happy with it, you can go elsewhere.

Having an absolute nightmare with @PayPalUK & @HSBC_UK… Unauthorised transactions on my HSBC account from what looked like PayPal, but wasn’t. HSBC couldn’t help but instead tried to get me to contact a random PayPal address in Bournemouth. Couldn’t get through, seemed dodgy.

@HSBC_UK your app now crashes on iOS 15 (both Public Beta 2 and now 3), are you getting a fix out for this? My NatWest app has been fine.

@tapdripping @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin They don't care, PR is to get more clients, more people to defraud the ones who can't afford the loss, then give you the boot and the unavailable customer service. Ignore their own voluntary code they signed, that was just pr too #nointegrity

@Cumbriapolice Whats the use of reporting a crime if you do nothing about it? Or take forever to get to it to allow fraudsters and banks like @HSBC_UK to get away with broken regulations. These delays sends a message to criminals that crime is ok.

@HSBC_UK They answered after 1 hour and 15 minutes but the don’t have security clearance to check my account. I’ve now been on hold for another 15 minutes for that. Is this a joke? It doesn’t seem to be April fools. This is a business account I just don’t believe this service.

@HSBC_UK You froze my entire account on a Friday afternoon with no warning. Called so many times to be told there is no one to talk to about this until at least Mon. All of my money I have in the world is with you and I cant access a penny of it.Won't tell me why even! So anxious
