They are taking a firm stance on inclusivity and self expression in their staff and they are indicating that this won’t change - therefore if you’re a customer and you’re not happy with it, you can go elsewhere.

I’ve spent an hour trying so far and have had enough of being passed from dept to dept and of being left holding on while listening to ghastly ‘music’.
