@HSBC_UK what’s the normal lead times for stuff to arrive after opening an advance account? I am still waiting for some items to arrive and customer services number didn’t instill much faith this morning!

Customer service from @HSBC_UK today... called for help for the lady to put me on hold to go deal with screaming children then hang up on me. I know we all have to work from home at times but leaving me hanging for 17 mins is inappropriate. Now I have to start again in the queue

@HSBC_UK is there a problem with the phone app. Won't work. Tried uninstall and reinstall. Worked for a few hours. Now down again. Can't do that everytime I want to use it.
