  @HSBC_UK Getting error code API_103, waiting half an hour for a reply on being unable to load my accounts, now I can’t even load the log in page! HSBC App checker says there’s no problems with online banking?? No access to info, accounts, funds, card payments or information. Poor.

  @HSBC_UK @HSBC @BBCNews this is shocking. How am I unable to spend the money I earned when I want. Your online services have been down for hours with no communication at all. On a Friday night of all days too, I best be offering compensation to everyone who uses this bank!!!
