@HSBC_UK you keep sending letters to someone at my address who doesn't live here. Your live chat won't understand. I keep returning them, but you, or someone at the same PC as you CS centre, keeps sending them. Please help stop

@HSBC_UK Thanks. I can’t find the generic info you mention. It doesn’t seem to have been posted. All we need to know is when/if the problem will be sorted. Will it take longer for some models/OS than others? If so please give details. Currently doesn’t seem to be sorted for any of them.

@DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK HSBC are a nightmare! My husband needed statements for his business account, you can’t order on the app, they won’t do it over the phone you have to go into a branch! Also wallet stolen over weekend & unable to order new cards as “system down”🙄🤯

@HSBC_UK since updating to IOS 14.8 the HSBC online banking app has been crashing and haven’t been able to log on. Very appalling especially after having to wait 3-4 weeks for account to be opened now this. Off to uni soon so will need frequent access to my online banking service
