@LlyrDerwydd @HSBC_UK It is an unpleasant and worrying experience, our BM did help prevent the account from being shut down so we could still operate. HSBC do need to pull their finger out on this. You are not alone! And you will have to go through with all this all over again in 5 or so years.

@GregHands I thought I would let you know how impossible it is to report a Bounce Back Loan fraud for £18,750 in your constituency to HSBC. I have tried today and they just don’t seem interested or bothered… @HSBC_UK
