@HSBC_UK Does it make any difference? You know the wait times are ridiculous. It doesn’t help that you voice menu reads out a long list of things I can do on the website (which don’t include what I need right now) like some kind of deliberate torture.

@HSBC_UK @SEAresource Shame there aren’t enough left to do a minimum level of service. Wanted me to take complaint offline here still waiting for a response month and half later. Just like 5 minutes on the chatbot being answered 4.5 hours later in early hours of the morning.

Having a problem with @HSBC_UK not having sent my necessary details regarding mortgage payments in the post, only way to get in touch without those logins is via phone, meaning disabled customers are unable to get in touch. In other news, Happy International Disability Day.

@HSBC_UK James or Rit - No I do not have the mobile app on my phone, and I do not wish to add yet another app to the phone if I can avoid it. Your website repeatedly says that the chat is available on the site. If this is a lie, please say so, otherwise please show me where.
