@HSBC_UK @Chris_Hambridge Same here, I went into the bank withal my I.d explained problem they said HSBC are having problems with online banking and to give it a few days. It's been a few days already!!! So why you not admitting its your glitch HSBC

@HSBC_UK is it still the case that payees can’t be deleted on the banking app? I have old account details showing for 3 or 4 payees so I really need to tidy this up. Seems a very strange omission from an otherwise very good service

@Techuk73 @HSBC_UK Having the exact same issue here. Had 4 pending transactions before the latest update now none of them are showing (they aren't showing as cleared either).

@HSBC_UK I cannot get the HSBC app to work on my Pixel 6 Pro, and no mention of this issue anywhere; any suggestions? I've uninstalled, restarted the phone, force stopped. App opens and then instantly closes.

@HSBC_UK 1/2 appalling service AGAIN, you suspend our account for fraud check, we call up. after 90 minutes we are told BY YOUR OWN TEAM there is no fraud check and the account is not suspended. but clearly IS showing as suspended on our screens.
