@HSBC_UK So my car breaks down, have cover through HSBC with RAC and service is SHOCKING. Have kids in car and car is unsafe on the road, told 3-4 hrs MAX. 6hours later I get asked if tomorrow is ok? WHAT A JOKE!! So furious and lack of care! Want an Answer! 🤬😡🤬😡

@HSBC_UK You've already got history with my Uncle's monies not being in HSBC UK or HSBC Philippines for 4 months last year. YOU shut down the complaint with a measly £100 comp and didn't resolve the other issues in the complaint. Why is there an ongoing £500 missing?

@HSBC_UK Could you please fix your secure 3d verification system? I can not make online payments or add my card to PayPal or Google pay and your support is saying that nothing is wrong at your side and it's a merchant problem. Your service is frustrating and I had to make a complaint

@HSBC_UK great when your trying to open a business bank account and the online system is flawed, in branch can’t help, the phone line can’t help the only option is live chat 1 week later I still haven’t been able to speak to someone to progress the application

@HSBC_UK why are you so rubbish at customer service nowadays? It’s almost impossible to speak to you on the phone and our local branch is closed due to staff shortages. Seriously? Small businesses are continuing to run normally but with all your power, you can’t?
