@HSBC_UK I rather know what your short and long term plans are to have stable platforms, you clearly suck at technology. Is this latest issue resolved yes or no, ad I have online purchases to make today.

@HSBC_UK So just ignore customers yeah? Ok great. Incredible customer service.

@HSBC_UK I applied for a kids bank account over a month ago and have not heard a dicky bird. No letters, emails or anything. I am an existing customer. What is happening?!?

  • iew23 Ian Wilcox (@iew23) reported

@HSBC_UK When trying to login we get to put our username and password in and then just gives a screen to return to business banking

  • Aaqil Aaqil Mahmood (@Aaqil) reported

@HSBC_UK Helpline for the account holders = UK For everybody else = India with limited access to customer details

I am extremely disappointed with this poor service, both for myself and the colleague :( @HSBC_UK

  • skykit84 Skykit (@skykit84) reported

Hi @HSBC_UK can I confirm, existing mortgage holders only need to go in-branch to open a current account? Madness when you're closing so many down but just got told that my online application is no good due to having a mortgage

  • dgpearce1000 David Pearce (@dgpearce1000) reported

@BarclaysUKHelp The issue is with Banking Hubs, not branches. I had expected the Barclays rep in the Banking Hub to be able to verify IDs but the service provided is too limited and needs sorting OR you need to provide an online method like @HSBC_UK. Haven’t visited the branch as I have no time.

  • jennifercwebber Jennifer Webber (@jennifercwebber) reported

Unfortunately it was down as miss Jennifer and my bank account is Mrs j c - which they addressed the letter that accompanied it to. So @HSBC_UK have refused it
