@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

An update with @HSBC_UK @HSBC - they blocked access to my online accounts for me, but not for the scammer so happily paid out £9000 despite failing security checks. Called Fraud Detection Team who gave me incorrect details...failed to block my cards, so still vulnerable...sigh...

@HSBC_UK Wow I have no words for your customer service and how difficult it is to transfer funds to a credit card. Every other credit card does not need a balance to transfer.
