    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK how can I make a complaint about a staff member at your Newbury branch? I had to wait over a week for a free appointment and then was greeted by a rude staff member who laughed at me and clearly had decided she wasn't going to help me before we even started.

    @HSBC_UK Tried to open an account,was told to do it online.Did so,was then called and told to come in for an appointment.First available appointment on the 17th!!…so I said,”I’ll go to Barclays”.Reply? “Ok then”. Zero customer service at the start probably isn’t the best start?

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK Guys there has been an update on the HSBC app can someone let me know if it’s fixed the issue with iOS 15 as I don’t want to revert back again to iOS 14 if it’s not working! I’ve run it on a tester unit on iOS 15 but not all the way to bank login

    @HSBC_UK Have you problems with sending OTP via text at the moment 2 days trying to verify my new card on google pay for contactless no texts received..and yes I am receiving other texts so not a signal issue.

    Hello @HSBC_UK with your credit card do you need to wait until you have a statement to pay off the balance ? I've tried to pay it through the app but I keep getting a "system error" confirming you are not accepting the payment, thanks
