    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I’ve experienced some of the worst customer service experience in my life today. I’ve rang to follow up on a complaint and both times the person has disappeared on the call after poorly handling the complaint. Colleague overheard in the office and couldn’t believe it.

    @HSBC_UK today a customer support employee who goes by "princess" ended my query without my consent as I was trying to identify a £5 charge I didn't recognize. Their word were, "...basically you are disputing 5.00 only?" What the hell??? Who are they to behave like this?

    @HSBC_UK hi I’m trying to pay off my HABC credit card however I’m unable to on the app as I don’t have a current account with yourselves. Wish I knew this before I opened the account. How else can I make a payment? My own bank are unable to help.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC My account has been inhibited for 2 weeks, no information whatsoever! how am I supposed to pay staff, suppliers or even DUTY for container at port. How can a business run with no access to payments!!!

    @HSBC_UK I’m fully aware how to create one. The option is not present on your website. This has been raised by a few customers on Twitter already and needs looking into. I’m not calling to set one up when the option should be available on online banking. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

    @thebiggj @HSBC_UK Having been sent the magic number I too have the mystery error code. The process so far has been painful enough, I don't think I am going to be able to cope with their disinterested incompetence when I attempt the long wait tomorrow. SoS.
