Found the courage to try and fix my world and called my bank @HSBC_UK I messed up and didn't know how to cope or fix anything but all my fears were instantly squished with kindness, understanding and positivity when I finally made the call. Thank you, sounds daft but there you go

@HSBC_UK This new app is DREADFUL. Absolutely dreadful. It looks and feels terrible to use, and has several bugs as well. Just atrocious. Previous app was actually really good and easy to use. What a huge mistake this update has been. #HSBC
