@HSBC_UK absolutely dreadful customer service YET AGAIN from @HSBC_UK. Have tried switching current account twice on your website and 2 weeks later we’re being asked to apply for a third time as they cannot trace our details!!

@HSBC @HSBC_UK @MoneySavingExp Spent over 2.5 hours on hold today to discuss a Section75 claim. I had to give up in the end. Awful customer service. Plus.. I had to listen to the same 30 second music clip on loop for the entire time.

My husband called @HSBC_UK to claim our first ever household insurance and was told what he was claiming for are not covered. Cancelled our policy after 18 years. Poor #customer #service We never once missed a monthly payment which works out to be over £6,000.00. Not good #HSBC

@HSBC_UK I am disappointed with the HSBC customer service. I spoke with a lady this morning who was very unhelpful and eventually cut off the phone. HSBC was better than this.

@HSBC_UK app doesn't display any button to generate security code, changed relevant settings,turned on permissions no avail.Nobody in CS seem to be aware any app issues(!).I was coarsed to using the app, noone knows how to send my activation code 4 secure key either. Help
