@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@HSBC_UK are a joke. Over 4 wks after forms sent re online banking still no reply. Fill in complaint form online 1 week to come back to you. How are volunteers & clubs suppose to operate when they encounter such a shambles of service. @Swim_England advise clubs to stay well away

@HSBC_UK After an hour online with your "customer service" chat, all I'm told is "try calling customer service". Never have I felt like less of a "premier" customer. Your website is like something from the 1990s. Really, a great way to waste an hour and boil my blood of a morning
