    @HSBC_UK Once again been let down by your customer service. Told one thing then when I try to call, I find out its closed. Disgraceful customer service.

    @HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that donโ€™t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they donโ€™t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

    @HSBC_UK is there a problem today with BACS transfers into HSBC??? Been waiting over 6 hours for a payment to a established connected account which is usually instant.

    @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

    @HSBC_UK your app sucks. "your access to the app has been suspended on this device until you've taken action to restore it" and its telling me to delete the whole android system. yeah im just gonna switch banks see ya
