@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@HSBC_UK poor SLAs. Requested replacement card 29th Oct. Hasn't arrived. New card now on order to 'nearest' full service bank 9 miles away, will take up to 6 days. 2 weeks without a bank card not acceptable. So much for loyalty having been a customer for 30 years.
