@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Loopring, be prepared to have to put in research, but the result will be you will be your own bank and not have to rely on **** banks. Or Bitcoin and hold in Trust Wallet or Ledger X. Q1 23 will kill banks, crypto v cbdc is the new future.

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Lloyds have been great for me my whole life, and I only had one problem when my card was stolen and they quickly cancelled and refunded my £50 that someone had already spent.
