    @HSBC_UK is there a problem today with BACS transfers into HSBC??? Been waiting over 6 hours for a payment to a established connected account which is usually instant.

    @HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

    So the money that I had stolen from my account has gone out anyway even after raising an issue last week. Now I'm £500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

    Looking at the @Cashplus Twitter feed, it appears that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

    @HSBC_UK I've spent three days trying to resolve a problem with HSBC. Perhaps you can help. Online bonus savings account. My understanding is that if I withdraw anything I lose the bonus part of the interest for that month. Is that right

    @ViktoriaQuinn @HSBC_UK @StarlingBank I don’t think publicly. I was refused a business account with them. My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far
