@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@abihawkins36 @HSBC_UK Submit an online complaint and if you don’t get a satisfactory response follow up with the ombudsman. The irony is, you can only submit an online complaint when you have access to the online banking portal.

@HSBC_UK i don't know what to do, ive tried doing card number, sort code and account number to set up online banking and every time it gives me meaningless error messages telling me that "we've been unable to verify you" please help me before i go insane
