@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@HSBC_UK I visited your Canary Wharf branch 3 times trying to open an account, to give HSBC money, to do business. 3 times I was told to come back with different documents, and when I came back with all of them, told to apply online. The online application failed, now nobody will help me.

@HSBC_UK I'm trying to open a student account online. Im a full time student, gave all the info without issues and at the end it said im not eligible with no explanation
