    @HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

    @HSBC_UK I changed the name which then didn't match so have reverted back. Still 'unavailable'. The account appears on the Payee list as 'Payee being added' but when selected, still is unavailable. If there's not a known issue I'll have to call when I get a spare hour.

    @HSBC_UK It is working on another browser. Why does your website not offer any link to find "recent transactions" when a customer logs in? Statements from last month or last year are not what most of us are looking for.

    @RevolutApp I got stuck at a Mexico airport when @HSBC_UK blocked my card for buying a flight even tho they knew I was in Mexico. Thank god I’m a @RevolutApp customer. Managed to book my flight and move on with my travels.

    Starting to lose my patience with @HSBC_UK Business. 2 years on and still using COVID as excuse for poor service. Half an hour in the phone queue, get forwarded to the wrong team and then put to the back of the queue again. This is for something I applied for 5 months ago!

    @HSBC_UK I was old my new card would be sent ages ago. My old one has been blocked for months. I've had to transfer my income elsewhere to access it. This is not acceptable. Your customer service agents online don't understand anything that is said awful service. Wouldn't recommend!!!!

    @HSBC_UK I am locked out of all online and digital banking. I get message saying I need to call to reset but when I call it says service unavailable and to try again another time. Been trying for 3 weeks! I'm in Australia. Please help.
