    @HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

    @HSBC_UK is there a problem today with BACS transfers into HSBC??? Been waiting over 6 hours for a payment to a established connected account which is usually instant.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK But we as patients do have to wait? Then we wait more for a telephone consultation. Then we get ignored. I'm a @HSBC_UK customer their service is appalling but their again so is my GP's surgery.

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK I spent over30 minutes several times. @hsbc refused to call me back. They have not recovered my money from a transfer they handled in July 2021. I wrote to CEO about poor service and it got passed down and still unresolved!
