.@HSBC_UK Not a great process switching to you. My account switched today but I don’t have a telephone banking pin so can’t login via the app. I just tried to phone the number and the office is closed.

Nothing to back it up, just a personal take from fact issues are now widely debated & whilst I hear many supporting views like Ms Forstater's among friends/relatives/work colleagues etc, I've yet to hear a single voice supporting opposing view

@HSBC_UK I’m a customer & wanted to warn others of a new gas supply scam, they call you repeatedly and claim to be from OFGem and telling you that you’ve got a gas leak and that you’re in danger and you need to pay for a technician to come and fix it.

Honestly, are all customer service agents idiots nowadays? Dispute a transaction with back for £70 and they say ‘oh it’s resolved as they refunded you £7’ WTAF?? Does no one actually bother to read what I disputed at @HSBC_UK
