    @HSBC_UK such poor customer service. Been waiting 20+ minutes to get through to support and when I am on the call for 45 minutes trying to figure out the issue they transfer me to another team and the call drops. Have to call again and start at the back of the queue. Shocking

    I was a victim of a scam - I received the best support from @HSBC_UK which refunded in less than 10 min, the worst support from @RevolutApp which is refusing to refund my money, still waiting from @monzo

    @HSBC_UK your service is truly appalling. I have been on hold for 20 mins. That’s fine, was prepared for that. Now been transferred twice. I will not give up, but OMG how tempted am I to just give up my credit card and go elsewhere. Too many bad experiences with you.

    @HSBC_UK @jagg88 You need to find out when please. A final version of iOS 16 is due out next week. Are you saying your app will work next week? Confused as to why your app is the only one not working still.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Avril Thanks but the voice prompts on the phone say otherwise, it advises to log in online. Can you check the screenshots in my original tweet and pass this onto someone who can fix it? Thanks
