    We have been advised to call HSBC car services as the app can’t help. Have been passed around on the phone for TWO hours solidly on hold - what you can do to help? This is ridiculous! @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK @Mark_GB1 Nice to know as I have been experiencing the same issue. Good to find a workaround although it would have been better to find an acknowledgement of the issue on the app itself (in support perhaps) especially as it is already known and recognised by yourself HSBC.

    @HSBC_UK Tomorrow is VAT return deadline. Your customers need access to their online accounts to retrieve statements. You keep pushing paperless banking, well and good but you need to ensure your systems work 24/7. Get on it please and update here and on your website.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I have sent a personal message as per your reply. But I'm hearing same rhetoric replies but not a help. You guys are lacking time to read the note and giving me standard responses - which are further giving unpleasant customer experience.

    I wanted a new bank account to save money in. I tried @HSBC_UK but there was too much security crap that I couldn't login to my own account. Close that one and open new one with @BarclaysUKHelp Same crap. Too m

    @HSBC_UK Do I have to book an appointment at the branch to update my personal details (name), or can I just pop go in at any time? The website says to book an appointment over the phone, and but when I called phone banking, it said I should book the appointment online!

    @HSBC_UK Any chance of fixing your mobile banking app for iOS 16 beta users, I’ve had to resort to mobile banking since I downloaded it nearly a month ago! And to top it off after trying to complain over the phone about the issue I was told to purchase a new phone!
