So @HSBC_UK finally answered me and they admit they have cocked up but they do not intend to put things back in on track for me. They don't do that. They threw a few tens at me to apologize for their error and now I can bugger of, it's for me to sort it out.

@HSBC_UK just tried using telephone support, 50 mins plus to get absolutely no where. In an industry renowned for poor service you are world class useless

@JanZamoysky @HSBC_UK They unblocked my card, paid me 80 quid **** off money and told me they won't transfer credit card money to my friends but suggested I can do it myself. Which I know. I tried to do it. They blocked my card. So we might be back to square one soon :-)

@HSBC_UK Is there a problem with card reader for online payments? For a couple of weeks it won't verify payments, sometimes there's a message to say there's a technical issue which they're working to fix, usually it says incorrect information provided when it's always correct.

@HSBC_UK can anyone explain to me why it takes 3 months and I'm still waiting for my money to be sent back to me after it didn't get to the beneficiary. And after several phone calls and still no answer or help regarding this.....JOKE
