@JaneRockHouse @Apple @HSBC_UK Sorry to hear this Jane, sounds awful, and soul-destroying when companies are failing to protect consumers. I’m not sure if it would have assisted, in this case, but I would advise use of the SIM PIN (“Settings” -> ”MobileData” -> “SIM PIN”) as an extra layer of security.

@1988Harrington @Barclays @HSBC_UK I don’t think any of them want to employ actual staff anymore sadly. It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.
