@HSBC_UK we live a mile from your branch and can only get a weak mobile signal in upstairs bedroom many of my neighbours do not have wifi and do not want it, because of the cost. Landlines for calls only. Banks profits increase, service decreases.. shameful..

@HSBC_UK so i am supposed to drive a round trip of 35 miles to bank our village hall cash and cheques. We don’t even have a direct bus service to there. Our branch always has elderly customers in looking for banking assitance. Shame on you. @JulianSmithUK

@HSBC_UK Your jobs next mate. Be careful. Can you fix the App? @NatWest_Help app works flawlessly and if not for an account name / cheque name issue I would have done it there. Your colleague on the App chat was rude and unprofessional to. Blaming the quality of camera. Lol.

@HSBC_UK Cannot get onto online banking. Keeps saying all log on codes incorrect. Reset via app. But it just stsrts again. Did it yesterday, then fixed itself. Now today again. Chat no help.

@HSBC_UK after calling 11 times with no answer or a machine for invoice financing I left a message & emailed. It happens every time I need to speak to HSBC about anything- AGES on hold 'longer than usual waiting times due to covid' (v old excuse). Many say they have the same issue.

@HSBC_UK 1/2 You don't take feedback seriously because your app would be working properly. Do you honestly think it is acceptable that one of your customers has had to visit a HSBC branch 15 times because your mobile app is not working properly and your staff are unable to help?

@HSBC_UK @PatriciaPelican You obviously dont because your app would be working properly. Do you honestly think it is acceptable that one of your customers has had to visit a HSBC branch 15 times because your mobile app is not working properly and your staff are unable to help? @HSBC_UK pd a chq in at 9.30a.m in local branch & worried it isn’t showing in my acc yet, not even as pending. Been on hold to customer servs for over 15mins so far and not getting a reply.

First world problems caused by @HSBC_UK so you have closed all your branches local to me. your app to deposite a cheque does not work. @NatWest_Help works fine. @HSBC_UK Please can you advise what do i do?
