@HSBC_UK I'm sorry but I really don't want to be a customer of a bank that hasn't actually thought about Inverness or the Highlands. I think a bit a research (even on Google) and maybe looking at a map of the country would have been a good idea before the decision was made. Highly stupid

@HSBC_UK Wow I have no words for your customer service and how difficult it is to transfer funds to a credit card. Every other credit card does not need a balance to transfer.

@robinrimbaud @HSBC_UK This all sounds awful. @HSBC_UK need to get on it. They have to refund all your losses here as it’s their fault if they don’t process your call.

@HSBC_UK If you want to be harassed by HSBC for their KYC for months on end and receive appalling customer service from these dinosaurs- this is the bank to go to. Closed all our accounts inc business and never looked back

@Smokyfrog @slocrock @HSBC_UK I need to get out as their service is truly atrocious and completely unsupportive. Still struggling to resolve things now after almost no sleep 😴

@robinrimbaud @HSBC_UK That’s bloody awful. You really can’t be left out of pocket when HSBC haven’t sorted it. Shocking.

@FavColBlk @HSBC_UK @HSBC Too complex for a tweet but their fraud team called me for unusual activity only for me to soon learn that this was in fact a fraud and they zero interest in helping me. And here we are at 23.00 and no resolution whilst strangers have access to my account (and not me)

An update with @HSBC_UK @HSBC - they blocked access to my online accounts for me, but not for the scammer so happily paid out £9000 despite failing security checks. Called Fraud Detection Team who gave me incorrect details...failed to block my cards, so still vulnerable...sigh...

@HSBC_UK Update: a pro forma email from the @HSBC_UK complaints department saying they are looking into my issues. Great. Meanwhile - hey, I can go to my local @PostOffice (thank you!) and use their card machine to get a balance on the account! Progress!! Maybe I should bank with them?
