    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @DangerPlayz2 @HSBC_UK Yes. Me. Customer for 20yrs just moved to Monzo. Just need access to manually move some DDs over and then the account can be closed. All down to this policy.

    @HSBC_UK But you still haven’t given me any options beyond ‘sit and wait.’ How am I supposed to access my account today to pay credit card bills? Transfer money? Even to simply check my bank balance? This is the bare minimum service you should be providing

    @mitchellsx @HSBC_UK @harryjsmith03 There is nothing to fix. They actively chose to block the app form working on iOS 16. The M&S bank app now works on iOS 16, and this is a HSBC subsidiary, so there’s no reason why the HSBC UK app shouldn’t work.

    @HSBC_UK your probably loosing customers because you are the only bank that doesn’t support iOS 16 beta and any beta every other bank can get there IT team to get it up and running for beta users in less than 24 hours come on HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Is there not some way to nominate saved payees which are not auto deleted? Perhaps there should be. Not that I would expect any action but I can't be the only customer in this position
