    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    I can't imagine how inefficient it was. I was waiting for 10 (they told 5-7) days to set up an account only to find out that they cannot locate my documents. Too much of a hassle @HSBC_UK Such a bad customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Avril Thanks but the voice prompts on the phone say otherwise, it advises to log in online. Can you check the screenshots in my original tweet and pass this onto someone who can fix it? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK You removed the BACS limit on my business account by mistake. After 3 days of calling and not one making one promised call back I still cannot access my own money or pay my staff salaries. My relationship manger is too busy to talk to me as he’s with a new customer.

    @HSBC_UK your Lewisham branch is a total shambles - broken machines, queues going out the door. Other banks on the high street here don’t seem to have this problem (I went in)….

    @HSBC_UK Had to visit three different towns before finding a branch to pay in cash in a fourth. Fifteen people in the queue! This is not service.. your staff admitted it was becoming a real issue. At least invest in bank hubs in towns!

    @HSBC_UK I must say what a terrible service you Kinetic app and customer services is. I lost my debit card 5 days ago and was told,the chat service is not instant by Danniele. So I had to empty my account to get access to my money.....how am I meant to run a business like this ?
