    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK supporting vulnerable people is great, but how do I make an appointment or speak to someone about opening an account for a VP? Website is no help.

    @HSBC_UK Got a reply off HSBC a couple of days regards to issues opening business account, they said to email with a provided email address, but doesn’t seem work, please can you sort this

    @actionfrauduk I was scammed by a person named Martin Robert using a fake company and a fake bank account in @HSBC_UK and i transferred 7500 € to buying his car but there's no car or mony at all, I'm living in Berlin and already submitted a report to @polizeiberlin thx for help.

    2 hrs 15 mins now..... I can't beleive anybody is actually answering the phones @HSBC_UK.... This is diabolical service to customers and don't even think about blaming covid... Thats just an excuse for bad service now 😡😡😡😡

    After 25 years banking at @HSBC_UK I have no other option than to close my account. I have never received such poor customer service.

    Been on hold to @HSBC_UK business now for over 90 mins AGAIN... No local branches anymore so after being a customer for over 30 years... Which bank wants my business? #timeforchange

    .@HSBC_UK And, on an additional note, why on *earth* isn't there a recycling programme for your old security devices that have run out of battery? I've just checked with live chat, and you don't offer this service. How many millions of these devices end up in landfill??
