    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Disgusting you are closing the Wakefield branch of hsbc and saying you can get the same service at the post office!! I will now look at swapping to a bank that DOES have a branch in Wakefield. 😡

    @HSBC_UK I am trying to log on to the website, to complete a mortgage application (as per the instructions on the letter I was sent) This happens every single time I try to log on, and then I have to go through the reset & speak to someone to fix it. Surely there’s a simpler way???

    @HSBC_UK I am not interested now. I have had no call back today when asking for a Manager. I am a Customer, a very loyal one but my children will be banking elsewhere. I will also be making a GDPR claim as I have asked for the account request to be deleted and have been told it can’t!

    @HSBC_UK your online banking portal absolutely sucks. Reset all my details with someone over the phone, kept my details & now it won’t log me on. Cannot express my fury at having to reset my details EVERYTIME I want to use the website.

    @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin My so far is under Royal Brompton Hospital, highly vulnerable. The council has left him sofa surfing during the so called pandemic and told him 7 yrs to wait. 34 yrs old and they don't give a ****.

    @HSBC_UK To actually tell a customer it could take 10 days to send out a replacement card is ridiculous. You should be saying yes, you'll have it by Tuesday. Upto 10 days and blame Covid. Poor. Very poor.
