@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

@HSBC_UK awful service, owed £400 from my credit was told 4 days to hit my account, 4 days later paid into wrong account 10 days on they want another 7-10 days to sort it ??? ABSOLUTE CRETINS
