@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

Don't normally do this but @HSBC_UK are an absolutely terrible bank. They've blocked my account due to fraud alerts twice over the past 3 days and are now leaving me without a working card until I can get to a branch with ID, despite the fact I've given my details repeatedly.
