A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

I spoke to robot where chat was ended without solving issue, chat with human still not resolved, phone call still not resolved!!!
