@HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

I can't imagine how inefficient it was. I was waiting for 10 (they told 5-7) days to set up an account only to find out that they cannot locate my documents. Too much of a hassle @HSBC_UK Such a bad customer service.

@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

@HSBC_UK why does it take over 2 weeks to register for online banking ? Rang this week to find out what was happening only to be told there was an issue with the signature & I must start the process again & wait another 2 weeks 😡Terrible customer service #HSBC

@HSBC_UK just soent 2.5 hours on “Live Chat” (assistant took 10 minutes to type every one-paragraph response), and on the phone to fraud dept to get a card unblocked. Outstanding service👏🏽😡well done. Have moved pretty much everytjing to @RevolutApp their service is amazing.

Appalled to hear that @HSBC_UK are closing more branches including the two nearest to me. Been a customer since 1983 and although the online banking is excellent I do sometimes need to go to a branch. 25 mile and 45 minute round trip in thefuture 🤬

@HSBC_UK I’ve been a customer since having Midland account opened for me as a child. Had Premier acc over decade. Today I’m told by tel CS HSBC don’t speak directly to Premier customers anymore so can’t discuss my query about account but tell me they can send closure pack!😲🤯
