    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK I have just spoken to someone on the phone and they told me it's systems maintenance that should be up again by midnight . I am sorry but what systems maintenance that does not allow people to access there money for more then 3hrs ???

    @HSBC_UK “Arent able to access banking services as usual” is an odd way to say we cannot access OUR money which you have been entrusted to hold!! People are trying to pay for petrol, shopping, bills & other urgent things and you have done the Twitter equivalence of a shrug! Appalling!

    @HSBC_UK Is this a joke? I can’t even log on to the app now let alone see the error message I kept getting earlier! I’m unable to make payments for anything! How many people have been left stranded this evening in the dark and potentially alone because they couldn’t pay for travel!?

    @HSBC_UK is your onling banking not working? We have payments to make for payroll but I am unable to log in. Same error comes, we are currently unable to proceed with your request. Can you please reply
