    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK after an issue which was your fault I was told I'd be contacted as priority. Now nearly a month on and I'm spending my Saturday having to go over the same issues again. This couldn't be more disappointing and I'm really assessing if this is what I want from my main bank.

    @HSBC_UK my daughter has opened a student account on 16/9. She hasn’t received her telephone banking security number which she needs to set up mobile banking. She has called customer support x 2 and is told it will come in the post. Help!

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC had my business bank account completely locked down for over 24h by your fraud team for no apparent reason. Not acceptable, especially at this time of the month- my staff have no wages, this is absolutely crazy! I cannot run a business in this way

    @HSBC_UK has there been any progress in the issues with the banking app? I am using iPhone SE with iOS 14.7.1 and still crashing. It’s limiting my ability to make payments and transfers and increasingly difficult.

    @Clairearthurton @HSBC_UK same problem over here. no tel banking pin sent out in the post in nearly 2 weeks? account now locked.. calling them now but on hold for 20 minutes already
