@HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

@HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

@HSBC_UK My mobile banking has stopped working, it has been like this for about 2-3 weeks. It works on my iPad but that’s very inconvenient if I’m out without it and not sure how much money I have. If I tap on the app icon to open it, it just crashed and goes back to my homepage

Celebrating 3 weeks of incompetence from @HSBC_UK @HSBC whose branch staff have no clue, whose telephone service is impenetrable and who don't respond on social media. Official complaint logged, ombudsman complaint pending. But meanwhile some redress would be great. Anyone there?

Hi @HSBC_UK, a few months ago I incorrectly entered a one-time password whilst doing an online transaction, and now my card is blocked from online payments. It works in every other regard. I've spoken to tech support 3 times about this but it's not been fixed. Can you help?
