This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

Coop (@CooperDowell) reported@HSBC_UK your phone banking message has said you're 'receiving higher than normal call volumes' for over 7 years, that means you're receiving your normal call volumes but don't have enough staff. It's saying 30 mins to answer, I'm locked out the banking app and need help ASAP.

I visited branch and they told me Id get a cheque in the post last year, it never came. cannot contact your normal channels as I need account details which no longer exist. Where is my money?
