    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK I won’t do that because I can still log on the app, which is a different cases from others. My only issue is about the code generating, this will not be solved by activating my account again.

    @HSBC_UK I have solid suggestions/solutions to improve your poorly performing features and services. I'm a customer with bank. 1. Recent mobile app version is really slow, performance is bad and experience is poor Performance testing and design could have been better

    @HSBC_UK @WhichUK I can't access my online banking on my laptop. It says GSA error at the username stage. My money transfer to my Thai bank didn't go through either. I hung on for telephone banking for 3 hours and no one answered. I'm getting seriously concerned.

    @HSBC_UK After hours on hold nothing changed. Phantom direct debit still owning so he can't have access to his finds until it is paid out and then refunded. Another day no good no money will dm

    @HSBC_UK #HSBC #MobileBankingApp You have messed up your mobile banking app with an update no customer wanted. Fast balance is gone. Why? Why is there now no Fast Balance? Reducing features is not improvement.
