    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK Uninstalled, reinstalled yesterday working although won't allow fingerprint recognition to be set but, 24 hours later its back to being broken. Where is a link to the problem update and fix? World Class Shambles

    Found the courage to try and fix my world and called my bank @HSBC_UK I messed up and didn't know how to cope or fix anything but all my fears were instantly squished with kindness, understanding and positivity when I finally made the call. Thank you, sounds daft but there you go

    @HSBC_UK For those who also have this problem. The solution is sadly to re-install the App and reset all your security (which requires actions online and if you get locked out,a phone call which thankfully is automated). If the App doesn't download, use mobile network rather than Wifi.

    @HSBC_UK App not working. Now locked out and your guides don't help. What a shambles. As soon as I get access I'm moving my money. Raging.

    @tristan__palmer @HSBC_UK Your circumstance could be totally different to mine, but I never once needed to call HSBC, or Starling. It's not like they don't have support either, whenever I;ve had issues on my personal account, (MonzO) in-app chat is fine.

    @HSBC_UK I've closed my account already. @monzo's customer service is better & more responsive (I waited weeks for help from HSBC) & their app is easier to use - the security features are sensible rather than unusable & Kafkaesque, so I've moved everything I had with HSBC over to them.

    @HSBC_UK After almost 40 years as a customer I have finally run out of patience with your atrocious service, waiting more than an hour so far today waiting for an agent to respond to me either on chat or phone to replace a secure key with a flat battery...
