Joey (@joey_geoloog) reported from Roxton, England@HSBC_UK Hi Avril Thanks but the voice prompts on the phone say otherwise, it advises to log in online. Can you check the screenshots in my original tweet and pass this onto someone who can fix it? Thanks

Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@Jennaxgriffin @HSBC_UK I have iOS 15 dev beta 8 and it is working OK. What version do you have?
-
Michael Pastor (@ProfMykie) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandI can't imagine how inefficient it was. I was waiting for 10 (they told 5-7) days to set up an account only to find out that they cannot locate my documents. Too much of a hassle @HSBC_UK Such a bad customer service.
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2
-
Lesley Thompson (@dolcevitatoo) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK total frustration in lack of understanding in customer service this evening!

Steve Pratley (@stephenpratley) reported@johnsw @HSBC_UK On any other platform I can automate chasing payments, onboarding, contract cancellations and a bunch of other stuff based on when payments arrive. Instead I start every day doing things I could have automated for about 20 years. They're like the Shoe Bomber. They never killed anyone but they've taken multiple lifetimes with the minutes they waste for every customer every day. I ought to be able to get it out of Xero but their API won't let me at data I can look at and export from the GUI either.
-
Diane Hackney (@dithespy50) reported@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

Ahmad Shakeel Qaiser (@AhmadShakeelQa1) reported@HSBC_UK Feedback - Customer Services are getting poor day by day in HSBC. Spending over 60 minutes to just raise a complaint. And customer services agent still trying to find out someone in HSBC before he can raise a complaint. Rude and very poor customer services.

Carly (@limebean) reported@HSBC_UK hi is the online banking down? As when I log in the screen is frozen

MatNova (Chinoy) 🇮🇳 🇵🇸 🇺🇦 (@mat__nova) reported@HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN hello, i am reaching out to you regarding one of your employees in india, they are disabled and have a UDID (unique disability ID) provided by the government, all the details of their disability were disclosed during their recruitment they applied for a position but were asked to accept a different department on the premise it is easier work to do which is not the case they were forced to acknowledge communications from the HR and management instead of either of those company departments working with him so that he may perform his job adequately while accomodating the fact that he has a disability he has now been put on a "performance improvement plan" which he again was asked to acknowledge but which the details of were not disclosed to him adequately, it is a method to declare his performance inadequate and then fire him he recently fell and hurt himself and has gotten a medical document from a certified doctor declaring this and submitted it to HR but they are refusing to grant him the leave he requires to recover i am sincerely disappointed by the level of lack of understanding or care that the indian subsidiary of an international banking company like HSBC has had with dealing with their employee, i find managers in India for most BPO services to be exploitative but it's extra embarassing that this is an internationally acclaimed company in fact i wouldn't be surprised if the company officials in india use the information I've provided to determine the identity of the employee and harass them even further i am tagging @St_Brosephs and requesting help with regards to this matter to explore all avenues to get the help this HUMAN BEING requires in order to fulfill his job while being accommodated for the disability he had declared and was still hired with

Nick (@iamN_I_C_K) reported@HSBC_UK I closed my account with you a while ago but you keep sending me letters saying I have an important message on my account that I must log in to read. However, I can’t log on as no longer have an account or any account details. What am I supposed to do please?
-
Mark (@MorganMF9867) reported@HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds
-
Awenaio (@awenaio) reported@HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.
-
Arthur Scaife (@Arfxyz) reported@22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

meham (@mandyhamil99817) reported@DailyMail Dear god @HSBC_UK is this the type of person you have working for you?
