-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.
-
Joey (@joey_geoloog) reported from Roxton, England@HSBC_UK Hi Avril Thanks but the voice prompts on the phone say otherwise, it advises to log in online. Can you check the screenshots in my original tweet and pass this onto someone who can fix it? Thanks
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@Jennaxgriffin @HSBC_UK I have iOS 15 dev beta 8 and it is working OK. What version do you have?
-
Lesley Thompson (@dolcevitatoo) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK total frustration in lack of understanding in customer service this evening!
-
Michael Pastor (@ProfMykie) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandI can't imagine how inefficient it was. I was waiting for 10 (they told 5-7) days to set up an account only to find out that they cannot locate my documents. Too much of a hassle @HSBC_UK Such a bad customer service.
-
Diego Russo (@diegor) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

SK (@kevsam39) reported@HSBC_UK I recently held a credit card account which I have since closed and notified you about this yet you’ve since sent me a letter saying there are unread documents in my folder. But I can’t remember any of my log in details to view them. Can you help?
-
J (@jaysta1979) reported@msparkled @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK agreed. Absolutely useless. A terrible product. With all their profits you'd think they would make a better effort at the app especially the cheque feature. More than once I've had to go to a post office as the app failed and the branches are closed.
-
Kulpreet Khanna (@kulpreetkhanna) reported@HSBC_UK Hi, I want to share some feedback. I am really disappointed with the place of response on the Premier chat. It takes more than 45 mins to explain the problem to your team and the final response is usually call our number. Very poor experience over the last two times.
-
Sir FAFO (@TheDevilsDev) reported@HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.
-
Ravi Pal (@ravipal1214) reported@HSBC_UK I have a situation: I opened an account using your app (all online). All checks passed, but the account now has an incorrect name and no clear way to fix it. I've tried online support and visited your branch. How can I escalate this and get it resolved? It has already been few weeks any help is greatly appreciated

My Question Is? (@MyQuestionIs2) reported@HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to pay a cheque in using the App. It is giving me an error message saying try again later. How long do you expect this problem to last.

حسين سجاد حسين (@HusseinSajjad89) reported@aptherazor @HSBC_UK I had the same issue with Lloyd's many many years ago. Had to take someone I knew personally to sort it out.
-
John Kefas (@kefasjohn) reported@HSBC_UK The problem now is, since I send the documents and I even called you guys to confirmed whether you've received the documents, I was told that YES you guys have actually received the documents yet you guys haven't done anything about the account....3

Tim Roll-Pickering (@timrollpickerin) reported@flyinglawyer73 @tomhfh I can recall banks opening on Saturdays since at least 1992 (before then I didn't have an account I could access). The main exceptions were in the City (even shops there were closed Saturdays) plus some Central London ones. It used to be annoying when @HSBC_UK had...
