    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    To allow me access to the app! As back as @HSBC_UK were with your last card this new provider, new day and like a bunch of clowns with zero ability yo deliver a functional service and only a desire to cut up the card and stop buying from JLP or waitrose. Bl**dy useless!

    @HSBC_UK Which is fine if your local branch isn’t 30 mins away by car. Seems silly to have a process that includes includes in person verification when so many people are now without genuinely local branches that they can access readily. Frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK @MartinSLewis My parents are stuck in Spain due to a letter being send to an old address (10 years)phone cut off as a result, unable to help them as the cannot call the bank?they have £5 surely must be able to do something?been on phone 7 hours and they can’t do anything

    Today im raising a third complaint against @HSBC_UK since beginning of year (2023) HSBC's suggestion to contact the @financialombuds rings hollow when you have to wait up to 6 months for an investigation and response, the issue will likely be resolved by then.

    @HSBC_UK Hi I lost my old phone and trying to login the HSBC app with my new one but having difficulty, I am outside the UK now so it’s impossible for me to receive sms code, I can provide my username, password account number and sort code, please advice! Thank you

    Ordered a new @HSBC_UK card, it takes 5-7 bloody working days to deliver. It's been ten now, no sign of it, cheers @RoyalMail. So that's cancelled, have to go to branch to get a new one in 5-7 more days, and the branch is only open three days a week. Incredible service all round
