@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

I'm not a massive fan of how the big banks deal with the general public but @HSBC_UK take the biscuit! Appalling customer service over months of trying to resolve an issue with our charity community account. Numerous waits on the phone, unhelpful staff and utterly stupid policies

So @HSBC_UK sent a letter to my new address claiming "we have frozen your account". I call to discuss as I don't have an account. HSBC will not provide how they got my old/new add. or why the letter was sent? I have requested "right of access" data but they refused. @ICOnews

@HSBC_UK Hello. I use your app to deposit cheques usually without issue. But I have received several cheques with a black stripe on the back (I think it allows the cheque writer to keep a carbon copy of the cheque) and your app just won’t accept these. Is this a known issue?

@HSBC_UK my sister was scammed out of a lot of money by a fake HSBC call centre. They also used HSBC phone numbers. Your fraud team are claiming it’s not HSBCs problem but it was conducted by someone claiming to be your organisation. Also no due diligence checks were done.

@santanderukhelp @HSBC_UK so… I withdraw money from a Santander ATM abroad. It doesn’t give me cash but charges me anyway. I call my bank HSBC, they ignore voice recognition, decide I’m not me and also freeze my phone banking. Safeguarding issue. Woman abroad. congratulations.

@HSBC_UK I went to my local Tesco this morning to buy our Christmas food - but their Big Shop has disappeared from my phone! Contacted Tesco, who blamed @HSBC who said they couldn't access payment & had us suspended!!! Care to explain please?! All this three days before Xmas?
