    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Avril Thanks but the voice prompts on the phone say otherwise, it advises to log in online. Can you check the screenshots in my original tweet and pass this onto someone who can fix it? Thanks

    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    I can't imagine how inefficient it was. I was waiting for 10 (they told 5-7) days to set up an account only to find out that they cannot locate my documents. Too much of a hassle @HSBC_UK Such a bad customer service.

    @HSBC_UK App not working 'Service unavailable'. Can't make payments etc! HSBC has closed so many branches. The least it can do is have an app that works.

    @drchrisdooks @HSBC_UK @HSBC I have now telephoned HSBC over 55 times. I've spent 2 hours in a branch and resolved some issues, but still no response from the fraud team. Nothing, just a word.

    Wow @HSBC_UK have you ever tried your ‘customer experience’. You block the ability to open simple savings accounts online, require disclosure of full PII on open phone calls and demand visiting a branch to reset a phone ID. Amazing.

    @HSBC_UK Spent 4 days trying to pay in cheque the app failed..... Online chat doesn't have the answer. 50 mins on phone on hold gave up. Went to pay in charities money at post office can't as no card. Had to go 5 miles and there no parking. This is not customer service
