    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK you’re a load of absolute ****. Phone lines are never answered within reasonable timescales (under the hour would do!) Don’t fin off COVID excuses either, you’ve had about 14 months to get a grip. Bollocks!

    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming.froze my business account due to safeguard even though I sent relevant info in dec2020 with no other reply.customer for 34 years!!!!

    @HSBC_UK Hey! So I've just moved to the UK and I opened a HSBC premiere account before arrival (Using my Indian Premier account). Went to the bank today for them to only take my ID/Address verification from employer and ABSOLUTELY NO INFO on when I'll get access to account. Help.

    @HSBC_UK It took me nearly two hours to log a complaint for a fraudulent account. Your customer service is horrendous.
