@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

@HSBC_UK Children In Need is an independent company registered as a charity, it is not a BBC company or charity. BBC & others give everything for free, but if you look on the charity commission site, you might be annoyed by how much their employees take. That could go to those in need.

@Buffy77 @HSBC_UK @Google It's double annoying as the app is used as verification to login into online banking on a laptop so can't get into my accounts that way either. There must be a huge crossover of HSBC customers who have bought this new phone and are affected

@HSBC_UK Thank you..And I've have sent you some suggestions on how to resolve issues by actually speaking to people .. thankfully the money taken is being returned but the experience of your customer service will sadly last a lot longer

@HSBC_UK I've registered for online&mobile banking, but I don't have a Secure Key. Nowhere during registration did I see a code, and I can't generate a new code as I can't log in because I don't have a Secure Key to begin with, and I need it to log in! Help?!

Excellent service from @HSBC_UK as ever. Call in response to their message, wait 15 minutes, get passed to second person who apparently is wrong person then to third who cuts me off. How do the banks get away with such awful customer service?
