    @HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

    @HSBC_UK There are many solutions to tackle this and you are taking none. A beta channel for the app using TestFlight, feature toggle on the code base, 2 different apps (not ideal), etc… You chose to break iOS support. As customer I’m actually worried, as i feel my money are not so safe.

    @HSBC_UK @Jennaxgriffin The exact timescale is now. There is a new update on the App Store (2.39.4) which fixes the iOS 15 access.

    @HSBC_UK This raises a bigger issue which is about the quality of your app. If you cannot maintain compatibility for 2 iOS versions, then you have a big problem of code maintainability. And this is going to bite you in the future, again. 2/2 (I have a third message as well)

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

    @HSBC_UK your business support is a total disaster! Not only do I get a letter advising of 1300% bank fee increases, I then have to spend over an hour and a half on hold waiting to discuss it and then being cut off! This has now happened 4 times today. Please sort it out!

    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming, since I’ve updated my iPhone ios I am unable to use my app, can’t speak to anyone online as I have to log in which is impossible! Can’t get through on the phone as the queue is too long! Tried various times! I’m stuck as i can’t transfer money!!

    Worst customer service I’ve had in years. Completely unhelpful plus security to get to talk to anyone on the phone is absolutely insanely frustrating.There’s security and then over the top.@HSBC_UK as soon as I eventually get my replacement card I’m transferring.

    @HSBC_UK Hello, I have just updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 15.1 and now the HSBC app crashes on startup. I can’t use banking through a browser either because I use the app as a secure key. Is there any other way to access my services? I need to transfer some money ASAP. Thx.

    @HSBC_UK you’re online all is awful, you’re reset function doesn’t work and you can never get in contact. Worst bank…need to move after 10 years of shite!
