@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@HSBC_UK Your solutions are “downgrade” which is quite disruptive or “use the physical access key” which will invalidate the app in the future, both not acceptable. It’s not a matter of accommodating, you are not doing us a favour, but it’s your own. 1/2

So over £2Grand has been debited including a DD not paid to Premium Finance Ltd for a Month's Insurance Premium which I have had to pay by credit card, I am locked out yet @HSBC_UK have the cheek to charge me for a Month's Account Service fee as an additional two fingered salute.

@HSBC_UK got sent a letter today. Saying you've had mail returned and have frozen my account. An account I had 20 years ago. I wrung up and no one will help as I have no previous sort code etc. Last person just hung up. Seriously not cool. Can you help?

@rhodmartin @HSBC_UK We’ve phoned 3 x to sort a problem and each time promised call back that didn’t happen. The Twitter team say they can’t arrange call backs for security reasons. It appears customer service isn’t a concept hsbc recognises.

4. @HSBC_UK effectively seized control of significant funds (working capital) and of the means of doing business (money transmission), for no good reason. HMRC mentioned above because the first transaction blocked concerned a regular, monthly PAYE/NI payment.

@HSBC_UK have both a complaints team & escalated complaints team. But after a week neither have contacted my wife after she phoned 3x & #hsbc social media team say they can’t arrange calls for security reasons. What an abdication of responsibility for customer care.

Day 3 with no acknowledgement of formal complaint. Day 5 with no response from @HSBC_UK helpdesk. Day 5 of failure to respond to email requested by Bank. Day 32 of denial of access to funds. Day 12 after release of funds promised by. Tell me this is not outrageous.
