  @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

  @HSBC_UK Complaint is pointless. I'm just mystified. How can a customer do a large ECHAPS transfer if they can't get to a branch? How can you justify burning 2hrs of a customer's time to do it? Why did I have to wait 15min in branch to see an agent? So many questions, so few answers!

  Banks used to value loyal customers - literally got off a phone with @HSBC_UK customer service and was told there is no benefit of my having a HCBC account - that hit a spot - now to shop around after 10 years

  @Donnabrazier @HSBC_UK Happened to me twice now you make a few deposits then block you from anymore. PayPal bypasses this but it’s a pain in the ***. After a week or so got to deposit again blocked again today this is why I’m scrolling Twitter to see if this is happening to anybody else
