    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @darlocyndi @HSBC_UK I left HSBC Darlington when I visited one Saturday to withdraw cash for a large-ish purchase (new sofa) and they told me they had no counter service whatsoever at the weekend. Told them I worked full time Mon-Fri so I couldn’t visit during the week, and was met with a shrug.

    @HSBC_UK No thanks mate. Daylight robbery as per usual by the big boys. Rip off UK while the elite continue to coin it in after their bailout by the tax payer 10 odd years ago. Tell customer services and your bosses to go **** themselves for me. Regards

    @HSBC_UK Your fraud team is apparently reviewing something. What do they need to review. My bank balance? My transactions? Why? For over a decade I’ve been with you and now you’re costing me money by withholding my money. If it’s not working by tomorrow there will be consequences.

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is a joke Some clown at your offices has blocked our account 22 years we have been with you To unblock the account I need to go into one of your demolishing number of branches I'm on holiday in tenerife where is the nearest branch

    @HSBC_UK why do you even have a branch network when your staff is of absolutely no help and would just direct you to a call center where your call is transferred from department to department. I’d say government banks like @TheOfficialSBI are far better.

    @QuickBooksUK When will HSBC Kinetic be a supported platform on your site? I'm a current customer and I've recently opened a Kinetic account with @HSBC_UK I attempted to connect accounts to find out that it's currently unavailable.

    @HSBC_UK Had called in today for an issue regarding my HSBC reward credit card which is clearly unrewarding and ended up being transferred over to 4 agents and wasted 74 min of my time without an answer, pathetic customer service..can someone answer why??

    @HSBC_UK is there a problem with adding payees on app? I keep getting error 503 and can't make a transfer.
