    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    This could be addressed by better accessibility solutions on the part of @HSBC_UK. Who could, if they wanted, do a whole lot more to enable an elederly customer who has been with the bank for 70+ years to manage their money. I wonder what @ageukcampaigns thinks about this?

    @HSBC_UK @REBEKAH50579402 I am sure you are not based in UK; cheap outsourced just lip service. Sitting somewhere else in world dealing with customers in UK is just a nightmare from customer perspective.I have spent 30 to 40 hours online with you guys;all waste of time. Very bad management at CEO Level.
