@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

My bank @HSBC_UK decided that my transfer to another account of mine is suspicious and blocked it. I've been waiting for over 90 minutes to speak with support. What a poor service. Time to find a new bank I guess

@HSBC_UK Future dates payments and standing orders cannot be accessed and it’s been over 3 goddamn days this is down. Your chat app is useless with your custy service agents replying 1.5 hours later telling me to delete and reinstall my mobile app when it’s your website that issue is. 🤬

@HSBC_UK Not much better today…I have been queueing in total for over 2.5 hrs to speak to someone…doesn’t help when you cut callers off after 40 minutes waiting….

@HSBC_UK Thank you, but no. I'm managing my Mum's account via a LPA - sadly, not for much longer. Please try calling 03457404404 & experience the pain of banking with HSBC. I have never got through after several calls - I will not wait longer than 30m. Thankfully I'm a Santander customer
