    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK awful service from HSBC! Been waiting over 2 months for my card and pin, card has now been swallowed on second try on a ATM. Staff are not even worth talking to. #disapointed

    .@HSBC_UK's android app is so fundamentally broken it's blocking me from transferring money entirely. "Sorry this service is unavailable try again later" - oh sure, just, y'know, the core capability of a banking app. But it gets worse 1/2
