@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC @HSBC_UK Mortified that in ur security measures when u put a block on an account if mail is returned. u DON'T INFORM client of BLOCK? Why can't u text/email?! I'm CANCER patient with subcriptions online as don't go out due to Covid. A subscription to meds didn't go thru.

@LukeJohnsonRCP @HSBC_UK @HSBC has updated login for online banking.. again logged out its customers who can't log in again. call our helpline wait get a code wait log in again..fail they don't want retail customers.. close all branches China more loans to China.. default then collapse.

@HSBC_UK the amount of security you have now put in place makes it impossible for my to use my business debit card online ... its so difficult to change details on line ... so, guess what ... its a 4 hour wait on the phone. I rue the day we opened an account with you.
