@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Wife loses bank card for our joint account (boo). Samaritan finds it and kindly calls @HSBC_UK to cancel the card (yay). HSBC cancels the wrong card (boo). Now neither of us have a working bank card (double boo) 😢

@DrProudman @HSBC_UK My mothers ex lied to obtain a short term loan of £74k of our money, & then to re-mortgage our home for £128k He never paid a single bill, despite running his business from our home We’ll now potentially lose our home, financial abuse is almost impossible to recover from

@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu This bank is a joke. Avoid. Their customer call centre is atrocious. Called them three times today and was hung up on twice! They’re charging me for a credit card balance they haven’t even transferred over from previous provider. Appalling. #HSBC #CustomerService

@HSBC_UK As developers, we fully understand the issues with beta releases being unstable. We expect intermittent issues. What we do not expect is that year after year the same app failing in exactly the same way and then magically working again as soon as the stable release is out.
