@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK You keep cancelling a payment I am trying to make saying it might be fraudulent. IT ISNT. I have now spent 2 unnecessary hours on phone w’ your fraud team, thought resolved and now you have cancelled my payment again?!!! Call centre no help. I am stuck in a painful loop!

@HuntedMarc @HSBC_UK I got through yesterday, Marc. Was then told they couldn’t help me over the phone and I had to fill in a form online that I wouldn’t have found without being directed through the maze of web pages. Not exactly customer centric.

@HSBC_UK I have requested a chaps transfer on 1st August why hasn't it been transferred yet HSBC IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS A BANK WOULD NOT BANK IF PAID TO I WOULD RATHER PUT IT UNDER MATTRESS IF IT WHERE THE ONLY BANK THAT'S A LAUGH BANK NO SERVICE NO ONE WORKING IN BRANCH OR HEAD OFFIC
