    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    Mind-bendingly awful customer service from @HSBC_UK - I have reported three unauthorised transactions totalling over £25k. Their response (after 45 mins on hold)? Allow them to debit and then call back, or they will stop my card while they investigate for two weeks. 🤯🤯🤯

    @HSBCUKBusiness @HSBC_UK I don't know how many people are in your lending team but I have been messed about now for the past 3 weeks and given the wrong information say it takes 2 working days I've been now waiting for over a week for somebody to get in touch not happy

    @HSBC_UK after I don’t know how many calls to set up a secure key for an InvestDirect account,I complete the complaints form and then that page is not available! I guess you might eventually send me the letters you want me to read online as I certainly can’t access them online!!

    @HSBC_UK all I need to do is set up a telephone code in order to access online banking. After 40 minutes finally getting through agent kept repeat asking multiple qs the line went dead. Can someone please call me.

    Priceless customer service from @HSBC_UK once again. Locked out of my account for a week. Unable to get through on the phone. Until today.... (40 mins). Apparently I needed a special security clearance procedure - several "holds" later I was cut off!!!
