    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK @Markleshark Your app doesn't work because you chose to disable it on beta versions. Apps w/o an update for months work fine. Of 7 banks across 3 countries, your app is the only one that doesn't launch on iOS 15. Yes, you can choose not to support betas but this is not an unavoidable hurdle.

    Having an absolute nightmare with @PayPalUK & @HSBC_UK… Unauthorised transactions on my HSBC account from what looked like PayPal, but wasn’t. HSBC couldn’t help but instead tried to get me to contact a random PayPal address in Bournemouth. Couldn’t get through, seemed dodgy.

    @HSBC_UK @Markleshark To be clear, I am not suggesting you have power to change this, but blaming this on "the beta breaking the app" is disingenuous, and whatever the reason is, you're behind because your competitors have this working.

    @HSBC_UK not sure where to report an issue with your app, but whenever I try to open it on my iPhone, it crashes immediately.

    Finally gave up on waiting for @HSBC_UK customer services to actually do their jobs and respond on their chat service. At least I lasted 4 hours this time.

    @Harshbutfairy @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin They’re trying to raise awareness of the service they provide for people that might benefit? At this point I am leaving it there because you’re purposely not trying to understand and I think we all know exactly why.

    @HSBC_UK You froze my entire account on a Friday afternoon with no warning. Called so many times to be told there is no one to talk to about this until at least Mon. All of my money I have in the world is with you and I cant access a penny of it.Won't tell me why even! So anxious

    @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin One assume if this group are homeless then they have mental illness problems - question must be asked. Are they claiming they identify themselves in this group not because they are but because of illness ??? Worth debate
