@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I'm unable to login to my HSBC app after the iOS15 update. The app keeps crashing. Since I don't have the hard token and relying on the app to generate the security code, I'm not able to login thru the desktop either. What is the fix for this?

@HSBC_UK HELP! My HSBC current account was emptied by fraud on 27th October. I immeditaly rang you and was sent to the fraud team, then Fraud Operations - have heard nothing since despite many calls, except there is no timescale they work to and I will get a letter at some point
