    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK Trying to open a savings account. I have been a customer since 1987 but the app tells me I am not a UK tax resident and can't open it. Tried calling you but after holding for 45 minutes, gave up. What am I supposed to do?

    @HSBC_UK A formal complaint will achieve nothing to solve my issue..has done nothing so far and will be forgotten...like I've said after 2 weeks of being driven to distraction by continuous appalling service I quit the bank ..no customer should have to endure this level of ineptitude
