@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Called @HSBC_UK fraud dept. And the answer, they can’t deal with fraud issues of premier customers. @TheFCA UK banks - do they have any standard anti fraud process?

@HSBC @HSBC_UK @GCHWorkplaces You treat customers like dirt vis-a-vis DWP giving 10 yrs of bank statements of a pensioner to their perjurers and document fabricators breaking the law, which only allows you to give 6yrs, and allowing them to be passed on to junkies unknown to customer with a/c name and address
