Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

I waited & waited, no other customers, staff all in the back room chatting, I repeatedly asked but by the time they deigned to help me, I’d missed the transfer window.

Jo (@joannetpjo) reported@HSBC_UK I have Power of Attorney for my mum. You will not add me on her account because there is an E missing in my middle name. The Public Guardian has said middle names are immaterial! They do not matter! What’s going on? Halifax had no problem with it!
