@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK everytime i try and log onto my HSBC account on the mobile banking app i type in my username and it says 'something went wrong. please try again later'. I also cant log on on my computer. Help?
