@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@wvrlfc_tez @HSBC_UK I had the same issue! I waited for weeks! Just give the customer service team a call and they will talk you through some sec. questions and you’ll be able to make your own there and then over the phone. Still to this day I haven’t revived mine and my accounts been opened a year.

@HSBC_UK hello can you help please. We are going to Cork. My partner paid for the hotel online and has been charged £15 for non sterling tf fee 😒 will he be charged this everytime if buying things on card when we are there ?

RANT WARNING - Wholly dissatisfied with @HSBC_UK and @NatWest_Help business banking today. Impossible online systems to update, lacking clarity, agility & timeliness for small businesses. Not how I want to spend my weekends 🤬. I will be looking to move banks. Recommendations?
