@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Hi, @HSBC_UK I'm hoping you can help. I tried calling to reactivate my frozen account, but the automated system asks for my telephone banking security number, which I don't have it with me. Could you please provide a phone number where I can speak to someone directly? Thanks.

@HSBC_UK is there anyway of actually talking to someone to get access to my online/mobile banking outside of the 8pm cut off? Pretty poor that 24 hour help isn’t available.

@HSBC_UK my father had an account with your bank in London, he passed away. I tried multiple times to file bereavement. Couldn't get in touch with an employee with no help from your side.

@HSBC_UK Your telephone help is also crap.

@HSBC_UK So I sent a PM and guess what no response. Pretty much what I expected from #HSBC. Shocking customer service

@HSBC_UK I stopped calling after you guys kept saying you're working on it yet nothing changed.

@HSBC_UK Hi, I want to share some feedback. I am really disappointed with the place of response on the Premier chat. It takes more than 45 mins to explain the problem to your team and the final response is usually call our number. Very poor experience over the last two times.

@HSBC_UK I am not willing to respond privately. I have wasted a month of my life trying to get help from you. I am in process of removing every client from your business. It is shocking the service I have received

My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.
