@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Hi Mauro, the biggest issue about this was probably the number of times he phoned and got shunted from pillar to post work no joy, being cut off on a few occasions and then having to call again and go through the whole process of explaining the problem again and again

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I’m in the process of switching to you from Halifax. It’s a little inconvenient that I can’t use your app (trying to set up online banking) but I can still access my Halifax. They have allowed their customers to access the app on iOS16.

@HSBC_UK iphone app keeps crashing so can’t use it for digital key. Can’t log in online without it and certainly don’t wait to sit on hold for an hour. How else can I log in or get by this issue?

@HSBC_UK Could you urgently tell me your number for lost or stolen cards please? I'm not an HSBC customer but a credit card has arrived with my name on it and an account with a £5k overdraft facility. I don't trust any numbers on the card or the letter.
