    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK please give me a contact of your legal department that deals with LPA’s the people I have dealt with on chat and telephone customer service are infuriating/uneducated and have no understanding that someone with dementia can’t answer security questions

    @HSBC_UK I've been on hold for over an hour & previously been cut off after being on hold for two hrs twice before! Your online agent chat is ridiculous too! For tiny issue that could have been solved quickly if your staff in branch 'delt with business accounts' absolute joke!

    @HSBC_UK 1hour and counting on hold with business banking... 4th attempt at over an hour... call volumes are not 'unusually high'... your service is just predictably naff.

    @HSBC_UK blocked my account and do not activate it since May 2021. All required documents have been sent multiple times via post and online and talked to managers on the phone many times who promised to resolve the issue and still nothing!! I guess next step is the court?
