    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @giridharan78 @HSBC_UK Still failing. What is particularly irritating is that a phone call to HSBC failed to reveal that the problem was at HSBC's end. Only NOW do I find this out. That is the best part of an hour wasted quite apart from the failed logins in the past week. Poor. Very poor.

    I've banked with many institutions across the US, and Ireland but never have I come across an app that doesn't display...pending transactions on a credit card. So bizarre by @HSBC_UK — I hope they fix this soon.

    Online banking app tells me to activate secure key by logging on to online banking I click and it takes me to the website, when I log on via the website, it tells me to log on via the app. What is this? @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness hi i need to reset my security questions / answers as I am unable to login to my online banking, my answers also get rejected over the phone - can I reset these if I go into my local branch?

    @HSBC_UK Hi access to my internet banking has been blocked and I can't access my account. Your helpline is now closed. Can you help I need to get this sorted tonight. Live chat not able to help either - I've tried that. Can I speak to someone on the phone tonight to get sorted?

    @HSBC_UK 7 days and still no bank card, the only thing you can do to 'help' is cancel the one supposedly in the post and start the lengthy process again! Can't even tell me when it's been sent and track it! If amazon can be bothered track a tube of toothpaste why not track cards
