@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK hello, ordered a new credit card and got an email saying it will be with me within 3 working days; this was Wednesday and still no card received… do you send them as tracked postage? I want to know where it is
