@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

True to form. Poor service from @HSBC_UK Difficulties transferring money abroad. Every time I have to chase. This time waiting on the phone for an hour and half to get to them with no response. Chelmsford branch completely useless.
