@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I’ve recently opened a joint current account with you. Is it going to be an issue when switching from my previous joint account that the name on my old account was in my maiden name and the new account with HSBC is in my married name? The 2nd applicant name is the same.

@HSBC_UK My issue has still not been resolved. How can I make a complaint? The online complaint form says to use the My messages facility within Online Banking if my complaint is account specific but I can’t find that facility.

Trying to close joint account with @HSBC_UK. The PDF form is broken and won't print. It's the PDF, not me. Only answers are if I've tried saving it then printing it (it's a broken PDF), or directing me to other closing methods, which aren't available for joint accounts.
