@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Tried using the chat service. It's down of course. WE CAN'T WORK LIKE THIS. I complained about the awful interactions on the anti money laundering scheme where you threatened to shut our account down but had to chase and chase for months. THE COMPLAINT WAS NEVER DEALT WITH

Just needed to make a new and large online payment. Online chat bot with @HSBC_UK wasn’t great but luckily spoke to Linda and Hayley and they were amazing. More humans please @HSBC as they actually understand the concept of customer service when we needed reassurance 👍

@HSBC_UK I have persisted to stay on the line rather than use callback. I eventually got spoke with Sam, she couldn’t help and so passed me on to Liam, he couldn’t help so passed me to Lika, she didn’t know how to help either so passed me back to beginning of the queue all over again.

@HSBC_UK Your callback system is broken. I’m desperately trying to reach you regarding an urgent issue. Patiently waited for a callback. Got the callback and then it cut me off. Now I’m back to square one.

@HSBC_UK .. u lot want to chat via chat for me to close my bank account. It’s Totally pathetic. i Login with my app & press request to shut then unlike other banks you want me to chat to a real person!! i will be grumpy about what country U invest our money in. 😡👎🏽
