    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @AmexUK @AskAmexUK Hi Amex, I need to make urgent changes to my account and I’ve been on hold for a grand total of 2 hours 30 minutes today. This is absolutely shambolic service, My card renews in December and this has cemented my decision to move my credit card to @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK so your branch in workington doesn't deal with cash and I am expected to make a 36 mile round trip to pay in money, is this a joke!! Great customer service, a bank that doesn't accept cash!!

    @HSBC_UK you have treated my elderly parents (ex staff) abysmally, you give false info and rude service. Heartless soulless organisation shame on you. After 63 years they’re now moving their life savings and current accounts to @Metro_Bank #agediscrimination #badcustomerservice

    @HSBC_UK Business Banking. On hold for 1 hr 15 mins. Need urgent access to my money!! - but no one is answering the phone and online agents can't help. Tried calling several times previously for another important issue but no one ever answers. Disgraceful.
