Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

JustMe (@Marcfasting) reported@HSBC_UK I’m a non customer. Checked my eligibility for a credit card before applying. Says I’m eligible, then went ahead to apply and got declined with a perfect credit score. How can I raise a complain? Just like every other bank, No one is picking up the phone.

Even women aren't holding top positions in banks and that can't be attributed to problems in blacks/women but to the white male control of the whole structure.

I am not able to do any online transaction as my mobile device needs registration which can only be done through mobile app. I am sure there should be lot of customers facing this issue. Is there any other way to register my mobile device?
