@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

OK @HSBC_UK I've been cut off once, mistransferred twice, and it's taken two hours on the phone for you to tell me a *software* issue prevents me getting a code to reactivate my account. And your website suggests I lodge a complaint by *phone*. Ha f***ing ha.

@HSBC_UK The service I'm receiving is appalling. Incomprehensible phone calls and no straightforward contact options that work. 25 mins is a long time in a busy day that needs an issue resolved FAST.

@gb2cv @HSBC_UK Oh my god I agree!!! I've just been passed in circles by HSBC staff from one to another, transfering me to "the relevant team". They are the ones who have caused the issue I'm trying to resolve and now my online banking is suspended so I can't pay anything! Useless.

Go to pay the bills and discover that the @HSBC_UK mobile app is down. I can see my account but go to make a payment and it comes up this service is unavailable

@HSBC_UK it's impossible to get a phone call answered by your business banking helpdesk. What's going on? I can't do any banking. I'm thinking I should just change banks.
