@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@JamesFlanderss @HSBC_UK @MoneySavingExp Finally some acknowledgement of their failed processes! We went with NatWest and are up and running. Our experience with HSBC has definitely put me off ever banking with them again. Just the stress of trying to get a sensible resolution through their "support" was enough for me!

@HSBC_UK hi, I transferred £500 to my son’s account today but it hasn’t turned up. I have been into my bank branch (Natwest) and they say payment has gone and it’s correct acc number and sort that I have paid to before. Please help, he’s going off to University tomorrow. Verity

@eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs Was told last week there would be a fix this week. It had been working fine up until you updated the app last week. The final release of iOS 15 could be next week. You need to update the app this week please!!

@HSBC_UK @iPoof “Next few weeks” are we joking?!? This is utterly ridiculous! iOS15 will be likely to be released very soon and “next few weeks” is not acceptable at all. You had 3 months to find a permanent fix for iOS15 and this is why the beta program is for.

@HSBC_UK **** hsbc app has been crashing for 2 weeks still not fixed yet. And the bullshit security key to access my own online banking on the website is not accessible because you can only get the key from the ******* app! Will be closing my account and going with Barclays.

I have been for 3 hours calling @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness to try to sort it out a mistake. I have hearing impairment so telephones are the worse... and tinnitus so I have a huge migraine now... and my issue is still with no answer and I spoke with 7 of them with an average wait

@HSBC_UK The lady here says ios 12 is still not working and iOS 15 is released next week and you’ve just said a fix is “weeks” away. Last week was told a fix was coming this week??!
