@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Hi @HSBC_UK , after moving to iOS 15, my mobile banking app doesn’t… it opens and immediately shuts down. I have the latest version of the app. Any ideas? This is affect the @firstdirecthelp app too.

@HSBC_UK gotta say your customer service in the fraud prevention dept is shocking! I have been hung up on x2 and this is my 6th call to try to sort out my credit card being replaced! It shouldn’t be this hard! Surely!

@HSBC_UK Clacton late for opening due to staff shortage, well at least one counter could be open surely. Big queue outside, staff said to customer don't know when we are opening, great customer service! Worst bank in Clacton. Definitely looking at changing banks in the future.
