    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @sm_upton @HSBC_UK They seem to be quite content, but newsflash less people on linkedin complaining about their service so thats where they do their campaigning. Less information about their criminal background posted on linkedin so much so they sent me to twitter to complain.

    @HSBC_UK I already have! INVEST DIRECT do not want to let me see my VIRTUAL accounts because it would cost them too much to change the web site. THEREFORE MY HUMAN RIGHTS MUST REMAIN INFRINGED. Why only Italy, when German, France and Austria can use the service?

    @HSBC_UK using iOS 15 latest beta and it crashes your app. Are you going to fix it? All other banking apps seem to work just fine

    @HSBC_UK Thanks. It does have one advantage which is that the computer does not saying it was waiting for data as with the old one I had to leave the site and come back.

    @HSBC_UK as a customer of 40 years the treatment and total lack of humanity i received from the banks support department, on the day my mother died was something else. Support was the last thing I received. Apologies but NO support. I will find a bank that cares. Closing account

    @class_bore @HSBC_UK @BritishCycling Or customer service. You need to join linkedin and tackle there they making themselves look good there because the poor customer service not being mentioned there
