@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Hello @HSBC_UK I've had to call you multiple times in the last three days to get a block lifted on my card. Each time you tell me it's done, but I still can't use my card online. I'm getting pretty cross.

@HSBC_UK Why do you advertise "instant" personal loan decision to your customers to then tell them its going to take 5 working days?? And when the 5 days pass, you say tou are very busy and might take a further 3 days? False advertising, enticing people to apply. ombudsman.

@HSBC_UK I was served today in branch by a very competent member of the team so don’t need any further help. My complaint was that you are closing a branch that is very well used and no further branch for a 9 mile radius. Many of the customers are older and struggle to use online banking.
