    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK @TROYmagician Could you look at the problems with the HSBC Secure Key? The physical one fails so you recommend the digital key. Digital key doesn't load on laptop or phone. Locked out of account. Not much help on here from HSBC.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve requested an account closure and I was assured it had gone through. I no longer have my account details; can’t use log in/call or app and therefore can’t close it as it is still open as per my credit file. Kindly assist.

    @AppleSupport and @HSBC_UK there is clearly an issue between you because somewhere between you, I cannot purchase Game of Thrones. Been on the phone with both of you and each claims the other is the problem. #fail

    @HSBC_UK why is it possible to access my pin on my phone via your banking app? Surely the whole point is that you dont have your pin written down anywhere? If my phone was stolen and accounts accessed surely this is a massive security issue?!?!

    @HSBC_UK @TROYmagician I can't access HSBC online banking. Secure key failed. All I get from "customer service" on here is advice to call yet another number. I tried to leave this bank in 2018 and I deeply regret being talked into staying. Awful.

    @Richard_D_E @NatWest @HSBC_UK Agree that UK address is needed. Relates to UK banking reform after the financial crisis. And recommend signing on with a doctor straight away. My son didn't, contracted severe Covid very early in first wave and was unable to access NHS when he was poorly.

    @PhilMyers53 @HSBC_UK Sacked them off in 2013. Their behaviour and ‘customer service’ from 2008-2012 was absolutely abominable. Seems they’ve not improved in the decade since.
