@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Just been on hold for around an hour, finally got through to someone "how can I help?" then the line went dead, been on hold again now for another 20 minutes or so, this is ridiculous
