@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK @bethaniekebby I’ve just had contactless payments declined via Apple Watch and iPhone - also can’t access my banking app. Seems like a wider problem.
