  @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

  The irritating thing about @boltapp is that if you cancel a ride, the refund takes DAYS to come through. It’s ridiculous that they take the money from your account before the car is confirmed. Waste of time and @HSBC_UK are no help whatsoever. #taxi #taxidriver

  Today I mostly HATE mobile banking apps and how circular they are when your bank decide to upgrade so far your phone no longer works (thank you @HSBC_UK) so you can't log in online, can't use the online chat, can't pay for anything online...

  @HSBC_UK what is going on with your app? I can't access it as it needs updating, but I can't update it. So now I can't use internet banking as I can't use app to generate a code. I'm locked out of banking!!

  @HSBC_UK your business banking app is constantly showing server error try again later since yesterday. What is happening? And when will it be fixed? I’m trying to access funds and I can’t. It’s ridiculous

  @BarclaysUKHelp We have no way of checking to see if our clients have paid us, no way to set up any DD or SO and it’s pay day for our employees next week!! This simply is not good enough. If it is not sorted tomorrow, so we have full access, we will be moving back to @HSBC_UK

  Congratulations to @HSBC_UK for having the worst mobile app in the business. After 1 hr of installing, reinstalling, 7 security codes and 2 hours listening in vain to automated voices telling me how great the service is while fruitlessly waiting for a human voice, I’ve given up.
