@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

So they've really screwed me over. Why would you cancel the card I said I have that's active and is working? Anyway...looking for a new bank. @HSBC_UK @Barclays - can you do better?
