@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I have tried that. Please see the rest of my initial thread. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the dept. The person I spoke to on the solicitor line COULD NOT get me through.... This is clearly an issue. Please advise.

@HSBC_UK How come the other banks keep up to date with the beta and they fixed the apps to support iOS 15 and you don’t want to fix the api until iOS 15 officially available. Why?

@HSBC_UK As a premier account holder I'd expect a better service. I've not received my credit card, 2nd one sent out and still nothing!! You can't even give me a tracking number but can give me the courier service you sent with @dxsecure they have no record of you sending it!!
