@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I got migrated to new login last week. I am not able to login. I get "Login Error" after entering Secure Code. Others in the family are able to login to their account

@HSBC_UK This just gets better and better. I've just had a sales call from you trying to get more business out of me. When I pointed out that we needed to resolve this complaint first, the drone who called said he couldn't help with that.

@HSBC_UK I am not able to log into my online banking. I generate an access code on my little black keypad but when I input the number generated, I get the message "login failure". Thank you.
