@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Hello. I went in store to update my contact number on my online banking and now it will not let me sign in... This is not acceptable. The women basically told me I'd have to wait at least 5 days for it to update. This is unacceptable. I need to access my account now.

@HSBC_UK No worries. I did submit an online application and then later realised you can’t do it online if you’re an existing customer. Is there any way this application can be disregarded in order to prevent the credit search? Thanks
