@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK 1hr 12 mins holding on for an advisor only to then get to 8pm and automatically cut off !!... Thanks to this im now £192 out of pocket as I couldn't stop 2 fraud payments from my account I noticed.. Do you care at all about customers ? Not acceptable. Help no required.

My mother is having problems with #MilkandMore, part of @MuellerMilk, who have insisted she now pay by card but have not cancelled her direct debit, thereby doubling the cost of the milk! @HSBC_UK told her they can't cancel a DD (so what is the point of the damned bank?!).

@HSBC_UK I’ve been locked out of my account for no reason. I failed on one of the security questions about my overdraft limit because I never go overdrawn and I can’t check as I’ve been locked out. I don’t want to wait 7-10 days for paperwork to come through. I need access today

@HSBC_UK have a really upset 7 year old. We set up a My savings account for her. You sent her a letter with all the information about her acc & we should go to the local branch to get her money box & sticker activity book. Enfield branch say this isn’t a thing!! Pls help to sort

@HSBC_UK Have you stopped responding to emails sent through your system? I have sent 3 emails now with no response, the first one was sent Wednesday 05 May so a lot longer than 2 working days ago.

@arllanber @HSBC_UK Thats a bummer. Have to say, got onto to them this morning and doing something about this now. Proof of how good they will be when they resolve and discuss option with me... Give them the benefit till the **** hits the fan then it could be bye bye hsbc for me too.. 4 accts too !

@HSBC_UK I have just received a call asking me to contact your customer services department. I was then placed on hold for 20 minutes and your operator cut me off. This is unacceptable, please contact me to arrange a call back.
