@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@sleeepysandy @mcgilead @HSBC_UK This is mental. Banking has gone to the dogs (branches slashed, one teller even if the queue is out the door, accounts rendered pointless due to Ts&Cs, terrible telephone services, almost zero business services) and this is what they’re concentrating on?

Help @HSBC_UK my standing order for my bills left my account today but didn’t reach the intended bank account causing havoc. It normally works fine and I had sufficient funds. Where has the money gone!? Your chat function also says a SIX hour delay to speak to a human!
