@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Really disappointed with my account switch. My old account is closed and I have very limited access to my new HSBC one as I still haven't had a telephone banking code, so can't register for the website app. My card and pin arrived, why hasn't the code?

@HSBC_UK I have been a customer for over 45 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can't get through on the phone and the live chat is hopeless. I'm off to Nat West!

@HSBC_UK I opened an account online for my 2 kids. Son gets his new card. Very excited. However the activate phone number doesn’t work and we now have to wait for a telephone passcode in the post to get it sorted. With Mail strikes we may get that next year? Terrible service!

@HSBC_UK I've spent 9h over the last week with your business banking team trying to track down the status of several international payments with no status yet. On the last call, they put me on hold, then hung up on me after 1.5h of being passed between several teams. I am fed up!
