    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    If @HSBC_UK was a person you would say, 'Oh God, not him again! He always does this, and I know EXACTLY what to expect from him'. Then you would cut him out of your life, and possibly change your address. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    @HSBC_UK hi. I am having issue with my new card being posred to my new address..as I am not in UK.. I need to sort things out with my lawyer in UK...I have made my aubri benifeciry.but HaSBC wont give bank statements or card to her.. can't travel to Uk due to Corona..HELP PLZ.

    @HSBC_UK changed DD details but now you're sending me arrears letters???? Why is it so difficult to action anything with your company? So many problems. Now I've been on hold for what feels like hours!

    @HSBC_UK How do I access copies of statements on the mobile app? Need one for ID purposes but can find no statements at all on the mobile app just statement of fees. Thanks

    @HSBC_UK your app is a disaster, never seen anything quite so unintuitive in my life. I'm ping ponging between the app and the website and getting nowhere.

    @DaveMCnowInKent @HSBC_UK I would just like to be able to log onto my account, keeps logging in then immediately logs out, almost every time I log in, trying to make a payment but just logs out. I’ll switching if you don’t sort your site out. This is an ongoing problem for months now!

    Economic neglect is affecting my financial health. My bank have sent a capricious letter telling me that my arranged overdraft limit is reduced. I may change banks for this. If they cannot support carers or #ExcludedUK fine artists during a global pandemic. @HSBC_UK
