@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK So turns out your customer services are unable over the phone despite having emails transcript,scan of my graduation certificate and my course end and start date are unable to make my account go from being a student to a graduate account and I should go to branch.

@Firebreather_Uk @HSBC_UK Same issue for everyone at the moment again. Customer service guys cannot help was talking too often with them on the phone. Need to go to a branch
