@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Trying to close joint account with @HSBC_UK. The PDF form is broken and won't print. It's the PDF, not me. Only answers are if I've tried saving it then printing it (it's a broken PDF), or directing me to other closing methods, which aren't available for joint accounts.

@HSBC_UK I arrived very frustrated in your Clapham branch yesterday about to change banks, but after exceptional service from an employee of yours, I've decided not to flee. He sensed my distress, went above and beyond, and solved my problems.

@HSBC_UK you have closed the Fenchurch Street branch in the city of London which was the closest to my work, I have to go to the Bishopsgate branch now. Today I got told that you are closing the counter service at that branch. How are businesses meant to get change.

@HSBC_UK So instead of making a complaint, I want to mention Carlos Apolaya - someone you are very lucky to have, really I cannot stress this enough. And he didn't mention this but I know today this man sat with me during his lunch break to help me. I am so grateful for his kindness.

I've tried to email ... again no response .. filled in a online form 5 days possible wait

@HSBC_UK Complete customer service on all levels. Claim to telephone you, but don't then state your complaint is solved. If you wish to escalate, escalate, you not even done anything. Bankers really are.... .
