@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK i know there is an issue with IOS 14, but there is zero excuse for you to have not deployed a fix since this was reported back in August. Especially as fixes have already been deployed for 15 and 16.

@HSBC_UK I got through this morning & was able to resolve some issues. It’s just a shame that .@HSBC_UK - like lots of other businesses - have chosen to exploit Covid as a means of ‘stress testing’ the market and finding out just how much they can get away with diminishing their services.

@HSBC_IN I have sent several emails, tweets and registered several messages via the link you keep providing - the banking app keeps crashing on startup on IOS 15. Every other @HSBC_UK worldwide has issued an updated to fix it. How much longer will you be taking to do so?
