    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    I just spoke to a Caitlyn in the mortgage team at @HSBC_UK and she was so kind and compassionate about the situation I described to her, not to mention helpful, that I wanted to reach down the phone and hug her. Be good to Caitlyn @HSBC_UK she deserves it.

    Thanks @HSBC_UK for making it impossible to log into online banking from a new phone! Can't generate the QR code on my old phone because I don't have it, and I can't reset my telephone banking number because the number I call to reset it wants...my telephone banking number!

    @HSBC_UK are you experiencing issues with creating student/u18 accounts We have been patiently waiting over two weeks and the lad needs to get paid from his employer ?? Heard nothing - not a great start for his banking life ;)
