    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK @fancypants018 That’s not true. The issue is not with the OS so will not be fixed by Apple. The issue is HSBC are simply not letting their app open on iOS 16 until the final version is released.

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK You can use HSBC mobile app next time because you can instantly mark card as lost/stolen or take this temporary block off. You can also unfreeze it on this HSBC mobile app. The onus is on the cardholder.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Never dealt with such a incompetent service. No one knows what they are doing. My online banking is locked.. I am suffering from covid I don’t have acces to my money and your minions in India don’t have a clue how to reset it or activate it!!!

    @HSBC_UK @tekphloyd iOS 16 is now available as a Public beta, when will the HSBC app function again? I can't even login via the web as the 2FA method for login requires the app to function...

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC poor service on the phone with my elderly parents. Not being helped when they phoned and being told they had to go into the bank. Also refusing to give a complaints email.
