@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK is there an issue with online, mobile and telephone banking? I called to do telephone and says there is a technical fault and all other ways online and app wont even let me log on.

@HSBC_UK over 2.5hrs on the phone to try and resolve an issue with my son's account (he's 11!!). The "script" says they have to talk to him...but I have to authorise everything to do with his account! Unbelievably hard to make someone understand that I know everything about him

Hi @HSBC_UK , after moving to iOS 15, my mobile banking app doesn’t… it opens and immediately shuts down. I have the latest version of the app. Any ideas? This is affect the @firstdirecthelp app too.
