@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I have been told I need to confirm a PIN at a HSBC cash point. Driven to 2 today (Didsbury Stockport) and both out of order. Before I try another, are they all broken?!

@HSBC_UK Today I got to the bank early to do a transfer an hour before the end of day window closed. I waited & waited, no other customers, staff all in the back room chatting, I repeatedly asked but by the time they deigned turned help me, I’d missed the transfer window.

@HSBC_UK I can’t log in to the hsbc app, it keeps crashing! When trying to log in on the website, it requires a code from the app, so that’s no use either! Please sort it out HSBC!!
