@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Since this has been not working for a month, and Christmas is coming up soon where it will be really useful to have access to my bank account, is there an interim option, like a physical token for generating a security code that we can use instead?

@m8_nvm @HSBC_UK Agree. I am also a 30 year premier customer locked out of online banking.... the app is the security token!!!!! Totally unacceptable.
