@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK @alcatelmobileuk @GooglePlay app crashes on startup; fresh Alcatel 3L (2021) on Android 11. Thirty mins on phone for Telephone Banking Sec Number (not in post), time to get a card reader through the post in 5-10 working days. Not a great start to my new Advance account.

@HSBC_UK can someone please answer the phones, jesus I'm an advanced customer and for the 5th time nobody has answered, 25 minutes plus, don't use the covid excuse either, extremely poor, all other big companies seem to work it out.

@HSBC_UK Lol :-) I won't. It is just utterly terrible music when you are on hold for 30 minutes with the same 16 notes. It is like Chinese water torture :-)
