@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK My father in law only uses his phone to access online banking and after being on multiple calls with customer support/fraud team, they've said they can't restore access unless the device has trusteer installed. How do I get them to drop that requirement?

@HSBC_UK woeful experience trying to get help for my 83 year old mother. On hold 30 minutes plus. Asked to call back because system down. Zero appointments available in branch within 20 miles. Cant even complain because the non customer phone line asks for my account number????

@HSBC_UK personal banking app is so ****. It's lost the payment details of someone I paid just 15 months ago. I can't even search for that payment to pay again. It's 2021!!!

@HSBC_UK It doesn’t help at all. Why don’t you do this? Every other bank I know of does. What is the problem with stamping the documents you’ve just printed? It defies common sense. If you won’t offer this basic service at no cost to you I’d rather have the forms to close the account.

@BBCNews @HSBC_UK tops the list too, imagine, being defrauded by an @HSBC_UK client and can't get any help from their customer service unit. Especially when they also credited funds to the wrong account. Still waiting on them to #dotherightthing
