@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I can log in with biometrics, I just have to force quit the app first, otherwise it just hangs when I log in. This is a known issue.

@missdiamondcur1 @HSBC_UK Shocking isn’t it, took me near 3 hours to sort my issue. I never have any issues with any other bank! Been made to feel like it’s not your choice with your money is not good enough!
