    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK 2/2 large company to at least support its client base, considering all other major banking firms are able to support the transition and have ensured that banking apps work regardless of the platform. HSBC could at least be considerate towards this?

    @HSBC_UK It seems HSBC are happy to lock customers away from their money forget proactively talking to them for more than 24 hours after suspect transactions. Fraud checks are good but at least talk with the customer more and allow genuine transactions #hsbc #awfulservice @moneybox

    @agrinick @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness All I wanted to do was speak to someone that understood me and my business, to give advise and hopefully some help, for which I've recieved none. Once I'm through this period I will be moving to a different bank.

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is non existent. You have cut me off, put me on hold and then cut me off. I keep. Three call today, all cut off all with waiting time over 1.5 hours. Why open a bee department if you are understaffed. Think you have to remember it’s not he money!

    @HSBC_UK I’m trying to get on the phone to activate a physical key right now, but no one is answering. The point of the beta is to fix your app ready for release - Do as almost every other bank and app developer has done and fix it please!

    @HSBC_UK avoid HSBC at the moment, you cannot access your money because no one answers the phone as they are understaffed….

    @HSBC_UK going round in circles trying to set up the app on my new phone. Can't generate a security code to access my accounts online because I can't log in to the app without the code!! No help via website, no phone numbers given. So stressful 😫
