@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK I got through eventuallu but 5 times my call was dropped and the line was terrible. The hold music was clear so you have an issue with the actual lines.

@HSBC_UK Not at the moment, thanks. I would like to see an online chat feature which HSBC customers can access easily if they are locked out or can’t access their accounts - it seems that the online chat only works after logging onto their internet banking account.

@HSBC_UK half hour on the phone to then be transferred to another department and hung up on, to resolve an issue I've already spoken to someone twice about.. Not impressed.. Is there anyone who can actually help me please. Thank you

@HSBC_UK my elderly father has been waiting for over an hour on the phone to get through to you to block his card as the details have been compromised. He cannot work out where to block the card online on his account. #vulnerable
