Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Not sure therefore how you’re going to manage to switch it! Please can you explain how to do this?

For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.
