@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK hello! Can you please help me. I’ve had an ongoing problem for about a month. I have spoken to representatives over the phone and on the HSBC app several times but despite being reassured everything would be resolved a week ago , I am still waiting. Please help 😭😭

So, @HSBC_UK closed down a business account (over £80K) without as much as a call due to them misselling yrs ago. Takes about 10 days to move funds (not their own!) to another HSBC account, meanwhile profiteering from the interest. @TheFCA, do you think this is okay behaviour?

@HSBC_UK I’d really appreciate it if i didn’t have to spend 90 minutes on hold (so far), for an issue HSBC caused me. I’ve asked the chat too, they tell me to call instead. There must be an easier way to do things?

@HSBC_UK @Anthony66372214 It’s good what you’re doing, but what you’re doing is contradicting that statement. All people regardless of race who come from poor backgrounds need support. If I could find a charity that helps poor WC white, Asian families would you give them £2m?
