    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    Turns out @AskNationwide decided to tell @HSBC_UK to close down my account over the Christmas period during @RoyalMail strikes, and now can’t do anything about it. Useless.

    @HSBC_UK the customer service for HSBC is appalling. Lost my commercial card mid December,great challenge to get through to anyone to report it, chaotic inconsistent advice from HSBC call centres, fraudulent transactions have now been charged to my account. V poor service

    Ok this is the record. I moved house a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been working through changes of address. I have had a few shockers but @HSBC_UK the worst yet. Had to call as never set up online, it’s a balance transfer card. 40 mins on hold! You can’t keep saying ‘hi call volume

    @HSBC_UK That’s the exact reason I was trying to call daily for over a week to no avail. Over 30 years banking with HSBC the service is now an all time low. Will be considering a total change not just for savings!!!

    @HSBC_UK Terrible banking experience. Wasted 1 hr 30 mins to reselve a query regarding extra tuition fee charged for a UK University, but failed. Long waiting time on phone, no email on their website. Only option is chat box where one has to deal with a bot.

    I believe @hollyhyanez HSBC_UK (I am sure it’s not just #hsbc) don’t really care because it’s such a pain to close your account and open a new one but not hanging on any longer, an hour and half waiting for an agent to help me give the bank business is too long #accountclosing
