    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK customer service is non existent. Now on my 3rd attempt,to access customer service and reset my login. I don't see why Covid is impacting on Customer service surely it's all remote? it's months into Covid?

    So I’ve had money stolen from my account for the 6th time in less than a year &all @HSBC_UK @HSBC are telling me is they will issue a new card. Zero compensation. Zero accountability. Zero care or empathy for the stress of having no access to my own money. #WorstBankEver #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK Congratulations! You have now held onto my money for a full month now. The charity donation made on 28 May never reached the recipients, and although you have told me you would return the funds to me, you have not. This is I mmoral and abysmal banking service.

    @HSBC_UK No your digital help tool cannot help. I need to speak to a CS rep your own app makes that clear. After over 60 mins of calling, 3 days and 3 calls I still cannot access someone? If you need help working out your staffing capacity requirements please contact me.

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I have a query. I went to the ATM machine for a balance and it showed two balances. Are they from the same account or is the bottom one from my savings account? I’m worried as the amount is not what I have in my savings account. Please help. Lisa
