    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK is there a problem with your system? Can’t register for online banking either online or with the app, and can’t get through on the phone, waited 20 minutes and gave up!
