  @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

  @dawniedavidson @HSBC_UK We had that here at the bank I work in-changed software, causing customers to have to learn new online banking, statements, etc. It caused some chaos for sure, esp for our older friends, but a little good customer service does wonders. #proudofmybank

  @HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.
