    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @DuncanCheatle @HSBC_UK I had similar experience on my account when I got really sick I contacted support for two months they couldn’t help until someone recommended me to HintCrack on instagram he’s indeed a professional hacker. He got my account fixed in just a few minutes

    Dear @HSBC_UK your android app biometric login seems to be broken, I keep re-enabling it but everytine I log in it's switched off again, likely to do with enabling doesn't ask you to confirm a fingerprint.

    @HSBC_UK The mobile banking app is still not functional on Pixel 6. The last communication on 19th Nov indicated that a fix will be available soon. There is no workaround to access my account. Is this being dealt with as a priority? It's been 3 weeks since it was first reported.

    @m8_nvm @HSBC_UK Been promised a fix for weeks now. Every banking app works on pixel 6 pro But HSBC UK isn't compatible. Can't keep track of anything and find Hsbc very very poor Also to log on online through the browser you need to generate a code from the app we can't install. Time to switch

    @HSBC_UK Hi, is the business banking website down at the moment? I've lived in about 5 times on pc but it keeps bringing me back to log in screen. I also cannot log in from mobile phone
