    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK Thanks Tijianne. The site itself works; it's just links which had worked a few weeks ago no longer work as the site's been rewritten, and users using bookmarked links rather than going via the site's root page & navigating through the links get issues / without helpful redirects

    @HSBC_UK since 23rd Dec. you can't resolve activation code issue! l have called 7 times in the last 2 weeks. If the issue is not resolved by COB today, l will move my money to @HalifaxBank This is not a threat, but you have failed me, a bank that l have used for 22 years!

    @HSBC_UK I’ve recently switched to your bank provider and I’ve gone to set up mobile banking app but I’ve been locked out. Website is useless in telling me what to do and the guy on the phone didn’t know what to do. How can I fix this?

    @HSBC_UK Over a week trying to contact Hsbc after exhausting all online chat avenues and help forums which all say I need to speak to an advisor to sought an issue stopping me opening an online saver account. After spending hours on hold decided to take out savings account elsewhere POOR

    @HSBC_UK That’s the exact reason I was trying to call daily for over a week to no avail. Over 30 years banking with HSBC the service is now an all time low. Will be considering a total change not just for savings!!!

    @HSBC_UK Alison, I’m not going to be rude to you. But, you can’t keep saying ‘lines are busier than normal’. That’s a broken record. And I had no issues on the phone with sky, EE, fidelity, Coventry BS, aviva and many others. Get more staff!

    @HSBC_UK my wife has been waiting 2 months now to receive her replacement debit card… you somehow lost the first replacement and gave no reason for it and she has been waiting another month for the next one… this is absolutely ridiculous and has caused endless problems for us!

    Turns out @AskNationwide decided to tell @HSBC_UK to close down my account over the Christmas period during @RoyalMail strikes, and now can’t do anything about it. Useless.
