    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    @HSBC_UK Really disappointed with my account switch. My old account is closed and I have very limited access to my new HSBC one as I still haven't had a telephone banking code, so can't register for the website app. My card and pin arrived, why hasn't the code?

    @FancyGlancy1 @HSBC_UK Same! All the money in my old account has been moved to HSBC and I have no access to it because I haven’t received that number. It’s been 3 weeks for me too, and now 6 days without being able to use my money.

    Tried opening an account with @HSBC_UK back in October. Still pending. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a bank.

    @HSBC_UK I know you can't but at least you can provide a better service and a clear process to business owners when you BLOCK the account for no reason

    @HSBC_UK I have been a customer for over 45 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can't get through on the phone and the live chat is hopeless. I'm off to Nat West!

    Now I have to sit. And wait. To be seen. I have to wait for a business advisor to unblock my account 'I thought you don't have a business team in this branch' 'Oh we do ha ha ha' Utter BS service from @HSBC_UK Luckily #BFHC🍒 from @CostaCoffee is keeping me 'calm'

    @HSBC_UK I opened an account online for my 2 kids. Son gets his new card. Very excited. However the activate phone number doesn’t work and we now have to wait for a telephone passcode in the post to get it sorted. With Mail strikes we may get that next year? Terrible service!

    @HSBC_UK I've spent 9h over the last week with your business banking team trying to track down the status of several international payments with no status yet. On the last call, they put me on hold, then hung up on me after 1.5h of being passed between several teams. I am fed up!
