@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK Your customers need their mobile banking app fixed fast, since it broke with the #ios15 15.1 update. App crashes on opening and therefore can’t generate a code to login to desktop either. Been too long now
