    @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

    30 mins on hold with @HSBC_UK they not alone does anyone in this country offer even half decent access to customer service. No lie, everything is just so hard to get done. No int directing me your banking app when banking app says call you!!!!!

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Just had possibly the worst customer service experience of MY LIFE!! and man in India saying to me "Oh god" about my plight that has taken 3 months to resolve. Thanks HSBC. Thinking about changing banks. 🫤😡

    @HSBC_UK Okay, so I need to talk to an agent urgently on a phone, I spent two hours in a physical bank yesterday, travelling a long way because my two nearest branches are closed. The issues have still not been resolved it’s quite complex, why are your phones never answered?

    . @HSBC_UK Live chat is an AWFUL way of trying to sort complications on a new bus account. Why can we not talk to a live human being?

    The decline of @HSBC_UK as a bank is a prime example of bank losing its customer focus. Opened couple of bank accounts in August for my two daughters at the @HSBC Reading branch in August. Still have nothing to show for. There are many other. #wakeupHSBC #worstexperience @TheFCA

    @HSBC_UK hi, I applied for balance transfer credit card, all went through, got email saying my card is on the way and that was 3 weeks ago, card did not arrive, neither balance transfer was done. Can you help?
