@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@jarvisffc @HSBC_UK I've had no prob transferring funds from @HSBC_UK to exchanges. But I have no idea if I can deposit fiat from exchanges into HSBC. I suspect that will be a problem, everyone is saying HSBC are the least crypto friendly so Im looking for a new bank.

@HSBC_UK having issues logging into internet banking through chrome browser. Never had this issue before. Gives me error messaging telling me to turn off private browsing (which i have never turned on ever). The fault is on your end, i've seen similar tweets to you like this.

Very disappointed having been a customer of @HSBC_UK @hsbc since I was a child that you no longer offer the future saver savings acct. Told by your staff there was no alternative. My 3 month old daughter & one of the next generation is now a customer of @LloydsBank #petersfield

How useless are @HSBC_UK with their mortgage service. So so slow. Cannot get a quick decision from them. My son-in-law been waiting two weeks and still no answer. Bloody hopeless. Do not use them - use a broker cos brokers don’t use HSBC

I have had enough of this @HSBC_UK app. it keeps breaking down. I had to delete and download the app many times. it keeps logging me out. I cannot access my account and I'm sure I am on overdraft. I needed to access to my account to transfer money so that I don't get charge
