@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK The fact that the only support the live chat bot on the site recommends is logging in to get support, when you're entire issue is that you can't log in is absolutely insane.

@HSBC_UK your App is down , the site is down. Your phone service shuts at 8pm. I have a VAT return to pay - deadline by midnight … and if I can’t physically pay it they will fine me 10% of the total return. Please contact me to tell me how I can get this done ASAP

@HSBC_UK oh dear! App crashed again? Getting a bit annoying now! Phone lines close at 8pm and @DowndetectorUK were the only way to check if it was me with a problem!
