@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK .. u lot want to chat via chat for me to close my bank account. It’s Totally pathetic. i Login with my app & press request to shut then unlike other banks you want me to chat to a real person!! i will be grumpy about what country U invest our money in. 😡👎🏽

The worst customer experience from a company and they have the audacity to ask you to attend their digital transformation summit! Useless @HSBC_UK can't even open an account and my company suffers due to it. But who cares HSBC don't!

@HSBC_UK Gave up and dialled HSBCs general number. Spoke to 3 different areas who all couldn’t help me and have been transferred back to the original number. No one will acknowledge my complaint either. Someone please take ownership and help me!!!
