Lindsey Sylvester π©βπ« (@MissSylvester77) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Nick Cox (@njc235) reported@andyward1964 @HSBC_UK I hope youβre not expecting an answer. The days of good customer service in the UK are long gone my friend.
-
Distrbution Alpha (@Dist_Alpha) reported@HSBC_UK 2hrs of phones calls, 1 of which waiting to speak to someone. 20 mins of online chat. And still, no one is able to explain why my business debit card is blocked or has unblocked it. Why should anyone have a business account with you with such shoddy service?
-
Anthony Jones (@cardiijolliest) reported@HSBC_UK I have tried to log on to my business account but receive the message that the server is not available. Your website says that online banking is working normally. Is there a problem?
-
ana gic ....Actor & Filmmaker (@anagicphoto) reported@HSBC_UK Hi , I did that and couldn't or would not help
-
Joachim (@joachimnicolas) reportedThe only way to do it is to twig that this is the bug, and then enter the date BACKWARDS, starting with the year. @HSBC_UK either fix it or hire me to fix it. I'm not even a JS developer and I could do better than this.
-
Suzanne McGowan (@Suzanne36861284) reported@HSBC_UK There doesn't appear to be a counter service anywhere near and I'm going round in circles trying to find a post office
-
Adam Stroud (@adas1023) reported@HSBC_UK Last week my wife was wrongly informed that closing her savings account would cost Β£4, instead we can now see in the account that it has cost closer to Β£400. Customer service said this will take 6-8 weeks to investigate, but we need the money back now!

Joachim (@joachimnicolas) reportedAtrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. π§΅1/n

Samuel Parker (@sjwp74) reported@HSBC_UK your mobile app servers have been down for several days now! Presumably this has been reported already? No customer comms received thus far. Tq

Richard Harrington πΏ (@1988Harrington) reported@alanbullion2 @Barclays @HSBC_UK Maybe not even the town hall (I'd rather see start ups given space at just over cost to help them). Plenty of current banks which could be used. However, I'd rather see this in villages rather than big towns. It's the villages which are suffering now from closures.
