@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@OnceUponASophie @RealHunkHarris @HSBC_UK You would support protests AND riots. If you support a protest, fair enough. But supporting a riot is very different entirely, you’re supporting a violent and unlawful action that can ruin people’s lives.

@Jessica_White28 @HSBC_UK @Charon_Solution Nah, I'd prefer getting rid of HSBC once and for all. This is a hint for them to clean up their ****, in case they don't know it.

@HSBC_UK Hello. I would like to check if someone can help with checking where my UK bank account materials were delivered to. I applied for a bank account with HSBC UK via HSBC China. I got four emails saying the UK bank account has been ready and materials will be delivered.

@mushoj8 @HSBC_UK The card has now been cancelled. The entire customer service experience with hsbc has been utterly shambolic.

@OnceUponASophie @HSBC_UK Thanks for confirming that you’d actually support violence for something that doesn’t require it.

@mushoj8 @HSBC_UK Exactly the same has happened to me too. I can’t do a balance transfer for a new credit card until I get online and they won’t send me login details. The phone team hung up twice. Bizarre. Please help me HSBC, you’re not responding to my DMs

@HSBC_UK is there an issue with online, mobile and telephone banking? I called to do telephone and says there is a technical fault and all other ways online and app wont even let me log on.

@Catherine212 @HSBC_UK Thanks, Cat. It’s unbelievably poor service @HSBC_UK to make it compulsory to do something and then not offer customers a way to do the something you require! SO frustrating!

@OnceUponASophie @todd_williams_ @HSBC_UK You can tell she’s running out of logical points to argue as she’s gone down the, “I’ll repeat myself” stage. This always signifies the end.
