@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin We don’t care what you fancy as long as it’s not animals or children. There has never really been an issue in this country with gay people. What we don’t like is when the T&Q+ start singing about how they want to f*** our children or say things like Satan loves you etc. 2/2

@Mistywoman1 @HSBC_UK Sounds to me like @HSBC_UK need to get their banking App up to date. Plenty of non-standard size cheques around. If banks (all of them) are going close all their branches for miles around, they should at least have the decency to get their online stuff working seamlessly.

@HSBCUKBusiness Hi @HSBC_UK complaint was filed. 1st reply-We are investigating. 2nd reply-Sorry we can’t resolve!! Time wasted. Phoned HSBC Premier, Matt was completely uninterested, not even introduced himself, “Can I take your name, what can I do 4 you”!! Poor service!! Surely, not “Premiere”

Hey @HSBC_UK I’ve had a payment pending on my account since May 17, have called in internationally 10 times and spoken to various reps who have been unable to resolve this issue. Feeling very frustrated at not being able to spend my own money. Please help

And sometimes people need an organisation that supports them to signpost them to resources. In the same way Shelter would for other homeless people? Just really don’t understand your problem

@HSBC_UK They answered after 1 hour and 15 minutes but the don’t have security clearance to check my account. I’ve now been on hold for another 15 minutes for that. Is this a joke? It doesn’t seem to be April fools. This is a business account I just don’t believe this service.
