  @HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

  @HSBC_UK I’ve been trying to pay a cheque in using the App. It is giving me an error message saying try again later. How long do you expect this problem to last.

  Is it actually possible to get £220 switch bonus? Terms say must 'open a bank account in our mobile banking app' App sends me back to the website. Help bot says "need to apply... on your web browser... application isn’t available on the mobile app" @HSBC_UK

  @HSBC_UK is there anyway of actually talking to someone to get access to my online/mobile banking outside of the 8pm cut off? Pretty poor that 24 hour help isn’t available.

  @HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting

  And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!

  @HSBC_UK your service is rubbish. Can only apply for an ISA by mobile phone app or going into a branch. This service should be accessible through online banking and phone banking. Useless bearing in mind number of branches closed
