Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Steve Pratley (@stephenpratley) reported@johnsw @HSBC_UK On any other platform I can automate chasing payments, onboarding, contract cancellations and a bunch of other stuff based on when payments arrive. Instead I start every day doing things I could have automated for about 20 years. They're like the Shoe Bomber. They never killed anyone but they've taken multiple lifetimes with the minutes they waste for every customer every day. I ought to be able to get it out of Xero but their API won't let me at data I can look at and export from the GUI either.
