@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@walibi77 @HSBC_CA Let's not forget their heritage, I had a client of @HSBC_UK defraud me, too me 8 months to report it to the fraud unit, then they told me if I had reported it sooner they could have help, My bank and I tried from July 2020-Feb 2021. In the end they created happy criminals.

@HSBC_UK why make it impossible to pay money in to accounts these digital branches are ****!! And you know it over £4,000 in coins and i can’t even bank them in my account any more 😡 May as well have an online bank like #tide #sterling least there honest with there customers

@HSBC_UK Can you give any indication when this service will be available? We will have to look at alternative bank options but would really prefer to stay with HSBC
