@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

@HSBC_UK the new v2.39.3 app is working now on my iOS 12.5.4 on Iphone 6. But when I am logging into it I am getting message that a PSK has been ordered and I will need that for the secure code. Is there a way around so that I don’t have to wait until PSK arrival?

@HSBC_UK @Dr_AnwarUl_Haq Guys you’re causing us so many issues. Everything was working fine until you tried to “fix” bugs. Rubbish support, actually worst support in uk.

@HSBC_UK been a customer for 65 years with an unblemished record. Premier credit card cleared every month. Rang to arrange a temporary credit increase of £1000. 40 minutes later they still hadn't sorted it and informed me I would be on hold another possibly 40 minutes! Gave up !

@HSBC_UK The app was working again with v2.39.1 in iOS 15 beta 7 but crashes again with latest version, 2.39.3

@HSBC_UK Hi, I’m using app on iOS12 on a device as no updates supported beyond this. I have re-installed app several times but it still does not work for me as won’t let me generate a code. Can you help me reset please?
