@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Show me a worse bank than @HSBC_UK for business. They’ve ‘lost’ £120k and have no idea where it is, won’t help until we fill in a form that won’t be dealt with for 5 working days, and just don’t seem to give a damn. Time to say 👋 to this utter shower.

The telephone service I have just received from HSBC was APPALLING @HSBC_UK the colleague was clearly struggling, a Manager was sitting close by advising her - I asked to speak to him, and he refused even though the colleague as clearly struggling. I cried.

@HSBC_UK Received new CC, activated via automated line, but what's a telephone banking security number and when will I receive it? I'm a new customer, never had account before so no existing online banking details. Trying to register for online banking. Thanks.

@HSBC_UK why do you hand out credit cards like candy? Over 20 people in my block of 66 flats have been victims of credit card fraud since Aug and nearly every single one has been with you guys... WHY are you not getting the police involved? They won't investigate our reports!

@HSBC_UK why have operators when you they need to send you to an automated system which then in turn doesn’t work…. All to be able to access the online banking… to not have to call an operator. New customer and wow.. what a first impression

Why is the @HSBC_UK app so bad 😭 Very rare I don't get an error message saying the feature is currently unavailable when I try to add a new payee. Kind of an important feature to not work so often

@HSBC_UK Thank you for returning my money after I have suffered for so many days. This is the worst service I have received so far from any bank. The customer service team was also not helpful in reassuring me that I will get my money back.
