@HSBC_UK your customer service is awful. Asking for something to be sorted, but get told, it should be processed soon, but I don't have the authority to do it here. This happened last year trying to set up a student account too.

Don't normally do this but @HSBC_UK are an absolutely terrible bank. They've blocked my account due to fraud alerts twice over the past 3 days and are now leaving me without a working card until I can get to a branch with ID, despite the fact I've given my details repeatedly.

@HSBC_UK atrocious customer service, person in text chat couldn't see my account, spoke to an agent who hung up, issue going on for months
