@HSBC_UK Quick question. Is there a problem with app. I've set my phone and hsbc app for notifications. It was working fine up till 2 days ago. I'm not receiving any notifications foe withdrawals or lodgements. TIA Paul

@HSBC_UK here we going again. Son has turned 18, wants to set up online banking but firstly has to set up telephone banking.. M been on hold over 1hr now with the ear bleeding hold music. Your customer "service" is truly awful. Someone needs sacking for this debacle

@hsbc_uk is a worst bank, suspended our business account since last 2 months for their own stupidity. we dont have access to funds, hence our business is suffering; may go burst, as struggling to make & receive payments and end up having bad credit ratings, what a sh*t service.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN I raised the dispute regarding international transaction. It seems like bank did mistake and payed with the my money.pls resolve the issue. I have been taking with HSBC representative but haven’t got any answers for the transaction. Pls resolve ASAP

@HSBC_UK customer service front desk Luke at your Manchester Exchange Street Branch is not only unknowledgeable but also unable to find out an answer, only signpost to Experian. I’m still waiting to speak to a manager. Is this really HSBC customer service?

Brilliant service from staff in the Ross branch... however, closing all my local branches & unable to provide me with a tablet despite what your press releases say is somewhat narrow-minded & is a form of financial abuse forcing me to do something I'm opposed to. @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK I’ve recently switched to your bank provider and I’ve gone to set up mobile banking app but I’ve been locked out. Website is useless in telling me what to do and the guy on the phone didn’t know what to do. How can I fix this?

@HSBC_UK trying to pay off a credit card but the "service is unavailable". Not good enough guys... Can I do this in branch because I'm getting no joy with the website. This is the sort of thing that can lead to late payments.

@HSBC_UK I’m not sure if I am too happy with that. The Conveyancing company (Intergrar) that HSBC are using is shockingly bad. I am getting no where with them. As a Premier HSBC customer, would like some proper support. Case Ref: 11885541 - I’d like a proper response

@HSBC_UK Thanks Tijianne. The site itself works; it's just links which had worked a few weeks ago no longer work as the site's been rewritten, and users using bookmarked links rather than going via the site's root page & navigating through the links get issues / without helpful redirects
