@HSBC_UK Quick question. Is there a problem with app. I've set my phone and hsbc app for notifications. It was working fine up till 2 days ago. I'm not receiving any notifications foe withdrawals or lodgements. TIA Paul

It took me only 2 weeks, 7 letters sent by post and 2 phone calls with their help desk to open an account with @HSBC_UK… remember to cry when the fintech companies will put you out of business

@HSBC_UK Business account. When I told the boy who twice refused me entry ‘am I expected to walk round town with 2k in my pocket again’ he didn’t care! Between the incompetent Rhine service and this I see no reason in staying with you

Your customer service @HSBC_UK is appalling… your mistake 8 calls later… currently on hold for 55( fifty five minutes )… how do I close my account !?…🤡 .. serious circus behaviour and not good enough!

@HSBC_UK what a disgrace of a service. Firstly your online banking app is crap. When asked to call you I get somebody who can’t speak English, then fail security checks because because I can’t confirm the amount of a transaction - because I can’t access my account! Shocking

@HSBC_UK I have not been able to log in to my on-line account for 2 days. The telephone Customer Services indicated that there was a technical issue and was being worked on by IT staff. Please advise current status and when problems resolved.
