    I’ve banked with this branch of @HSBC_UK for 34 years and yet no personal service at all. And of course #HSBC won’t let you ring your own branch to ask for some service.

    Unbelievable, inefficient & poor service from @HSBC_UK. Two standing order requests 4wd to my branch from organisations we wanted to support posted back to me by HSBC telling me I must set them up myself online. Why not JFDI themselves in the time it takes to write? #HSBC

    @Connor_Miller98 @HSBC_UK When the HSBC (and First Direct) apps launch, the iOS version is checked and they’ve not included iOS 16 as yet. The same issue occurs every year with the new iOS release and takes months for them to resolve (search ‘iOS HSBC’ to see everyone else who’s frustrated by this).

    @HSBC_UK been trying to get onto the mobile app for two days with no joy. Two different accounts on separate phones are saying server issues. When will this be resolved please?

    @HSBC_UK my debit card had been expired last may!! Been contacting your customer service multiple times! Just given false reassurance!!! How dare you to do that to your customer??? Cant do any transactions as my card is expired!!!
