    @HSBC_UK Massive shout out to the lady who heroically spent 45 minutes with me today resolving the arcane, abstuce and byzantine issues and fixed my registration and mobile access to my account. What ever your paying your staff isn't enough to fix this pathetic experience 🤨

    HSBC Apple Pay. Possibly all(?) HSBC UK customers have woken to an email from them confirming registration of their card on to Apple Pay. Contact centre on +30 minute wait times as concerned customers phone in. I’m told the comms were sent in error. @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Terrible. No information was sent on this by email. By taking the app offline when even logging on over the desktop requires a 6 digit app-generated code, you're de-banking customers for 2 hours.

    @HSBC_UK please contact me re : poor customer service. Advisors having to " follow the script ", unable to speak on behalf of my 91 year old parent, no knowledge about how the only remaining local branch operates. A frustrating 40 minute call.

    @HSBC_UK got my phone fixed & now I can't log in to the mobile banking app. It says 'Unable to send activation code'. Rang up on the 18th and gave my phone number but it never changed. Will the code be texted to me? And how long will it take? Need to pay rent soon!

    @HSBC_UK HSBC has locked my account. Their customer services will not put me through to an agent. Their chat is incapable of helping with the problem. It means I have no access to my account, either online or by app. This can only be fraud. You cannot report fraud because the customer services number will not put you through to an agent. This is disgraceful.

    @HSBC_UK why have I lost the ability of OTP and have to authorise every payment know the app. Its impossible as everytime i return to the site after authorising on the hsbc app the payment page has gone back to the homepage. Give me back the OTP option
