    @HSBC_UK Massive shout out to the lady who heroically spent 45 minutes with me today resolving the arcane, abstuce and byzantine issues and fixed my registration and mobile access to my account. What ever your paying your staff isn't enough to fix this pathetic experience 🤨

    @HSBC_UK Sorry Andy. That’s just bullshit - and you know it. It’s been at least three years since calls have been answered in anything like a timely fashion at HSBC. Your App doesn’t help and your live chat is ‘unable to help’. Perfect example of a company that doesn’t give a toss.

    @HSBC_UK terrible customer service . Card got lost in post . Tried to call HSBC twice for 2 hours and nobody picked up . Eventually got hold of someone on online chat . Was told I have to go to branch to pick up new cardwent to the branch twice this week and it’s closed all week

    @HSBC_UK As business customer I recently opted out of paper bank statements, only to find out I'm STILL getting a paper statement every month JUST for monthly account fee! I was told this is standard policy. This has to be the mostly ridiculous policy ever.
