@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK I’ve raised a complaint and told to call to activate my telephone banking to activate my bank card. I can’t! That’s my complaint! So from tomorrow I have no access to any funds and school uniforms to buy and I need to feed my children.

@WhatTheTrans @HSBC_UK I swear this isn't a thing. I used to work at customer service for a bank, as well as plenty of other places where we needed to verify who we were speaking to, and this was never a requirement at any of them.

@HSBC_UK you block a payment to my insurance when there are plenty of funds on my account. I call you TWICE and still can get no reason why&no fix Now I’m risking to lose my insurance and mess my credit score for YOUR missed payment.Ridiculous! Fix it now!!!
