    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HFKaner @HSBC_UK Couldn't change it to manual payments & was told "we can take the money out of your account whenever we want to." Plus other issues Got a small loan from Halifax to pay it off in full, opened an account with them & never looked back. Worst bank I ever dealt with

    My @HSBC_UK debit card still hasn't arrived. Am told they will re-order if it doesn't arrive by Tuesday. But that will take another 5-7 days. They only use @RoyalMail to deliver. So, I could be at home with childen and no debit card for a long time. Such bad service.

    @tashadrinkstea @HSBC_UK I mean, HSBC got caught money laundering billions of dollars for Mexican cartels so I'd definitely say never use them if you can help it. (And no, no one went to jail, and the fine was so small they still made a profit).

    @HSBC_UK why are so many customers complaining about their inability to reach you on the phone? You say “high call volumes” … how about trying “we don’t employ enough call handlers to provide a reasonable customer service experience on the phone?”

    @HSBC_UK appalled at your Customer service. 25 minutes waiting on the phone, gave up, sent an email, then 6 later,over a spread of a week, it's as though a robot is reading the complaint and keeps repeating a set answer.The last email reply I sent "I have already sent that info"
