@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK the worst possible customer experience I’ve ever known. Locked account, no reason, no date for lock to be lifted, nobody to talk to. Repulsive customer experience. Will be reviewing my entire financial standings with you after 40 years.
