  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  @HSBC_UK plz help . I have lost my card and am trying to log into online banking to get a new one issued but can’t remember my details - to reset it asks for details I don’t have (sort code etc - which are on my card!) plz help me get some way of accessing my account

  Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

  @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?

  @HSBC_UK I don’t have my cards they where thrown away by mistake a few months ago. I wanted to do a credit transfer but I need my card details to login or to speak to anyone. I don’t have them, how can you help me?

  And the rest. Opened a @HSBC_UK Fixed Rate Cash ISA 1 Apr for funds to transfer in at maturity on 1 May. 2 mths in & 1mth lost interest: zilch. Call centre ill informed help. Yet their Wealth ppl want me to move a £1m pension fund to them?? Not if they can’t get the basics right!

  @HSBC_UK push notifications for the app are no longer working I’ve tried switching them off and back on again Still not working Frustrating not to know and keep an eye when money is going on and out
