    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC are focused on expanding in Singapore? I am a Premier customer moving i Singapore and have spent 11 weeks trying to open a @HSBC_SG account through my @HSBC_UK relationship. Epic fail - neither a global or digital bank!

    @HSBC_UK I've been looking for your bank since yesterday and I can't reach you. I started calling at 6.30 yesterday. They did not pick up because the call was closed after 8 pm. Now I'm calling again but no one is picking up. this is bullshit. you are a liar. you have very bad service🤬

    @HSBC_UK Please can someone explain why my mortgage offer was cancelled for no reason? My broker states it was an error / glitch from your side so I expect it to be reinstated.

    @HSBC_UK And no DM facility….Perhaps someone could call the HSBC customer battering his head against a brick wall? Someone who perhaps is trained and can sort out the problem? Several calls on and passing from one person to another? Can DM you his phone number if someone can allow this?
