@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@TurkishAirlines I’ve got a gift card from their website. Their interface is not working. They charged me the fee but not delivered the card via email. they’re asking me to get a dispute claim from my bank for a refund which @HSBC_UK says they don’t provide such a doc. REFUND

@andrewkemp_ @HSBC_UK i got no response either - much like my complaint no one actually looks at it they just try and feed you through their automated systems. Not interested in really dealing with issues. Worst customer service ever.

@HSBC_UK why is it so hard to actually pay you money? It is ridiculous that I can't make a debit card payment to my credit card account, just because my bank account is not HSBC. You make it stupidly hard to pay you while charging me and threatening my credit rating Awful

@repa28782727 @HSBC_UK did that to me too - but would not give me any answers as to why. customer service team openly lie as do complaints team. Was told i had filled in a form but could not provide me with the form. Good luck but don't hold your breath -

Now 12 days with no access to my Account or bank card, plz, plz do not use @HSBC_UK - They do not care if you can access funds for groceries or pay your bills so as 2 avoid bad credit, u get no response from management, very very poor level of service, a vulnerable person cd die

@HSBC_UK At the end of the day this is not intentional and no company wants to let anyone down however internet banking is a free of charge service and customers do have the option to bank elsewhere: they do need to remember however that no company is except from IT faults…

@HSBC_UK Can’t use online banking so try to speak to a human, this is also a nightmare. People working from home or India and then when you eventually get through they say “ yes we will charge you to set up a new payee and pay a bill to them. “! Absolute joke of a bank .

@HSBC_UK hi, I had a call with your Indian call centre about online access to my online mortgage account. They couldn't resolve it and said they would get IT helpdesk to call, but I haven't heard anything. Can you please let me know how to contact the UK based it help desk please
