@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK The mistake in the message, for this pedant, please - and for all your other customers. Wish I didn’t receive the messages but that’s down to my poor financial planning than anything else! Happy New Year, Alison, and the rest of the team 🥂

@HSBC_UK I spent 55 minutes getting nowhere. The only team able to resolve things were not picking up the phone to Customer Services - who can’t give me a direct contact number for that team... I have now waited a further hour for the call which was coming ‘in half an hour’.

Hi @HSBC_UK why does it take sometime for the page to load when I go to the website using Google Chrome?

How can @firstdirect and @HSBC_UK be run by the same people when first direct has amazing customer service and with HSBC I may as well be trying to talk to a potato. Guess I won’t be switching my Halifax cc to HSBC after all…
