@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@LouiseMesma @HSBC_UK It's 2022. This kind of service is unacceptable and unfathomable. But it's a big org and therefore we're expected to accept it. Another example of a monolithic organisation unprepared to move with the times. Here's hoping the banking revolution continues without them.

@HSBC_UK Also, given that the D in PDF stands for "Document", it is redundant to start the name of a pdf with "doc-". And issues are elsewhere too, such as edmsdownload.pdf for a statement download. A total fail being non-unique and lacking "HSBC", a date, and that it's a statement.

@HSBC_UK I spent 30 mins on the phone this morning from 8am on the dot, followed by another 40 in a chat window. Both experiences were awful and I now realise I need to switch my account somewhere that actually has a customer service. Been with you since the Midland in the 1980s! 👋👋

@HSBC_UK currently in Plymouth branch trying to pay Money into a bank ? No counter service , both machines broken for paying in , 1 machine has been out for weeks ?This is not service . Response would be lovely and maybe a call from yourselves to the branch manager

@HSBC_UK It’s been like this both times I’ve called in the past few months. Never used to be a problem. I gave up after 35 minutes. Our household has a total of 6 current accounts with HSBC, also an advance customer. Disappointing to see your service levels have become so poor

@HSBC_UK one of your employees cancelled my Debit Card and not Credit Card (requested replacement)by mistake.Leaving me without access to my money for up to 7 days. Walked 20 minutes to get food shopping only for it to be declined. This is awful, I wish to make a formal complaint
