    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK @thandiwntsgmail Interestingly,you blocked my telephone banking access on 30th March. You didn't notify me, I found out on the 17th April. Asked on the call to reset it,told it wasn't possible over the phone. That was a barefaced lie. Been told by your complaints team that it is possible. Lies!!

    @HSBC_UK @WalsallCouncil Especially the one out of gethins gym that was chirping Liz truss… I didn’t say that… I also didn’t say anything about carbon coding on his Nelly comment.     @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

    I’m pretty sure none they have dealt with has ever set up a business themselves or put their neck on the line. The service and communication is appalling, everyone hiding behind online communication, @HSBC_UK it is very poor

    @HSBC_UK sort put your services ! Your app is diabolical and like a gamble if you can access your account or not ! Your login page has been frozen for days, and your photo ID krap is a joke ! ive had eye surgery ( im sick as hell ) and I cant even pay for eye drops !!!!!!!!!

    @msparkled @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK agreed. Absolutely useless. A terrible product. With all their profits you'd think they would make a better effort at the app especially the cheque feature. More than once I've had to go to a post office as the app failed and the branches are closed.

    @HSBC_UK hi guys. Is it possible to get a custom bank statement generated? A support agent told me yesterday that it was possible, but now another one is saying it isn’t. It’s 2026 & other banks do this - especially since it’s for a business loan application.
