@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK I gave my mobile number to a member of Bank staff today in relation to a Power of Attorney issue. I am not a customer of HSBC. Within an hour I received a scam call from 0345 number claiming to be from your bank. You have a problem wrt personal info security!

@HSBC_UK is your chat service deliberately designed to infuriate? I refuse to believe there is a single human involved in any of my interactions.

@HSBC_UK It is a personal account and I was using my laptop. The system is now working correctly, it wasn't my software that was at fault.

@HSBC_UK I WAS verified on the call...no issue with my ID but apparently procedure dictates a branch visit...

@DarrenPRedick @HSBC_UK It seems most companies' customer service charter these days is "let's make it impossible to get any service"
