@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK Please fix the Mobile banking app to work with the Google Pixel 6 phones, there have been so many people with the same issue and people are not very happy. I will be tweeting everyday until the issue is fixed as nobody is being provided a timeline when it will be fixed.

@HSBC_UK It's been 2 weeks now, any update? That's way too long for such a critical issue affecting several customers. By now, it is clear that the problem is not being given the priority level it requires. Very disappointing.

@m8_nvm @HSBC_UK Same problem here on a Pixel 6. Currently the app is working on my old Pixel 4a and I am using it there, but, obviously this is not ideal.
