@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK After useless customer service I raised a complaint. This has now been resolved and training is being provided to the failing areas. To their credit HSBC has conducted a thorough investigation keeping me apprised along the way and have credited my account with £100. 👍

Absolutely shocking that @HSBC_UK has no plans to update their app to iOS 15, 'for security concerns' when they operate in mainland China, and every other major UK bank has updated their apps to offer support to customers. This is why I use @Monzo for nearly everything now!!!

@Xero @HSBC_UK When I got the generic message saying problem with HSBC solved - when it isn’t!!!!! I deleted it!!

@Harshbutfairy @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Where did it say they were housing anyone? They’re giving people an opportunity to open a bank account even if they don’t have a fixed address, how can you possibly manage to find a problem with that???

And all I have seen is @HSBC_UK telling people to revert their operating systems to iOS 14 which is a very difficult process and not good customer service. Get your arses in gear and spend a tiny percentage of your revenues on your customers' user experience. It is unacceptable!!

@Harshbutfairy @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin They wouldn’t necessarily see the ad would they if it wasn’t targeted for them? And sometimes people need an organisation that supports them to signpost them to resources. In the same way Shelter would for other homeless people? Just really don’t understand your problem

@HSBC_UK @Venkat78 Sorry but this is wrong. Apple is releasing a new iOS with whatever changes that may come with. It’s devs job to adjust their software to the new release and not having to wait until Sept for a fix. Please fix this!!

@HSBC_UK @justsitandgrin Problem you have @HSBC_UK is that ALL your competitors Apps are working with Ios15 beta which suggests your and your dev team are either not as customer focused as your competiton or just using the beta as an excuse for poor dev work. Which is it?

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Yet the British government housed all homeless ppl in the first planned lockdown?? Why not use the rothchilds money they found over 500T in gold bullion so enough to sort this problem out sharpish!!

@mayeilimexx @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin Use my brain? Why the insult? Please explain to me why it matters who a person chooses to be intimate with has any bearing on whether we choose to help someone. It literally doesn't matter! They need help and support, not being segregrated into groups to tick boxes.
