  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  well that was fun [sarcasm]. This thread led @HSBC_UK to reply and look again into my complaint. Their reply just now: our original gaslighting of you was the correct response, we genuinely could not care less. 25 years as a customer clearly means nothing 😑

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken Stay calm next time. I have been quizzed in the past too and usually the first transaction to an exchange is always blocked and possibly account access revoked. But after quizzing they open the facility for me and never close it.

  @HSBC_UK unbelievably horrendous service! Bank closed my acct in “error” so they say and worse yet after 4 months they still cannot wire me the funds.

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken My bank tried this with me. I believe I said things along the lines of "go **** yourself," "who do you think you're ******* with?" etc etc. None of it was nice. They did what I said to do and I haven't had a problem since. Have you tried telling them to go **** themselves?

  @HSBC_UK pulling my hair out - you cant help me on line or on the phone, so you send me to branch who have no business specailist! Wages need to be paid on the 31st and i have no access to my account - 3 weeks this has been going on!

  Is this truly your best @HSBC_UK ? A customer with a 4 month old complaint of money not being reimbursed should just sit around indefinitely for when a manager feels like calling the the customer back. No urgency on your part?
