Mark Notton (@markn3567) reported from Lowestoft, England@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Stuart Fox (@stuartfoxmusic) reported@HSBC_UK So you’ll engage when it’s fun, but block me after you’ve been abusive and insulting and I just want an apology and assurance it won’t happen again.

TheDiggers (@TheDiggers4) reported@Peter_Croden @HSBC_UK Same. Must be a glitch of some sort. Good to know it's not just me.

Bernardine Kennedy (Maxwell) (@BerniKennedy) reported@HSBC_UK This answer shows you actually take no notice of concerns. I need no help, I was trying to help your customer who had been scammed. Not a single helpful protocol enabled by your fraud call centre.

Linda Seeley (@lindawba) reported@TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

Ruth Anders (@987Anders) reported@HSBC_UK please contact me re : poor customer service. Advisors having to " follow the script ", unable to speak on behalf of my 91 year old parent, no knowledge about how the only remaining local branch operates. A frustrating 40 minute call.

Alex (@AlexRM) reported from Victoria, England@HSBC_UK I want to open an Advance account using the account switching service but at no point during the application process do you request my old bank details. Not sure therefore how you’re going to manage to switch it! Please can you explain how to do this?

Rajat Sonika (@rajat_sonika) reported@HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.
