    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK how do I speak to a person about accessing my online banking outside of the 8pm cut off (surely 24 hour support is available at a bank as big as HSBC)?

    @HSBC_UK I need to use the mobile site to login to check my investdirect account but it takes me about six ******* times to finally log in. Before I used to get to the approval stage and it would automatically open up my dashboard but on no you had to ruin it.
