Mark Notton (@markn3567) reported from Lowestoft, England@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

I’ve been Chairman now for 4 years and I can honestly say I’ve never encountered such appalling customer service as @HSBC_UK. They seem to encourage charities to fail.
