    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK HSBC Android App is currently not able to show transactions. I am not even able to transfer money to anyone or make a payment. It is only working partially like displaying balances etc.

    @HSBC_UK I keep getting a 'system error' message on the mobile app or an 'error loading transactions' if it manages to log in. Is this a known issue?

    @laraloomes @HSBC_UK I have also had the error multiple times tonight from just trying to login. Hopefully it can be sorted out soon
