@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@tescomobile have tried twice now to purchase one of your SIM cards, my payment was declined - now your customer service says it’s my banks fault and @HSBC_UK says it’s Tesco’s fault. Sad that you don’t seem to want my custom!

Fun fact. I went into @HSBC_UK today. 1st time since we'll before lockdown. Had to sort out some issues I was having. The young chap behind the counter kept warning me about cryptocurrency scams. It was then I undid my shirt to reveal my #XRP T-shirt.

@HSBC_UK why every time Apple release a new update does your app not work? Every other banking app seems to have no problems but you always have an issue. Is the only option to wait for a fix?

@BirminghamPride @HSBC_UK Who is raking in all the cash? You've plastered the event with corporate sponsorship and somehow it costs more than a mainstream festival with camping and proper headliners just to walk down Hurst St and watch Steps.. even just visiting the bars costs £19 per day.
