    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    .@HSBC_UK are an absolute disgrace. Completely screwed up my account after their fraud team told me completely wrong information and blocked a legitimate payment and it's impossible to speak to anyone. Avoid them like the plague!

    @HSBC_UK need to sort out access for parents who are separated so they can BOTH have access to the my saver account. Me and my ex went to try and sort that today and the staff were like "nah just one of you" she has 2 parents we both would like to have access. Stupid rule tbh

    Direct debit set up for the 1st of each month. 1st June, payment made, no issues. 1st July, no payment, no gym. Who is at fault, @GYMBOXofficial or @HSBC_UK ? 🤔

    Never experienced a worse online system than @HSBC_UK online banking. Incredibly slow to actually get on and a ridiculous security system to actually log on

    @HSBC_UK contacted customer service where hold on for more than 25 minutes.spoke to person name Ralph and instead he blocked my account He doesn't understand English has no colleague or manager either
