    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs Hi, the same thing happened back with iOS15 as well and took several months before we could get into our a/c again. I'm overseas and don't have access to a physical key so this is a significant problem. I've logged a complaint but need to see HSBC do more.

    @mip2202 @HSBC_UK @HSBC You can’t upgrade to a beta version of iOS then complain apps don’t work. This is the whole point of the beta releases, to allow time to fix bugs and for companies to update their apps.

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC Yours is the only banking app I have installed that does not work with iOS public beta… actually it’s the only app not working for me… Just saying…

    @HSBC_UK still waiting for you to enable app login on iOS16… just saying, your colleagues said that devs are working on it, it CANNOT be taking this long ❌❌

    @HSBC_UK So again I ask, why do other banks work just fine and not have any issues just you? Why are you intentionally difficult about it when other banks just, and this is a big concept here, ADAPT
