    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK OK. So next how do we get past the failure to recognise my DOB as a date. FYI you are asked to input DOB on the HSBC site after generating and submitting a transactional security code. It says it cannot verify me then says my DOB is not a date

    @HSBC_UK You have virtually closed all means for retail customer to seek appointments OR speak to you. PATHETIC SERVICE. You are surely losing at least one customer by this week end.

    @HSBC_UK So, I've spent 7 hours on hold. HSBC apparently locked both online banking and telephone banking. I've been in to a bank and reset codes but still can't speak to anyone. The customer support can't help till I'm verified, I can't verify because I'm locked. Diabolical

    @HSBC_UK / @HSBC have said they owe me a refund. I gave them all the info they requested months ago. They say it was their error, I’m chasing every week but still getting no updates. Get it together dudes!! If owed you money.. you’d be fining me!
