    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I still can't use the app or log in online. Your bank is useless, does nothing for long term loyal customers and I'm fed up. If you can't sort the issue out, I'm just going to move to another bank. I've been with HSBC 25 years but I don't know why!

    @HSBC_UK why is you banking app still not working , but on your website you say everything is up and running when it’s clearly not. Totally unacceptable and needs sorting immediately
