@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@ElliotBath @HSBC_UK @NatWestGroup Just awful service. We’ll be leaving HSBC as soon as we’re allowed access to our own bank account and wages. No communication throughout any of this without chasing them myself. And even when I do get through I don’t get answers. Will be happy to move to NatWest!!

@HSBC_UK not great customer service when you pay cash in the bank, only for it to not be paid in your account 6 hours later and then told it might take 3 days to investigate!

**** you @HSBC_UK . Closed almost all your branches in Coventry. The one remaining (Broadgate) is chaos. Queues of people and hardly any staff. Appalling customer service. Waited 45 minutes before walking out. My first act after registering my LPA will be to close the account! 👆
