@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK 1, I am trying to pay HMRC my tax but app keeps saying the service isn't working. If I try to log on on the web page when I generate the security login code - the section where the code should be >>>> is a black pane so no code or code is covered with black pane.

Switched phones a while back. Everything moved to the new phone really easily, except for access to the @HSBC_UK app. I've tried several times unsuccessfully, and have now had to call them. I've been on hold for 25 minutes and counting. Painful.
