@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Absolutely gutted. My daughter has had £478 stolen from her @HSBC_UK account and they they are refusing to help. We’ve phoned and emailed and are unwilling to help in anyway. Any ideas??

@HSBC_UK really poor experience on your app. Can’t set up standing order online either. Can’t see my card information. Queried to customer support they are not aware how to help either. Transferred to lots of teams to no avail.
