    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK Morning Stef. We live overseas and hoped to resolve this problem using your secure chat facility as opposed to the telephone (very expensive) hence my original question,what has become of the chat service?

    @HSBC_UK There have been ‘high call volumes’ going back more years than I can remember. Clearly, our calls aren’t THAT important. Else you’d fix the problem.

    Trying to open a joint bank account with @HSBC_UK while already a customer is a nightmare. Can’t do it online, and branches are moving to digital so they can’t do it either. So do I just… go to another bank while you guys digitalise?

    Omg, @HSBC_UK. On hold for 90mins and then you just cut the line? Is this your new strategy to handle call volume? Ignoring customers? 😡 And, OMFG your hold music will drive me insane if I have to hear it again. “Your call is important to us!” Is it ****.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been paying £11.95 a month for years, maybe even a decade and I want my money back! Your service don’t work and probably never did! I’ve gone from waiting in the cold last night too waiting in the sun this morning! 11hrs later and @TheRAC_UK still ain’t here 😡🤬
