    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK any chance you might be able to sort my online banking? Haven’t got time to go into bank especially after you closed my local branch. All I’ve done is upgrade phones why can’t I access my account! Customer service are not helping!

    @HSBC_UK worst service ever. Unlock my account please. I will be moving to another bank ASAP. All I wanted to do today was make a simple payment and my whole account had been locked. I am not on phone banking and don't want to yse phone banking but it seems the only way to unlock

    @HSBC_UK any update on your app for Android 12 working. I am still unable to log on to internet banking and was advised in store to wait for the app to become available rather than getting a physical key. I have had the new phone 2 weeks. Its ridiculous.

    @HSBC_UK checked on my hsbc app just now and my credit card information has gone, not there either when I look on the website.

    @HSBC_UK so your branch in workington doesn't deal with cash and I am expected to make a 36 mile round trip to pay in money, is this a joke!! Great customer service, a bank that doesn't accept cash!!

    @HSBC_UK just gone to pay a cheque in on the banking app and it's saying it's too much and I have to visit a branch. Only issue is you have closed all the local branches! Any suggestions!

    @HSBC_UK That is correct - tried that and still having the same issue. Tried clearing cache and cookies on iPad and desktop and still having the same issue.

    @soie_c @HSBC_UK I’ve had the same issue for the last couple of days. Customer service are ridiculously bad. Still no activation codes coming through sms. Issue my end apparently on a new phone 🙃.
