@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK Btw @HSBC tech support helped me do it over the phone but it's still broken on browser, where I'm getting a Page not Found 404 error and kicked out for anything around Manage Payees or Add New Payee via Transfer/Payment

  • E236_Nathan Big Nath (@E236_Nathan) reported

@HSBC_UK why does it take you guys so long to transfer money after you received probate from our solicitor? Been 5 weeks+ so far. Every other bank did it within 10 working day. Told it could take another 4-8 weeks which is appalling.

  • PicklesAhoyHoy From the Heart of Axminster in Devon (@PicklesAhoyHoy) reported

@HSBC_UK After 30 minutes, and still no appointment booked, I gave up having given the same account information 3 times. Frankly, this is not acceptable level of customer service! I will now have to attend branch twice meaning a 50 mile round trip x 2. Very unhappy!

  • BWL_PaulB Paul (@BWL_PaulB) reported

If @HSBC_UK cannot staff their HQ branch properly what chance do people up and down the country have? PS, they even have time to sit behind glass doors with McDonalds but not help customers!
