    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I have two problems. 1. in order to generate a transaction security code I need to enter the last 4 digits of the payee account number into your mobile. Is the payee my Wise accnt # or the destination account?

    Monday moan . The UK has gone to **** . Just trying to do simple things this morning like booking a dentist appointment and a doctors then trying to deal with @HSBC_UK with my business account . Just seem to get nowhere . Always a bloody problem.

    @221Sociopath @HSBC_UK Been repeatedly told to visit a branch of the bank which doesn’t exist and then on my return to the U.K. to visit a branch which has been closed down. It’s utterly exhausting
