    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK got through to India and the phone line was so bad she couldn’t hear me. Cut me off. Called back and then was cut off again. I am now back on hold, stressed. Please someone in England be the HSBC call center and help

    @HSBC_UK please help, app keeps crashing been trying to fix it for days, can't do online banking, can't down load the app on another device, can't log on to chat. So far 30 minutes waiting on the phone. Just what are we meant to do????

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I’m not a customer but recd a fake text allegedly from HSBC about a security alert on my account and to click on a link. Clearly fake, taken a screen grab of text if your fraud team are interested?

    @HSBC_UK mobile app is not available. Can't even get on the login page. Can't use online via the laptop either as the app generates the secure key

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I've applied for the Advance Account due to your switch £125 offer, however I didn't opt in for the Switch Account Service at the point of application. If I instruct the bank over the phone to switch my account within the next 30 days, will I still receive the £125?

    @HSBC_UK I applied for an account under the transfer system and received a text saying in process on March 17th. Heard no more so chased after a month by telephone. No information about when account will open. What’s the problem please?
