@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK continue to outdo themselves with poor customer service. They refuse to process a transfer as it flagged as fraud. Ask me to call, I do. To be told their systems are down and they will call me back within hour. No callback received. this morning my account is blocked.

An hour on the phone with @HSBC_UK after mt account was blocked when making a payment WITHIN THE £25K LIMIT. They've hung up on me 4 times now and it's still unresolved. I'm moving my money and closing account as soon as I can get access to it. SHOCKING customer service.

@HSBC_UK @scandals66 Which isn't much use if the facility gets further and further away to the point that a visit has to be planned and risks finding the machines not working. Why are you closing the only branch with a coin deposit machine in Newham when there is still so much cash payment here?
