    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK Hi Saj, yes that's correct. I tried via the app and encountered and error, raised this with your in-app support team who told me to contact a phone based support team. They told me they couldn't help and it had to be done online (as well as something about waiting 6 months!)..

    @HSBC_UK After 5 hours on hold I've had to conced defeat. It's really not worth advertising Section75 protection for a credit card if it's impossible to get your money back. @MoneySavingExp @BBCWatchdog

    @HSBC_UK I found someone’s HSBC card today. Tried calling your number as, you know, wanted to help. IVR very unhelpful and then told me you are closed. Please try your service from a customer perspective including someone trying to report a found card.

    @HSBC_UK I was asked to call the customer care and have called thrice. Once to be disconnected suddenly after waiting for 15mins, second having to have disconnect myself after being told by a customer assistant that she will transfer my call and having had no one for 32 mins - 2

    Hi @HSBC_UK , is there any problem with the mobile app on the iPad? Every time I try and open it, it crashes out back to my home screen before I can even put passwords etc in? Many thanks

    @HSBC_UK One of your customer services people, after an hour of constantly putting me on hold to do the checks, tells me won't solve my issue & hangs up on me saying "we're working from home, so there's not much I can do". I'm so angry I'm refraining from swearing.

    Massively disappointed by how bad @HSBC_UK handled an issue for my folks. Month to then fail resolving it, not bothering to contact them once & leaving me to get involved. Was just about to swap banks & move to HSBC myself. Won’t bother now. Any recommendations for a great bank?
