  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken A British friend of mine was grilled the same way, when she tried to buy gold. Her bank also tried to force her into believing the broker to be a fraud, also tried to block het transfer. She had to do a few smaller transfers to achieve her goal..

  @HSBC_UK why are you not letting customers book appointments to open a new account utter joke. Call customer service who say visit branch to make an appointment. Get to branch no cant make an appointment. Come back and someone will see you. Come back no one is available.

  When @HSBC_UK (and too many other banks) will you realise how infuriating it is to get an email telling me to login to read an important secure message only to find, after 10 minutes of login procedures, it is a public message about your products that would help no fraudster?

  @southlondonsabs @HSBC_UK Sounds like the sort of horror where developers put nets on trees to stop birds being able to nest. The aim being they can then cut down the trees for further development. The profit motive so often leads to cruelty.

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken World wide banks are clamping down on cash deposits to exchanges. Two of my local banks started doing so, despite nil legislation to say it's illegal to buy or sel crypto. Things are unfolding infront of our eyes methinks.

  @HSBC_UK If HSBC is fuelling climate breakdown with ferocious levels of investment, and if that breakdown hits people of colour (and the poorest) hardest, then is HSBC's support for Black History Month attempting to divert our gaze in order to continue maximising profit?

  @PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken But they would quite happily let you transfer it all to a gambling site so you can bet your life away and then offer you loans to give you more money to gamble with. Absolute parasites.
