    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK The worst organisation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The complaints team offer no help as it seems this is the policy of the bank itself. Take your business somewhere you can trust, NOT HSBC

    @HSBC_UK My Physical Security Device ran out of power. How can I get a Digital Secure Key. I try the method on your site but it requires the physical device. Chicken/egg. I rang support but it hung up after 15mins waiting. Please help!

    @HSBC_UK - 3 months down the line and still waiting on “call on hold” over R11 000 on telephone calls to unblock my card - keep getting cut off deliberately and no one takes responsibilty- this bank is not to be trusted

    For more than a year, @HSBC_UK and @Ryanair have tied me into a kafkaesque nightmare of denying me a refund. The bank reversed a refund on the airline’s behalf and RyanAir never updated their system to reflect that. So I can’t even request a refund from their website.
