@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK been a customer for 26 yrs. Tried to get in contact with you all afternoon after alerted to a fraud transaction. (Not)Told to call after 15 minutes then told system down call in 30 and then again 1 hour. money now sent back to my account even though not 8! Now no answer!

@HSBC_UK the customer service in your Watford branch is appalling. Rude, sulky and got shouted at when trying to leave and they had locked the door. No wonder you are losing customers.

Shocking customer ‘service’ from @HSBC_UK today, they get worse every time I use them, claims about being friendly helpful and the worlds local bank are all a lie. It is easier to deal with my French bank in French is easier!

@HSBC_UK If you were the last bank on earth, I wouldn't consider asking you for help.After all , you didn't help me 6 years ago when , after some serious fiscal problems , you decided to shut down my account after being with you for 35 years without a moments notice.REALLY helpful 🙄.
