    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I have “gone into your DMs”. Why is it impossible to speak to a real person about a real person who his a highly vulnerable HSBC customer? The robot on the DMs is not good enough.

    @HSBC_UK Then I called again for the 6th time to get told that their documents weren’t uploaded for one of the applications but the other did! This is unacceptable service and treatment from you guys! There isn’t even any helpful way to do this!

    Absolutely abysmal service from @HSBC_UK, attempted fraud on my brother's account (twice) followed by suspension of his accounts and absolutely no one willing to help us. Being pulled from pillar to post, all departments pushing responsibility away from themselves and onto others

    If you're ever contemplating banking with @HSBC_UK do not do it!! Go elsewhere, worst customer service I've ever received from a bank. I've had to lodge 2 major complaints in the space of 6 months #Ridiculous

    @HSBC_UK You guys really seem determined to put me out of business. Once again an inexplicable issue on an international transfer. If you're unable to handle international transfers please let me know and I'll take my account elsewhere.

    @HSBC_UK Absolutely shocking and awful experience trying to get an account open with an expired passport! 3 weeks still not happening and hooyu system is useless for those who has no valid passport and the photo part is just awful! How an earth do you expect people to get to the

    @toonarmytom @HSBC_UK It’s likely they don’t support beta versions of iOS, I have the same issue with @firstdirect

    @HSBC_UK hello again, could you please let me know what progress has been made in adding iOS-16 into the banking app launch list? Again, I know your not a big organisation and don’t have the funds of others but it would be good to support your customers.

    @HSBC_UK the app doesn’t work with the ios16 beta. It just force closes anything you try to tap into it. Can you please fix this
