  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  @HSBC_UK My wife & I have 5 bank accounts & by far the worst is HSBC for getting help. Their help lines are terrible & even contradict what staff in the branches say. We have spent over 8 hours in the last two weeks WAITING on so-called 'help lines' to get no results. HSBC is shameful.

  Hello @HSBC_UK I've had to call you multiple times in the last three days to get a block lifted on my card. Each time you tell me it's done, but I still can't use my card online. I'm getting pretty cross.

  @UreshP @HSBC_UK Had issues with them too. 3 calls this week. Told they’d call back and nothing. Drove 200 miles to my home branch. Issue sorted in minutes.
