  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  @HSBC_UK Applied for a credit card on Friday. As I submitted the application the website crashed. Ever since I’ve been chasing my application. Constantly told I’ve been accepted but to wait 48 hours. 48 hours later and still no correspondence! Absolutely appalling

  @HSBC_UK Sent. I'm on the brink of just moving to another bank to be honest. I don't have the vocabulary to describe how awful your #CustomerService actually is. You're closing banks frequently and have clearly given up on your none corporate customers. I'm at my wits end.

  @HSBC_UK. Why are complaints taking nearly 4 months to resolve? You just take customers money for 12 years and they make a measly claim, You referr them to third party company. And when they complain they get passed around like a ball. Your customer have contract with you HSBC.

  What is it with @HSBC_UK ? Just ordered a new credit card. Impossible to set up an online account, it seems to want me to use an old one from an app deleted months ago for which I have no details. And of course you can't reset online, it needs a number you don't have and can't..

  @HSBC_UK Do you have a problem with your sharedealing service? I tried to click sell all shares of a particular stock and others and it won’t take me to the next section to get a fixed price or otherwise, even if I enter the quantity manually still not working?

  @HSBC_UK @Christi73716665 Same here, I cannot see my account on the app and it’s not showing online either. Spent a while talking to online help, absolutely no help , just told me to give it an hour and try again
