    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK This is the same @HSBC_UK who say it "may take up to 56 days" to provide a response to complaints. What they fail to mention on their website is that they may also completely ignore your complaint, and refuse to let you speak to the complaints team to try and resolve it.

    @HSBC_UK been trying to open an account for over a month, still nothing. Can't contact you on the number supplied on the email as you need an acc number to proceed, well I don't have one. Pretty awful service.

    I wish there was a platform where you can publish open letters to organisations. If there was, I’d publish one to the head of @HSBC_UK about their absolutely appalling customer service I’ve received.

    @HSBC_UK has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I haven't been able to speak to their complaints team in 6 months, and given that the complaints team refuses to contact me directly it's impossible to resolve my complaint. Financial Ombudsman is the only option.
