    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming!! 40 min wait to speak to an advisor then the call gets disconnected 😡😡😡😡 I have an issue that needs resolving and your live chat is useless.... I WILL be calling again and whoever picks up will be getting an earful....you have been warned. 😡😡😡

    @HSBC_UK I spent 30 mins on the phone this morning from 8am on the dot, followed by another 40 in a chat window. Both experiences were awful and I now realise I need to switch my account somewhere that actually has a customer service. Been with you since the Midland in the 1980s! 👋👋

    @HSBC_UK thank you for giving me a credit card which only works if I use it online. If I use it in person, it is continually declined. You sent me a new card, promising this would fix the problem. It didn't Thank you for continually embarrassing me when I try to make a payment 👍

    Now been sat here @HSBC_UK for over 1 (one) hour listening to your recorded message and waiting for someone to pick up. WTF !? Don't you dare send me a message after asking about my experience of your customer service.

    Hi @HSBC_UK, there is quite a major problem with your customer recruitment strategy because both the "New customer" phone numbers on your website take you to a menu which can't be passed without your account number and online chat seems also only available to existing customers

    After spending more than 90 minutes today on six different calls trying and failing to speak with @HSBC_UK's fraud team to approve a payment, they have now placed restrictions on my account. Ladies and gents, roll up and see the UK's worst banking service.

    @HSBC_UK #hsbc What has happened to Hsbc customer service levels. Made a transfer via phone via advisor. For some reason payment is frozen and I need to call fraud team by 8.00 pm. Shock horror cannot get through and stuck on hold. No response to online chat. Standards are so low

    @HSBC_UK are your call centres down today (I have sent you a DM)? Phone rings once, goes quiet for a couple of minutes, then hangs up. I’ve tried three different numbers all the same

    @HSBC_UK my daughter is trying to book an in person branch appointment. She has been holding for over an hour. The recorded message says book on website the website says book by phone. The branch is Plymouth. Your helpline is useless
