@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK Nonsense, no matter what time you call day/night you get the same rubbish “we are experiencing high call volume right now…” HSBC used to be the best bank in the uk but the service has deteriorated and resources have been off shored to cheap labour giving a poor service. #useless

@HSBC_UK You must contact your lender to ensure they have updated their systems to make BEIS and British Business Bank aware that you have fully repaid the loan before contacting us again.I can't get anyone to confirm that your systems are updated! HELP

@HSBC_UK It would appear HSBC have outsourced their fraud team to cheap offshore resource who are completely incompetent to save money and resulting in an awful service for premier customers. The time has come to change banks after 25 years loyalty. #Useless

@HSBC_UK I'm not sure how productive a discussion with you would be. As a customer, I am thoroughly disappointed, more than a month without being able to use the app for more like a glorified dashboard. Use that time to discuss with your development team, this should be top priority

@HSBC_UK Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Lee. Today is (working) day 7 from making the request by telephone. The amount disappeared from my account the next day. How long should I leave it before I panic?

@HSBC_UK Perhaps if you used some of the billions £££ profit and employed a realistic number of customer service people then we wouldn’t have to accept this rubbish service….. For two years you have used covid as an excuse and it’s no longer valid and a complete insult to us customers
