  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  traveling , @HSBC_UK decide to lock me out of my online account . I lost my bank card so I can not "block" it and can not clear customer service ( I can not remember how I spent £107 on the 4th of April ) My account may be empty for all I know and I can not do any about it

  @HSBC_UK have be the worst bank in the UK. Absolutely useless agents who dont offer any help. Mis sold products.

  @JaneRockHouse @HSBC_UK Sorry to hear and good advice. I've never had a banking app on my phone for this reason. Don't keep anything on your phone that can give anyone else access to your finances. Period. This includes Google Pay and other payment system apps. They're just not secure enough yet.

  @simonhall1974 @HSBC_UK I had the same issue. A tweet remains unanswered and the promised call back within 5 working days is now 7 days and counting.

  @HSBC_UK is really the worst bank experience I ever have… They are blocking your account for NO reasons and force you to go in person for a full ID check. Absolutely awful service. I will change bank, I can’t endure their garbage services. All my issues is their fault.

  Desperate measures but has anyone had to deal with @HSBC_UK ? Their app is the appalling, unless their strategy was to make it the most anti-user friendly app, then give them an award! I just wanted to make a payment. *******! #HSBC #uxdesign

  @HSBC_UK online banking is so secure that I can't even access my own account. You need about 4 different passwords to log back in for them to tell you the automated service is closed until 8am. ******* useless.

  So the money that I had stolen from my account has gone out anyway even after raising an issue last week. Now I'm £500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!

  @pompeyhedge @HSBC_UK That sounds like a you problem.
