    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    Hey @HSBC_UK just got son his first ever MyMoney account. 👍 But... no telephone banking security no provided = no access to online banking = no access to phone services = means 30 mins + on hold before having to give-up! 👎👎👎 VERY poor service! Please DM to resolve

    Here's a fun game you can play. Wait for over an hour plus for @HSBC_UK to send you a text code so you can complete the 'Customer Information Review'.... My record now is three requests and over an 1 hr 20 mins (and counting).🙄

    @HSBC_UK Been trying to activate the digital secure key today. Installed and reinstalled the App 6 times but it just keeps telling me activation failed or a variety of other error messages. What’s going on today???

    @HSBC_UK My solicitor is waiting from HSBC to confirm they can release the funds form 25th Contract completion. Can anyone help? It’s urgent other wise we will miss the deadline. Only the confirmation is waiting to exchange the contract.PLEASE HELP

    @HSBC_UK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT OUT, YOUR APP FOR ANDROID USERS. AFTER DAYS OF UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNTS, TO CONTROL MY FINANCES. EVEN AFTER YOUR SO CALLED UPDATES STILL HAVE NOT SORTED THE ISSUE/S. OVER 40MIN WAIT ON TELEPHONE BANKING TO ATTEMPT TO ORDER A SECURE KEY.

    @HSBC_UK @financialombuds @BBCWatchdog My Grandma has rung me nearly in tears and explained the situation. What does not help matters is that my grandad is disabled and ill and cannot withdraw money he was In the branch as well but because he couldn’t hear the cashiers.

    @HSBC_UK We did but it wasn’t a lot of help to be honest. We’re trying to pay our mortgage off which is over the 25000 fee. However as the mortgage figure only lasts for 24 hours we can’t do that. We also can’t get into a branch as we are self isolating. Absolutely infuriating
