    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK when will the app be supported by iOS 16 as the app currently isn’t working which means I can’t do any online banking and it’s very annoying!

    @HSBC_UK Seriously need to sort your business fraud system out. Multiple payments getting flagged daily, don't get notified for 2hrs then 30mins on hold. When you finally get through either cuts off or sounds like the advisor is working on a chicken farm (home apparently) - Joke!

    @HSBC_UK Hi, i recently have been in contact with your agents twice and nothing but a long wait to fix my mobile banking to then be told the issue was resolved which led to it being, well not. This is constant and really annoying.

    @HSBC_UK Not really because quite frankly, what’s the point? A DM isn’t going to fix your poor service levels, your broken processes or terrible ESG policies. I’ll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Avril, sarcasm aside this really is poor customer support not making iOS-16 compatible with hsbc banking app, I have been a customer for 30 years and this is worst customer support I have experienced, exacerbate by being brushed off with zero commitment to resolve!

    @HSBC_UK @bat1150gs How about doing something now instead of waiting until September! You let customers lose access to their accounts and then say we can’t be bothered to do anything to make the app compatible, like all other banks have done #hsbc #fail
