@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK an utterly pointless call with hsbc customer service who’s advice to my 90 year old grandfather is to go into Branch 30 minutes away or wait 2 weeks to get a telephone banking number..how are older people supposed to access help when local branches keep closing?!

@Barclays it’s THURSDAY at 11am in a normal working week - WHY is the #wilmslow branch closed ? So frustrating ! Businesses need to bank Monday - Friday ! Branches shutting everywhere and you close a main one mid week 🤬 precisely why we are moving over everything to @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK why is your customer service so dire? Why have I just spent 2.5hrs of my life on the phone at a cost of £25 to not have my issue resolved. I have been passed for department to department to be told ‘maybe you should go in to the branch’ It is a fraud matter!
