@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Anyone got any advice on how we can get @HSBC_UK to reactivate our business account after they suspended it. We have no access to any funds to pay our suppliers or other liabilities. Numerous calls and emails with @HSBC_UK have given us no answers or timescale.

Disappointed by poor service from @HSBC_UK - all I want is to open a 2nd current account as an existing customer! 3 phone calls and 1hr 30 mins later still haven’t got anywhere - told to phone back later and that I could expect to wait >2 hours on hold to get it sorted 🤯

@owens_lee @HSBC_UK Yes: I'm told that there are "problems with the latest version of our HSBC UK Mobile Banking App on some versions of iOS" - though, from my own experience and that of plenty of others, this is a regular occurrence for HSBC, whenever there is a new iOS. Other banks seem to cope...

My bank card expires at the end of the month. When I rang @HSBC_UK they told me they already sent it - to a branch THEY have CLOSED! So they canceled my card and now want me to visit a branch between 9:30 and 4:30 Monday to Friday! Great Premier service !

@misspaulalondon @HSBC_UK @HSBC Seems to be the standard since the pandemic. Those clothes look more suitable for going shopping or college lectures than working in a bank. Even a shirt and trousers with no tie would look better

Absolutley appalled by @HSBC_UK customer services. Been cut off the phone multiple times and no one is offering any help or assistance when I have no access to money whilst travelling abroad #hsbc #unhappy #abroad
