Mark Notton (@markn3567) reported from Lowestoft, England@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported@HSBC_UK Complaint is pointless. I'm just mystified. How can a customer do a large ECHAPS transfer if they can't get to a branch? How can you justify burning 2hrs of a customer's time to do it? Why did I have to wait 15min in branch to see an agent? So many questions, so few answers!

And customer services agent still trying to find out someone in HSBC before he can raise a complaint. Rude and very poor customer services.

RagVn (@ragvnz) reported@HSBC_UK hsbc kinetic- total waste of time. Very poor service. Lost 1 week of income as could not start to provide services waiting for the account which was rejected after false promises. Used online @Cashplus bank, all approved in 10 minutes.
