  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  @HSBC_UK dreadful combative approach by complaints handler Monica. You get my tax status incorrect, as I'm only the POA on my brother's account, then blame me for your error. It's taken since Oct 2025 to get here. Help @financialombuds

  @HSBC_UK funny though, the app works perfectly fine on my nintendo switch i modded to run android. the latest update has just completely broken the security check feature. it's all over the place

  @HSBC_UK your systems are awful…I’m trying to find an email address as I’m not up to speaking to you guys and I can’t even get your Tell Us About Your Needs form to work - it’s all too much right now
