    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK Nope, not working. And spent more than an hour on the phone and they were unable to fix the issue. So now have to wait for the physical key to arrive, or for the escalated support ticket to be dealt with. Very frustrating.

    @darlocyndi @HSBC_UK You have my utmost sympathy! Dreadful customer service for an existing customer. I have existing business accounts, but so fed up waiting for promised and scheduled calls, agents that are obviously fielding multiple on line chats.

    @MAli78674571 @HSBC_UK Same thing happened to me today, wasted 74 min and being transferred over to 4 agents who were like lame ducks didn't know anything about customer service..can someone officially look into the service that is being provided..it's like a pandemic of pathetic customer service HSBC

    @HSBC_UK trying to send a sec message using int banking which I FINALLY managed to access due to problems with code. There is nowhere to actually type the message (!?)chat response takes up to 6 hours(!). I will use my deb card abroad and want to let HSBC know. Can you help?

    @HSBC_UK trying to report fraud on my card. Tried live chat, Twitter message and I’ve twice been on hold for over an hour on the phone so far too with no one available to help. Disgraceful customer service.

    @HSBC_UK I have sold my house over 10 days ago and my solicitors uses your bank for this service. The service has been absolutely appalling as he has been chasing the account manager and your customer service to rectify the issue at your end. No one is getting back to him.
