@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK After an hour online with your "customer service" chat, all I'm told is "try calling customer service". Never have I felt like less of a "premier" customer. Your website is like something from the 1990s. Really, a great way to waste an hour and boil my blood of a morning

this online banking set up so bad @HSBC_UK the worker told me to log in on the comp and i managed to log into someone else account and view their balance, which i assumed was saved on the computer.
