@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@S_Cassley @HSBC_UK I had the same problem. Sent money to my brother yesterday evening and he still hasn't received it. Online chat with HSBC just asked me to wait till 9am and they will give me an update then.

@HSBC_UK Is there a problem with your app today? I've been trying all day to log on but the app just crashes as soon as it is launched. I have an iPhone 6 on iOS 12.5.4. The app was recently updated - is there a fault associated with the update to the app?

@S_Cassley @HSBC_UK I transferred money from Natwest in to my HSBC account well over an hour ago and it's not yet showing on my account. I thought it was just me having issues. So far I haven't had any indication of it being refused though

@HSBC_UK Managed to speak to someone after 1 hour 40 mins!! apparently your system only allows for so many transactions per limited time period without telling the customer that (just says “error”) so someone had to manually override it for me.
