@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Hey @HSBC_UK you do know that your call volumes are NOT “higher than usual” if it’s been like that for 2 years solid? Have you considered an alternative message “We have decided customer calls are unimportant, please hold for 2 hours”?
