@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK Since iPhone updated and wiped the hsbc app I couldn’t log back on without certain details. On trying to reset, all options ask for the security code which i don’t have. Even when you select the online option for lost security code it asks you enter the list code to access!!!!!
