    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I switched to HSBC a few weeks ago. Tried setting up online banking but need telephone security number. Tried calling to set one up but says I need telephone security. Can anyone please help? Hitting a brick wall here

    So, good IT professional that I am, I restarted my phone, because turning it on and off again works surprisingly often. This didn't change anything at all, @hsbc_uk still don't have a working phone banking app.

    @nippa77 @HSBC_UK I'm getting a GSA Error message online and the app just keeps saying error "return to login" but won't let me get back to login screen!! I'm not with Sky broadband. As a new customer of a week, this is all very frustrating @HSBC_UK
