@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Hello @HSBC_UK #HSBC I am unable to use my Business Banking - need to activate card reader. On hold several hours no answer - is your contact centre off line? No reply to DM - please contact me. Very poor service

@HSBC_UK Yes, after an hour(!!!!) on hold I finally got through to get my redemption figures to leave HSBC once and for all. Your processes are awful, and despite me trying to feed this back for the last 4 years, nothing has changed. So bad, you were forced to compensate me with £600!
