    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I still can't use the app or log in online. Your bank is useless, does nothing for long term loyal customers and I'm fed up. If you can't sort the issue out, I'm just going to move to another bank. I've been with HSBC 25 years but I don't know why!

    @HSBC_UK: In common with thousands of others, I am unable to log on to my HSBC accounts; a useless page is served which just says 'GSA error'. And yet there's nothing on your Twitter feed about this. What's going on? For how long will the site be down?
