    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK My phone has broken, claim through insurance Aspects claim,received replacement phone but it is faulty draining the battery in 2 hours. Spoke with the team but they are asking me to do many checks like battery needs to drain completely and need to recharge. Awful service

    @HSBC_UK The issue isn’t with the App: InvestDirect has never opened on the App. This issue is with portfolio views not opening when viewing internet banking on iPad. Please relay to the systems team.

    just got new @HSBC_UK credit card. 1st Impressions? Crap. can’t register 4 online a/c without Tele Security nbr, but can’t get that without calling 8am-8pm. Tried activating card, “sorry there’s a problem”. So can’t see, do or try. Not a good new customer experience 4/10
