@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK the problem is if the app or mobile banking doesn’t work , your kinda stuffed arnt you !! As there are no HSBC banks left !! The product has got to be good enough to deal with this !!!
