  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  Noting there is no "counter service" in the bank at all on a Saturday so nothing complex can be undertaken. Not an issue for me as my local @HSBC_UK shut years ago.

  @HSBC_UK I found a hsbc cheque on my driveway, I've tried calling the bank its not going through to anyone. Is there anyway you can help me return this cheque to the right person?

  @HSBC_UK my father had an account with your bank in London, he passed away. I tried multiple times to file bereavement. Couldn't get in touch with an employee with no help from your side.

  I was the receiver of the most unhelpful customer service by @HSBC_UK today. Seems helping a customer try and get a new card (which has been lost) is not a priority! That’ll be me switching then!

  @HSBC_UK my god - an hour talking to agents on here who cant under stand my issue and have just advised to go back to the app where the chat bot can’t understand anything and nobody in real customer services can make a call to a customer apparently…..

  @HSBC_UK I just used chat in the app and it seems i was connected to a very lazy person who didn't want to help me. Or a massively incompetent moron who didn't know what they where doing! I'm guessing its not UK based. Can you let me know the times the chat is manned by UK staff please?

  @HSBC_UK @WalsallCouncil Especially the one out of gethins gym that was chirping Liz truss… I didn’t say that… I also didn’t say anything about carbon coding on his Nelly comment. Community isn’t my thing yet I’ve wrote and won multi million pound contracts in my 20s some folk talk ******* **** a lot
