    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK No you didn’t. You copied redundant information from the website. I am using telephone banking for more than a week now while waiting for my code (to activate the secure key). I am going to switch out.

    @HSBC_UK your machines for paying in money are awful. Spent 15 mins trying to pay in but machine kept chucking notes back out at me, in the end I had to give up and not pay in full amount. Back in the day I would of gone to a desk they count it job done.

    @HSBC_UK Is this feedback about the current UX issues with VoiceOver being passed along to your accessibility team? If not, where should I be sending it instead? Financial independence is very important to me, and as a blind person, consistent accessibility is part of that.

    If I hear the words @HSBC_UK I will scream - I have enough to cope with having been diagnosed recently with a brain tumour without the debacle I was subjected too by this bank yesterday when trying to buy my partner a thank you gift for all the support he has given me

    @HSBC_UK I find your stance and attitude to the public beta of iOS 16 worrying and flippant. You are the only banking app not to work with the betas. Think you need to rethink your policy as it’s regressive and leaves the customer experience somewhat lacking!
