@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK I have no idea what feedback you based the re-design of your online banking on, but you've made it look terrible and navigate poorly (why give us dozens of dropdown menu's, which make everything take twice as long?). Why "fix" something that isn't broken?

@HSBC_UK It wasn't. It took slightly more than an hour. I think an outage of that long without any live updates on social media is unacceptable for a high street bank.

@HSBC_UK You customer service continues to set new lows with unbearable wait times. Being out on hold for over thirty minutes and then the call disconnecting ! Avoid HSBC at all costs
