    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK Having problems with the app. Can’t log in properly and for some reason not showing transactions/payments for today even some the money has gone in. I daren’t make a payment just in case something goes wrong.

    so the @HSBC_UK app keeps crashing every time i open it, but never fear! i can access my account via the trusty ol' HSBC website! which requires a digital secure key! that i can only generate via the @HSBC_UK app! which keeps crashing every time i open it! 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

    @HSBC_UK do you guys have any guesstimate date for iOS 16 support? Usually it’s first week in august every year when you support it

    @MichaelLeHarvey @Apple @HSBC_UK Have you tried the latest dev beta 5? I’m hoping the HSNC app will be working soon? Pretty sure though HSBC just doesn’t support beta’s unlike most other banks.

    @simonnread I get cash donations from people using my boat and spend what I get on fuel and provisions. Anything over or under £50 goes to/from Post Office who - as @HSBC_UK will not help with my @firstdirect account, are my new day to day bankers (first time since when I was 9)

    @HSBC_UK horrendous service from this bank, they sent over my money to a direct debit that had been cancelled all £621! And now they will not and have not got it back, despite me having cancelled it 48 hours beforehand #customerfor23years
