    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @The_JamesJordan Don’t go with @HSBC_UK they have shut majority of their f2f banks. They have **** my nearest 3. Yorkshire Building society do, we opened an account for our 2yr old with them. So far we have no complaints.

    @HSBC_UK Logging it as a formal complaint won’t change any outcome or resolve this I feel,so I will just cut the card in half and cancel it before I’ve even used it. Honestly a frustrating unhelpful service. Would never recommend HSBC to anyone after this evening.but thanks for your reply

    @HMRCcustomers Can I have some help please as you and @HSBC_UK are saying opposite things! HSBC say you stopped the cheque, but your advisor tells me that’s not possible! I just want my money!

    Absolutely bonkers/infuriating customer service from @HSBC_UK- first they do a random dispute on a payment I was happy to make then in trying to sort it I'm now onto my third call after first being cut off mid chat; then put on hold so long I went to the main switchboard- bizarre

    @HSBC_UK that doesn’t help… legal advice? Why would we need legal advice it says it’s a vm2 victim of impersonation and on their for 13 months to protect him. Is this not correct?

    @astralsnow @HSBC_UK I had same issues days back but @KatherineCoder1 helped me restored my account back and I can now login my account back as normal you can message her for help
