Mark Notton (@markn3567) reported from Lowestoft, England@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Joe Langley (@langlineer) reported@HSBC_UK I’m a long term customer and I’ll be switching to another bank soon. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Your phone messages state things can be done online that can’t. Some things only in branch, but can’t get a branch appt for months.

victoria clark (@vickic1984) reported@HSBC_UK disgusting service. I made you aware my father had passed away 6 weeks ago and took a copy of his death certificate to the branch. My Mum has had 6 phone calls in two weeks from HSBC asking to speak to my dad. What is your vulnerable customer policy?
-
Dan (@pizzaboy) reported@pmcniffe @HSBC_UK I just went to a brand and they said it was an IT issue and it’s chill My concern is why haven’t they sent a new email telling everyone this rather than having thousands of customers sweating…

victoria clark (@vickic1984) reported@HSBC_UK you were informed 6 weeks ago that my father had passed away, however you keep calling my mum asking to speak to him. What is your vulnerable customer policy. Disgusting behaviour!

Tim Huckle (@timhuckle) reportedHSBC Apple Pay. Possibly all(?) HSBC UK customers have woken to an email from them confirming registration of their card on to Apple Pay. Contact centre on +30 minute wait times as concerned customers phone in. I’m told the comms were sent in error. @HSBC_UK

Nick (@iamN_I_C_K) reported@HSBC_UK I closed my account with you a while ago but you keep sending me letters saying I have an important message on my account that I must log in to read. However, I can’t log on as no longer have an account or any account details. What am I supposed to do please?
