    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK on hold for 50 minutes so far. I can't get to a branch as they are now closed with ridiculous opening times and the app and banking online can't help

    @HSBC_UK I tried to make section 75 claim but your agents would only make the claim for £1947 which i paid using my credit card rather than the total cost of £8947 due to their lack of understanding of section 75 consumer credit act. Could you please help. Thank you

    I had my phone stolen which had everything on it regarding my account, including the digital key to access mobile banking so I can't log in on the website @HSBC_UK
