@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK you've gotta do better. The operator had me on the phone for 43 minutes to make a simple transfer, then when I tried to get to the bottom of the issue with a more senior operative, the line cut off. Over an hour including wait times only for no resolve. I'm vexed.

@HSBC_UK Hardly, I applied for a credit card 6 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. I called up to chase it twice and both times I was told it was processing and should be ok. Now I’ve lost my chance to join a course for a career that would help with the cost of living.😔

Literally every time I try to do anything through @HSBC_UK's business banking it is a nightmare. It's 45 minutes on hold to get transferred twice before anyone can help you. Every. Single. Time. Do not use them!

Dear @HSBC_UK Awful service today. On the phone for two hours only to have them out the phone down. Now on live chat which will be at least an hour! You make billions. Obviously none of it goes on customer services. 🙄

Terrible customer services from @HSBC_UK today.. 43 minutes on music hold .. simply not good enough.. thank god it was greensleeves pounding my ear drums.. call on hold now for 46 minutes..
