@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK @yAwSaRkoholic This is a poor response and poor customer support. FYI, the @StarlingBank app works perfectly fine on IOS 15 - shame yours doesn't. This tells me that I should close my HSBC accounts as you're unable or unwilling to support customer who beta test IOS.

@HSBC_UK are you having issues with cards and online banking? My card keeps declining, I have funds in my bank, it’s telling me I can’t use the online chat as I’m not logged in when I am logged in. I’m getting very frustrated!

@jondrytay @NOW @HSBC_UK This is appalling. I’ve had to assist my mum with POA files for my dad. It’s truly upsetting for the person doing this work for their loved one because they can no longer do it. How deeply inhumane hsbc are being as well as their Data records being terrible.

@AdmiralUK help me out with this one: letter from you saying first DD didn't go through. Fine, seems to be par for the course with @HSBC_UK at the moment. But when I called and sat on hold for 15 mins, I get told you can't confirm a late payment yet? Am I missing something?
