@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK Havingn an absolute nightmare setting up my online banking. Works ok through the app on my iPad but can’t login through your website. Honestly never been so frustrated with online security and I work in the industry.

@HSBC_UK I sometimes wonder if anyone is in charge or responsible for HSBC Customer Services. Perhaps the person at the top should take a few minutes to read some of the tweets on here and then ask themselves if they think that are doing a good job? For a large salary no doubt.

@HSBC_UK how am I supposed to register a credit card if I need a telephone banking details? Then when I try get that I need a secure code. Then when i call to get that I can’t because I need telephone banking? I don’t want this card anymore - someone help!

Hey @QuickBooksUK, my @HSBC_UK bank online feed is missing some accounts. They are telling me that Quickbooks don't support HSBC bank feeds anymore since 1 Aug 2021. How accurate is this, and if so, what communication to customers has been done?

@HSBC_UK @HSBC I have been trying to setup a standing order on your app for an existing payee and unable too due a system issue. Can you please resolve this situation as it’s a little difficult arranging this over the phone? I have tried online banking and same error message!
