@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

All people are asking is to get it to recognise iOS 15 again. Your colleagues are saying there is a fix this week. It would be good if your team were consistent

@HSBC_UK Absolutely appalled at the service levels today. I am still on the phone on hold after an hour being told 'your call is important to us' - what a joke!!! Business banking - haha! Not happy!!! Not even any indication as to how long the queue is going to be!

@HSBC_UK @runner_nomad You don’t seem to know that the previous version was working with iOS 15. Your last update messed that up. You again don’t seem to know that your colleagues are saying a fix is on the way this week. It should not have to wait weeks for the official release #hsbc
