@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK is it possible to pay something off a HSBC credit card via the HSBC app or do I need to log in via desktop? I’ve just done a balance transfer but can’t see where I’d go to pay a some off each month on the app?

@HSBC_UK thanks for denying me access to my bank for 7 days, then a password arrives via post and it doesn't even work!! love being unable to spend money literally just because i bought a new phone xxx

@amcarmichaelMP says UK has sent all the wrong signals to China and that has led to the current crisis in HK. Calls on the Government to support the BBC in China & asks the Government what it is doing to respond to @HSBC_UK @StanChart support of the National Security Law.

  • MrCoryB Cory B (@MrCoryB) reported from Manchester, England

@HSBC_UK Ok, this doesn’t seem to help. I only have a credit card, I don’t have a current account with HSBC to transfer from. Can I not just pay with a debit card from another provider like you can with other credit cards?

@HSBC_UK I get through to an advisor they just keep telling me their system is going slow or they put the phone down

  • Calandril Tejeev Patel (@Calandril) reported

@HSBC_UK It's also worth noting that you literally just said that I can only send money over the phone or in branch... then that I'm welcome to pay from the website or app... not sure you understand what you're saying... #fail

@HSBC_UK fix your call centres, i refuse to believe in all the 3 hours i’ve been on hold that all your agents are busy. pisstake

  • MxHarryNona Harry Nona (@MxHarryNona) reported

@HSBC_UK Okay I am confused why this is part of the policy as original issue was cost of new ID around £20-£75 but enrolling a deed poll is £40+ so I don't understand how this policy helps people who have changed their name.
