    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK why don't you offer mortgage extensions but most of your competitors do? Why is there no grace period? To further add, on calls with your customer service I have received inconsistent information. Firstly being told I could extend.

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is appalling - 2 hours on hold in a call queue to try and make an appointment in branch to be told no appointments are available to discuss a complaint with possible GDPR implications is not acceptable

    @sarahaardvark @HSBC_UK I’m having the same problem. Banked with HSBC since 1999 - lived in the UK all my life and paid tax since starting work at 16. chat says to call. Been on hold for 20 minutes, need to go back to work soon. Poor service.

    @HSBC_UK why have been on the phone for over an hour, passed to 4 different people and now been put back to the original log in place so back on hold for an agent again!
