Mark Notton (@markn3567) reported from Lowestoft, England@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

I've actually had a lot of issues, not just with banks, but even proxy cards (@imaginecurve) signing me up and then asking me to go get a passport and basically put myself in a seizure!

savethedoge_01 (@Savethedoge0) reported@HSBC_UK They are stating this on their website : If you wish to send electronic bank statements from an online account you should also send a supporting letter from the bank on company headed paper confirming that the documents are authentic.

Chris Graham (@cjgraham82) reported@HSBC_UK really don't want my business. After five months of trying, from Australia and now UK, to open a joint premier bank account, I've now been told it's impossible. Worst customer service in the world in any industry.
