Mark Notton (@markn3567) reported from Lowestoft, England@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Charlie Goldsmith (@CharlieGLusaka) reported@HSBC_UK I sent money from my account with you to my son’s @Revolut bank account yesterday and today (details matched fully); but he has not, it turns out received either, creating problems and stress. Felix MD. (@felixonyegbule) reported@HSBC_UK it’s quite sad that I will have to close my main account with you after six solid years. It’s been good using your bank, unfortunately , lately it’s increasing difficult solving basic customer care problems. The HSBC app as well is horrible to navigate. Quite appalling

Tim Roll-Pickering (@timrollpickerin) reported@flyinglawyer73 @tomhfh I can recall banks opening on Saturdays since at least 1992 (before then I didn't have an account I could access). The main exceptions were in the City (even shops there were closed Saturdays) plus some Central London ones. It used to be annoying when @HSBC_UK had...
