@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK have done it again. Tried to close an account. They transferred out more than the balance on the account, created an overdraft, so preventing closure. Guess who has to fix it? Me! And when I do fix it, it will take 5 days to action closure, and 5 days to log a complaint.

Taking my business away from @HSBC_UK. Can’t transfer my money from the UK to Iceland despite having a working IBAN and when I go in branch to resolve it, I’m waiting ages. Monzo doesn’t have an issue with my IBAN so I’m better off there

Looks like my time at @HSBC_UK has come to an end. Declining my card constitently for athe past 2 weeks and telling me that I've put the expiry date in incorrectly. On a card I've had for nearly 3 years And phone support being absolutely useless

So @HSBC_UK said I cant use their switch service to switch accounts and to do it myself, now theyre saying my switching bonus wont be paid because I didnt use the switching service they denied. Absolute fraudsters.

@HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp The HSBC self-service cheque paying in machines come up with "This machine cannot be used at this time" if you use your First Direct debit card to verify. Why haven't the machines been updated to accept FD MasterCard's? 1/2

@GMB banks need to stay open. We have recently been setting up trust accounts for my sister in law. They can’t be done online. You have to go in with a host of paperwork. My husband has recently moved from @HSBC_UK due to this issue. My parents also need the bank in person!
