  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  @HSBC_UK What is the deal with your call centres? I keep getting cut off after holding forever, no one ever calls back. Doing a simple CHAPS payment is impossible. So frustrating.

  @HSBC_UK I’ve followed this advice and now it’s deleted all my details on the business app! I can’t log in as I don’t have an old security device and I need to pay my staffs wages!! @HSBC_UK and no one available! Not all business operate on your call centre hours

  I said to @HSBC_UK in a direct message that I'd do that, and that I'd try again tomorrow if that failed - and then ring them again if necessary. This is doubly annoying given this is the hotel for Wakefield - the same destination I had booking problems for last time.

  @HSBC_UK - my phone was stolen and had my digital secure key. I do not have access to the registered phone number as it was linked to my previous job. I have been trying to get in touch but the wait time is so long. No useful advise is shown online or via chat. Please help!

  @Coastguard @HSBC_UK I have had 3 compensation payments from our bank over the last 4 months for making me wait on the phone and for poor customer service. Raise a complaint every time, it is the only way to get change.
