    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I tried Logging in to my HSBC UK Account recently. I tried the HSBC UK Website and the Android HSBC UK App. I entered my usual login name, but it was rejected on Website and App. I had to Phone HSBC UK, to discover they changed the Log-In Security!

Since then I'm following up with review team & customer care & visited Borehamwood Branch Manager Mrs. Sonia Shah, still having trouble to access my bank account. HELP!
