@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK can't access my account or pay my credit card bill online. Your systems all show online according to service checker. All UK tel lines unavailable at this time. Will you cover my interest payment since I can't access my money held with you? It's a 443% APR cc.

@HSBC_UK From what I have experienced and others online it seems to be the same error message API_103 on the app. Which means we can’t see our accounts and in my case I can’t transfer money!

@HSBC_UK It's about time you replied. It isn't 'some' customers, it's many. Your chat bot is useless. My son's card was declined at a petrol station and none of us can access any of our accounts. No apology or update - disgraceful.
