    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK mobile app not working. Tried turning off wifi, no joy. Not on Sky bb so not that. No longer have secure key because one of your idiots cancelled it forcing me to use the app. Now have no access to my account. What's going on???
