    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    Well. 20mins on chat. 20 minutes on phone and counting, just to try and find out where my replacement card is. @HSBC_UK appalling service 😔 10 days without it so far And no,i can't use my local branch,as it's only open when I am in work. Oh and it doesn't have any tellers.

    @HSBC_UK …..and to top it you raise credit card rates by 2% - TWO PERCENT INCREASE It doesn’t matter if I hv any outstanding owed on credit cards but this just typifies the contempt HSBC have for its customers Appalling savings rates Appalling interest charges Appalling customer service

    @HSBC_UK My #businessbanking security device isn’t working - only want to order a new one. Been on hold for over 50mins - can’t access your services any other way. You’ve also increased my monthly charges - what am I paying for? #hsbc @OmbsForSmallBus @MartinSLewis

    @HSBC_UK am in circle of hell, your calling from outside UK number is not working, chat tells me to use mobile banking but do not have a secure key so it can get zero so called customer support. I just want to know why I have no received statement in years.

    @HSBC_UK no excuse to leave your #businessbanking customers on hold for over 1hr (& counting). Security device is broken so can’t access your services. Your help says call the help desk. Great. You have put up charges and no improvement in #CustomerService @WhichUK @BBCWatchdog
