@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK spent most of the day trying to call your team, 45-60 minute wait times only for your systems to hang up every time with no fix!? Credit card approved but no terms sent out? Really unacceptable

@chrisshambrook @HSBC_UK As an HSBC customer and with the app....one has a choice. You dont have to sign in with face recognition which apple iPhone tells you when you sign up to face recognition that it is not 100% fail proof. You can use a unique password.

@HSBC_UK Also, given that the D in PDF stands for "Document", it is redundant to start the name of a pdf with "doc-". And issues are elsewhere too, such as edmsdownload.pdf for a statement download. A total fail being non-unique and lacking "HSBC", a date, and that it's a statement.
