    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I’m a non customer. Checked my eligibility for a credit card before applying. Says I’m eligible, then went ahead to apply and got declined with a perfect credit score. How can I raise a complain? Just like every other bank, No one is picking up the phone.

    @HSBC_UK are there issues with the mobile banking app? It won’t open. I’m on iPhone and I don’t think I’ve opened the app since I updated the phone last week. I have tried restarting the phone and checking for updates in the App Store.

    @HSBC_UK and to add to this, 'Jun' connected to my livechat and read all my messages but is steadfastly ignoring me. Not even a hello, let alone addressing my problem. Is it HSBC's aim to deliver the worst customer service now?
