@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK 10 days ago you blocked my account due to Dec CC statement which I didn’t request being returned to you in March! Despite hrs on the phone from UK and USA, still not resolved. Bills unpaid, £100 of phone calls, yet all I get from your “customer service” is lies.

On Sky News they just showed a @HSBC_UK branch to illustrate a banking story and I thought to myself, "Holy **** that must have taken days for the research & camera crew to find a actual HSBC bank open branch that exsits in the UK!"
