@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Longtime @hsbc_uk business customer here. This morning I called telephone banking with an urgent query. I finally got through to someone after 50+ minutes of waiting, only to be told she needed to transfer me to a different team (1/4)
