@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK Branches nearby all now “digital” ie no human can assist where I’ll spend another hour on the phone within the “digital branch” with no resolution and no one able to fix the issue.

@HSBC_UK I went to #hsbccroydon on Saturday. Only open to 1pm, a queue outside and no counter service and staffed by young thugs in jeans and trainers. #hsbc do you hate your customers? Are you deliberately trying to mess with my head? Is this part of a bizarre, cruel experiment?
