@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK now been hanging on the phone for over an hour trying to get a member of staff to give me my new account details. No one seems to know how to do this. I am beginning to wonder if I have called HSBC. Shoddy dreadful service! Yes another useless bank!

@HSBC_UK I administer a community account that has not received a bank statement since November. With such accounts with no online access, security words setup etc. It's virtually impossible to get anybody to talk to me on the phone. Would someone help me in branch?

Shoutout to @AskNationwide Recently had to move to them as @HSBC_UK closed my account with no warning. Had a call from customer welfare checking I was ok. Both knew about my #mentalhealth what a contrast. 🙏 #Nationwide for valuing me. #MentalHealthMatters

@HSBC_UK appalling customer service I am a disabled man with severe health needs!!! I am appalled. @AngelaRayner could you try and help me if you can HSBC have messed me about and lied to me and now locked my account so I can’t even use my own money
