@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK Okay I am confused why this is part of the policy as original issue was cost of new ID around £20-£75 but enrolling a deed poll is £40+ so I don't understand how this policy helps people who have changed their name.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter I would like to express my difficulty due to my HSBC UK Account which was been temporarily freeze on 29 May'21. Since then I'm following up with review team & customer care & visited Borehamwood Branch Manager Mrs. Sonia Shah, still having trouble to access my bank account. HELP!

Hi, @Shelter - I know charities need all the help they can get, but teaming up with @HSBC_UK might be a bad move. I was nearly made homeless because I blew the whistle on their fraud against customers. Your advice on repossessions is also wrong.

@HSBC_UK I tried Logging in to my HSBC UK Account recently. I tried the HSBC UK Website and the Android HSBC UK App. I entered my usual login name, but it was rejected on Website and App. I had to Phone HSBC UK, to discover they changed the Log-In Security!

@HSBC_UK hey HSBC, mobile app say error, I need to connect to internet in or WiFi but at home on WiFi and I cannot access the mobile banking up to check my bills yet you status says that mobile banking is working? Any update?
