@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK - Hi. The retail banking app on iPhone is returning a ‘something went wrong’ error upon startup. Can you look into it please? I’m using the latest version and it was working 15 mins ago.
