Mark Notton (@markn3567) reported from Lowestoft, England@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

Andrew Blumson (@Andrew_Blumson) reported@HSBC_UK I'm a new Premier Account and World Elite customer - not a very good experience so far. Messed around on the phone, transferred to the wrong department, rude person on the phone who basically hung up on me. Not a great start!!!
