@HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

@HSBC_UK been a customer for over 25 years, called today, first time in a long time as I normally just use my app (on hold for well over 15 mins), asked for advice and was basically told there is no team that can help me?!! Are you not my bank?????

@HSBC_UK What is going on with this **** bank? Call centre are closed by 8pm. I'm locked out of personal banking thanks to the bullocks app update which stopped fingerprint access. Can't even login on app or web in order to get help through live chat.

My Kids opened @HSBC_UK accounts 6 weeks ago, since then the customer service has been Awful. They now want to close their accounts (& go elsewhere) but have to do this in person in a branch. Problem is, they are at school 9-4, Mon-Fri. The nearest branch opens 10-4 Mon-Fri!

Wow! I just spent over an hour on the phone, on hold for most of it, to @HSBC_UK trying to find out why a Telephone Security Number/pack has not arrived after 14 days only to be told it has not even been dispatched yet! Such poor service for new customers, account is 6 weeks old
