    @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

    @HSBC_UK I undersatand your is app is broke. Says I will be £11k overdrawn before payday - for two false transactions. Try to generate security code to get onto Internet Banking and blank space appears where code should be. You need to fix this quick!

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK The latest HSBC UK app is non functioning and closes. The last version malfunctioned and was extremely slow, but at least I could view my accounts, unlike the latest update which renders the app useless.I will have to switch banks in order to do mobile banking!

    @HSBC_UK premier customer service? 3 calls for help on a 3 month old credit card dispute (no update) DISCONNECTED 3 Times. A joke😩

    I am on hold to @HSBC_UK with a business issue I can’t sort out online. You’ve closed branches and it is still taking more than half an hour to pick up the ‘phone. Why do we accept this atrocious service from our banks?

    @HSBC_UK Employ some more staff and stop making excuses. You've put the prices for having an account up, taken staff out of branches, don't answer the phone. Your service is appalling.
