  @HSBC_UK Hi. Visited our local HSBC (who arranged our mortgage ) to ask a couple of questions and discuss a change. Was told that nobody can help in branch now and that everything must be done online (or on the phone where we just get left on hold for ages). Doesn’t seem right!

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark? Because virtuous rainbow flags and middle fingers to Elon Musk are more important than protecting your own online identity? How very noble. Absolutely dog **** bank.

  @pmcniffe @HSBC_UK I just went to a brand and they said it was an IT issue and it’s chill My concern is why haven’t they sent a new email telling everyone this rather than having thousands of customers sweating…

  @HSBC_UK Very very impressed. My card was hacked on Saturday, you spotted it immediately and contacted me. No payment was made to the fraudsters. A new card was necessary and you sd 4-5 working days. It arrived today. Excellent service, thank you.

  @HSBC_UK new customer and trying to activate my card but having a nightmare, wont accept photo i.d, only 2 hsbc banks near one is 4.5ml other is 12 miles away, and both are Temporarily closed

  @22SCAIFE @HSBC_UK I have sent another letter saying resolve in seven working days or I will escalate the matter to the financial services ombudsman. We mean nothing to banks anymore.

  @HSBC_UK dear hsbc I’ve banked with you for 40+ years why is it my brand new card contactless is not working I’ve had it 2 days it worked at @Se_Railway this morning and now isn’t?
