  • Natalie_Emma92 Natalie (@Natalie_Emma92) reported from Wallsend, England

@HSBC_UK I've reset my details for online banking, rang up to complete the process. It's now saying 'your activation code 1 has expired' can you help please?

  • LisaKea84738702 Lisa Kearney (@LisaKea84738702) reported

@HSBC_UK Just been informed no bank statements can be automatically produced on my account as there have been only credits and no debits during the last five months. It would have been good customer service to let me know when this commenced - but this isn’t you!

  • simmondsswis Stephen Simmonds (@simmondsswis) reported

@HSBC_UK I have just spent over an hour on hold in an attempt to speak with your fraud department. Appalling customer service to a loyal customer of over 44 years. Please contact me. Thank you.

  • Becky964 Becky (@Becky964) reported

@HSBC_UK your app is not allowing me to log in and after an hour and 15 minutes on hold I’ve given up. If you can let me spend my money again that would be great 👍🏻

  • trickett1956 Paul Trickett (@trickett1956) reported

@HSBC_UK 50 mins waiting to speak to someone then line cut. This follows 25 mins waiting and line then cut off. Supposed to be premier service but apparently no service at all

  • davidhiley75 Dave Hiley 🇪🇺 👟 🍰☕ (@davidhiley75) reported

@HSBC_UK Just tried to find out why my mortgage payment has gone out 2 weeks early only for the not particularly pleasant "customer service" operator to fob me off saying she won't help without sort code and account number which I don't know as I bank elsewhere! Not happy.

  • KaroGamingg Karolina (@KaroGamingg) reported

@HSBC_UK hi I've been getting called multiple times a day by 03450130151 with an automated service to pay credit cards....is this a genuine number? I strongly doubt it since it's happened before but oh my it's sooooo annoying 😭

  • Thamesmond Seb (@Thamesmond) reported

@HSBC_UK Ok, so I think you’re saying that HSBC will accept the proceeds of cryptocurrency, but of course not crypto itself? So a customer could withdraw GBP from Coinbase to HSBC, for example, just fine but wouldn’t be able to deposit GBP into Coinbase using HSBC?

  • honeysam3 averil (@honeysam3) reported

@HSBC_UK Any ideas what is happening to fix the problem with the HSBC mobile app as I still can't get into it. I have tried everything including re-installing the app.

  • Tpchant TPChant #FBPE #Rejoin (@Tpchant) reported

@HSBC_UK tbh my other financial apps don't have a problem with my version of Android, and as I'm in the middle of changing jobs, I expect it's going to be more convenient to get paid into an account I can manage with an app.
