    @empiresend @HSBC_UK You may find that branch staff numbers have reduced but under regulation they should log customer complaints and give you a complaint reference number so if you need to escalate to the ombudsman you have a link. Complete add into have to be dealt with in a strict timescale.

    @HSBC_UK your Richmond branch has removed all counter service but you have more staff?? How can you keep customer loyalty when I now have to travel 1hr and pay for transport just to make a withdrawal above the limit? You should be letting customers know

    @HSBC_UK hi. Is your fraud team all working from home? Loads of background noise, kids shouting and screaming, 3 different calls all cut off at random points. Makes me feel very nervous about giving bank details. Used official 100135 and 031832 numbers from website.

    Well we know when @HSBC_UK say they will get back as a priority ASAP it will take at least a day to free someone up to respond other than the Twitter fob off people whose only role in life is to get people off twitter rather than fix the bloody problem.

    @HSBC_UK Totally frustrated trying to complete your Customer Information Review. As a tiny community group of pensioner artists we don’t pay tax, we don’t do big money transactions across international boundaries. Stop harassing us please.

    What’s wrong with @HSBC_UK, I cannot log on to the website nor to the app. Everything crashes.

    Well found out this week can’t deposit money @Barclays on a Saturday as they don’t have a counter service, though did have 3 (friendly) but unoccupied staff stood around and can’t withdraw cash at @HSBC_UK as they don’t have a cashier service though, again, had 3 staff unoccupied

    @HSBC_UK why is it taking so long to fix the problems with the App? None of us have a local bank to pop down to. It would be helpful if you were more transparent about what the issue seems to be.
