@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK I've recently undergone a bad experience involving a scam. However, the staff at my branch have been immense. I'm now fully refunded with new card etc. They're support has been beyond what anyone could expect. HSBC is number one!
