    @HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

    Last Friday, I went to the island side to try to make a new IC. Without an IC and having my @HSBC_UK PREMIERE @Visa DEBITCARD stolen, my money in the UK cannot be sent as EMERGENCY CASH. But the Malaysian IC DEPARTMENT was NOT INTENDING to help me. Without the RM120...

    @YeatesJM All sorted! @HSBC_UK were brilliant, and superhumanly patient with me when I wanted to be 100% sure it was a legit issue and not a scam call. Really grateful. They spotted the fraud and stopped it. Saved my bacon.

    @HSBC_UK Making customers wait for 18 minutes to discuss fraud and then being disconnected as soon as the relevant agent comes online because of poor reception at their end is poor service delivery!
