@HSBC_UK your app is awful, I have been trying to deposit a cheque for 2 weeks now and apparently the app cannot read the cheque details. I can't get to a branch either because you closed all the ones around me 🙄

@HSBC_UK I'm not speaking as a business but as a customer. Most places accept card payments now so I'm sure like most people I rarely carry any cash and certainly not coins around anymore, so it's really annoying when you pop into a shop and they have a minimum value for card payments.

@HSBC_UK I managed to speak to someone who stopped the card but informed I must call back and speak to the team between 9-5. They cannot arrange a call back and there is no external number so I have to call Customer Services tomorrow to be out through. Come on this is amateur.

@HSBC_UK hi, i applied for an international student account on the 13 OCT, it has been around 10 days now and i havent heard back or anything, i was wondering if i can track the status of my application? or if i should go down to branch with my documents for verification? thanks
