@HSBC_UK Hi Stef my problem is : We are trying to get online banking running for my wife . successfully loaded the app on her tablet trying to get.didigital key your end says it will email a code to my email address however it never reaches me

@stevejacksonHN @HSBC_UK I used to have this problem all the time with my American account when I moved to VN years ago; back when calling back to America was far more complicated. I'm surprised to hear the problem also happens in the reverse situation.
