@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@HSBC_UK I visited HSBC at Finsbury Park and saw Aneesa, who was very friendly and went above and beyond to help. It was past the closing hour and she stayed late to assist. I would give 20/10 to her. #hsbcuk #finsburyparkbranch

So #HSBC @HSBC_UK has refused to help us out by consolidating our debt with a loan. I guess they prefer to continue to get the extortionate interest on the #HSBC credit cards we have with them and keep us crippled financially!!! 🤬
