@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@HSBC_UK I've previously made a complaint online as directed by one of your employees, regarding GDPR breaches. Could you please advise what your KPI is in terms of a response as I've heard nothing....Once again IMHO showing a complete disregard for the seriousness of the issue.

Hi @HSBC_UK my hsbc app has been suspended since Friday. I have called as requested (X4). I've not been able to get through to anyone who can activate my account + been on hold for over an hour. This is really poor service. Please advise, I urgently need access to my account.

@HSBC_UK You can't I've tried your platform serves only to pass on an issue with no one in @HSBC chat authorised to do anything basically you're a "bank triage" system that delegates.

@HSBC_UK so lets be really honest you don't want people visiting the branch who aren't profitable to you. Customer service doesn't give you a profit only sales. Footfall will be down in branches because your forcing people online. Branches now have queues to the door to get help

.@HSBC_UK now convinced its not possible to transfer $CAD btwn HSBC Global Money & Canadian Bank (CIBC). Have spent 12 hours trying, but HSBC App refuses entry of Canadian A/C Details. Global Money Support is missing, the GM Team never answer phone when transferred to them.
