@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@TimDrakes1 @HSBC_UK HSBC is a waste of time. I have moved on to a better bank after 20 years due to bad customer service and draconian safe guarding initiative and consequently sudden account closure leaving customers in a a very risky situation.

@HSBC_UK Your bank is sh*t. How can I my baby have a small nap, bath the baby and cook dinner in the time it takes for your customer service agents to pick up a phone and sort out a stopped transfer. Accounts closed.

@HSBC_UK First in race to bottom. So sad , once a customer friendly bank has turned into a hostile bank which can close account with very little notice. After been with HSBC for 20 yeras, I had enough and have moved on to another bank.

Just reading all the complaints against @HSBC_UK and your on line banking and apps, which stopped working and denied you access to "your money". I hope you have learnt something from this. Do not become a #cashless society

@HSBC_UK I did message you at 12.16 earlier but you haven’t responded. The issue hasn’t been resolved and it seems like I’m not the only one having a problem. I can log on but cannot use my card. You (not you personally obviously) need to fix it !
