@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@HSBC_UK customer service! Horrific! Came in two weeks ago and received a first class service! Today 1 hour later asking for same request I am still waiting!!!!!

@HSBC_UK Your telephone service is woefully inadequate. Kept on hold for hours and the speak to agents who cant do anything but keep me on hold. And say a team is working on it. 6 months later I'd fire the team as they cant do anything it seems

@HSBC_UK I'm another HSBC customer (30+ years) who has been, wrongly, prohibited from opening an Online Savers Account due to "not being a resident tax payer". I am British and have been a tax paying teacher for over 27 years. Another who has never worked abroad.

.@HSBC_UK my husband also requested new card same day. His arrived 1 working day later. Your chatbot told me they can't be responsible for royal mail. I will be moving banks once card turns up. You also need more staff on your helplines.
