    @HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

    @HSBC_UK customer service! Horrific! Came in two weeks ago and received a first class service! Today 1 hour later asking for same request I am still waiting!!!!!

    @HSBC_UK why are you so backwards in your in branch banking? ATM not working, went to withdraw cash inside. Two slips, and ID check and a waste of 10 minutes I go my cash. What a fuss when I had my bank card in my hand! Why are you banking like it is the 90s still?

    @HSBC_UK tried to pay in some coins to Aberdeen branch to @firstdirect account and couldn’t believe how difficult you have made the process. Left without being able to complete the transaction and little help given. Really disappointed!

    @HSBC_UK charged me twice for the same service and denied dispute. Second time this year. It’s time to say good bye to such fraudulent bank.

    @HSBC_UK are you aware it is impossible to set up a standing order to Monzo joint accounts? This is a payee I've paid many times before so certainly my details are correct. Error ref H2U on the app after confirming standing order. Doesn't work on the website either.
