    @HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

    @HSBC_UK customer service! Horrific! Came in two weeks ago and received a first class service! Today 1 hour later asking for same request I am still waiting!!!!!

    @EiJake @HSBC_UK It’s a real issue for many users. I sadly had to roll back as it’s so inconvenient having to use the physical key/website. I hope every year will be different but it never is. If you search twitter you’ll see they are responding to people with same stock answer.

    So, apparently my 86 year old just about mobile MIL will have to travel 20 miles to a @HSBC_UK just to make an appointment. It is impossible to contact them by phone as she is hard of hearing and they never answer. She cannot do it online! This is discrimination @paullewismoney

    @BlockchainBarmy @HSBC_UK It must fake, as after that HSBC locked and froze my accounts! I foolishly thought it was genuine as it pop up when I had entered the app and had made a transfer. Have to go in to fix my account. So definitely something wrong with it.

    @HSBC_UK I've now done so. I do want to reiterate publicly how unhelpful the service provided over the phone has been. Having to resort to Twitter to get something sorted is not good even if it does ultimately help.

    New HSBC customer… no card arrived. Can’t call @HSBC_UK as they ask for card no. Can’t chat to them as they want you to log into mobile banking, can’t register for that as no card…. Someone help! This is a shambles @HSBC_UK !!!!!

    @HSBC_UK hi, I’m still receiving statements and what seems to be charges on my account!! I tried to reach out to you long time ago via email and Twitter as u can see, to ensure my account is closed, but no help!! Pls be aware that I’ve finished my study in UK since 2014. Pls help

    @mellisreviews Let’s see when @HSBC_UK will allow me to install iOS 16 on my phone. 😒 On my iPad, it is super stable! Regarding “AirDrop not working; music randomly stopping;” I had similar issues last week with 15.5, and I had to restart the phone to sort that out. 🤔
