@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@TheMoominmama Well done @hsbc @HSBC_UK my disabled brother finds it near on impossible to access his own money from his local branch cos he doesn’t have a passport /driving licence cos -you know - he’s disabled. Would it be easier for him to do this if he just wore a “pronoun badge”???
