@HSBC_UK I am having the most frustrating and difficult experience dealing trying to speak to someone and resolve an issue. Chat can’t do it, and your phone lines either cut me out after being on hold for ages or the agent isn’t of help.

@HSBC_UK I have just opened a CC account, received the card and called to activate/ do a BT and there is already a fraud block! I do not live near a branch & work office hours to go in like I’m being asked. Ridiculous service!!

@HSBC_UK not even a customer yet and appalling service! Apparently nobody in the whole of HSBC is able to advise on how big your application backlog is. If you’re this difficult to do business with before I’m even with you, I really don’t know what to think!

@HSBC_UK been a customer under a week. Worst banking experience I’ve had. Not possible for me to get to a branch so I can’t use my card/activate it. Due to a fraud block being put on it already!! Never again #dontevenbother @HSBC @MartinSLewis #martinlewis
