    @HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

    @HSBC_UK Using the beneficiaries function on HSBCNet is so painful I’d rather stick red hot needles in my eyes. Have reverted back to copy/paste of bank details from a spreadsheet, even with the associated risk of error, as it’s about 100 times quicker and less rage-inducing.

    @HSBC_UK - have to say as a new customer your service is poor. I’ve tried setting up app, tried to log on online. Not received customer number after nearly a month, tried to call tried to go into branch never anyone to talk too. Better option is for me to withdraw and close acc

    @HSBC_UK I tried to add my HSBC business card to Apple Pay. It says ´issuer of the card does not yet offer support for this card. ´ is there something I did wrong?

    @HSBC_UK Over the last five weeks I have sent three separate letters to your Kendal branch and have not received a single reply. Have Kendal stopped replying to letters or has their quill broken? (PS a quill is a writing tool made from a feather) #HSBC #CustomerService

    @HSBC_UK Your branch service is a shambles, my closest is a digital service branch which is a glorified banking app and there is a 2 hour wait in my latest branch with people. Don't worry about customers who are teachers and can't take extended lunch breaks
