  @HSBC_UK @uk_task_ I have learned yesterday HSBC or the CEO don't care about customers. I lost my mother whish I am still feeling the pain. I have problems putting my mother to rest.   @HSBC @HSBC_UK at it again, just had a cancelled subscription taken from my "frozen/locked" card. Absolute piece of **** of a bank, and support even said they weren't authorised.

  @TeddyLeppington @HSBC_UK Did they say it can take up to 70 days? I've been chasing my money for several weeks without success. It's with them I believe but not showing in my account. I hope the ISA transfer out team is more competent because once it's there I'm taking it out. Disgraceful service.

  Blimey @HSBC_UK you don't make it easy ! As a @firstdirecthelp customer I wanted basic info from you that can't be found online. Rang both non-HSBC & existing HSBC numbers..pls enter sort code (how do you have a sort code if you're not a customer?). I'm about to go elsewhere..

  .@HSBC_UK has to be the worst UK back for customer experience. You can't apply for a fixed rate ISA using a web browser like you can with every other bank, they want you to install their mobile banking app to open the ISA. Ridiculous.
