@HSBC_UK hello. I know you don’t allow debit card purchases of cryptocurrencies. What’s your policy on bank transfers to a crypto exchange? Is it the same deal – ie you don’t support it?

@HSBC_UK and to add to this, 'Jun' connected to my livechat and read all my messages but is steadfastly ignoring me. Not even a hello, let alone addressing my problem. Is it HSBC's aim to deliver the worst customer service now?

@HSBC_UK Dear team, this needs a quick fix. I am not able to do any online transaction as my mobile device needs registration which can only be done through mobile app. I am sure there should be lot of customers facing this issue. Is there any other way to register my mobile device?

@HSBC_UK Not much point me messaging you if you can't help me though. Also, I just tried calling, and the line went dead at 13 minutes.

@HSBC_UK are there issues with the mobile banking app? It won’t open. I’m on iPhone and I don’t think I’ve opened the app since I updated the phone last week. I have tried restarting the phone and checking for updates in the App Store.

@LIBINMA19972717 @HSBC_UK This really is difficult to understand. Mobile banking is an essential service. If @HSBC_UK can't fix or provide a timeline, I'm sure I'm not the only one that will be looking to change banks.
