    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN your Global Money service is an absolute joke. 17(!) DAYS since my initial transaction and still no resolution. The most basic of transactions (paying an invoice). Technology fails and poor customer service. GHCSIN30904 - I’ll be referring to @financialombuds

    Walked the length of Oxford Street, without success, to find an @HSBC_UK branch which would accept my cash. I'm a @firstdirect customer but my debit card is incompatible with @HSBC_UK auto paying in terminals.

    @HSBC_UK this is related to helping a family member manage the estate of a deceased relative - and currently your phone line, twitter support and website have all not helped. What can I do? Pls help 🙏 I cannot go to a branch as I live abroad

    So @HSBC_UK deactivates an account of mine without permission & failed to notify me of the cancellation. Standing order transfers money into what I assumed was an active account. Money vanishes into thin air. HSBC won't give me the money back, they don't understand the issue💀

    @HSBC_UK pls can someone from the relevant cust serv team help me open an account - a standard Bank Account - it’s been 2 months of trying online, via twitter chat with your tele cust serv. Latest call just ended when I was transferred to a team who have finished for the day!
