@HSBC_UK told me I would be getting my security number about a month ago still haven’t got it wanted to make a savings account and I can’t so looks like they don’t want me to make one or have me as a customer just phone up and got passed around then cut off wow

@HSBC_UK Business. I've just put the phone down, unanswered, after 1 hrs 20 mins. You close at 8pm so I figured noone was going to bother dealing with a customer now when they couldn't be bothered an hours ago. Appalling service.

@HSBC_UK Business Banking surely has the worst customer service. You wait over an hour on live chat only to be told you have to call, then you wait so long on the phone that you give up, and they are closing local branches. How the hell are we supposed to do business with them?

@HSBC_UK just called Premier banking number and went through interminable menu trying to get agent, 10mins later, "our office is now closed". Premier support is supposed to be open until 10pm

@HSBC_UK Hi #HSBC, It surely cannot be right that the bank spends more time / focus on dealing with a complaint, than rectifying the problem to which the complaint refers? Due to your change to the #MobileBanking app, I have been without ANY #InternetBanking since 29th March.
