@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

1.5 hours to log on and set up @HSBC_UK mobile apps and banking on phone and iPad (both new). Am drained. The lady on the phone, had exemplary calm and patience. I didn’t. Several times I asked her to give up and shut the account down! Need tea and chocolate 🍫

@HSBC_UK I have tried to stop them on a number of occasions, but you still insist on sending postal statements. Please STOP. You say you want to help save the planet, well, you should have to opt in to paper statements, the automatic option should be email.
