@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK I am getting the same problem as previously reported with the HSBC iPhone app crashing before it starts. I am on iOS 14.7.1. Any news on a fix as I rely heavily on this app and cannot generate a code for the web based platform.

Thanks @HSBC_UK for making it impossible to log into online banking from a new phone! Can't generate the QR code on my old phone because I don't have it, and I can't reset my telephone banking number because the number I call to reset it wants...my telephone banking number!

Banked with @HSBC_UK since I was a kid - until today. They really are terrible, unethical, misery-funding bastards. I've done my homework, found a more socially responsible option and switched. The world's bad enough without my money paying to make it worse.

@biclarap @HSBC_UK It’s a very common issue - their app is totally useless Since they make you need a code for whatever you do in online banking, no app = no code = locked out of internet banking Absolutely unacceptable @HSBC_UK
