    @HSBC_UK hello. I know you don’t allow debit card purchases of cryptocurrencies. What’s your policy on bank transfers to a crypto exchange? Is it the same deal – ie you don’t support it?

    @HSBC_UK Not entirely sure you read that correctly Russell 👀 it wasn’t successful because you missed out a monthly direct debit I had set up on my old account which you’ve closed after switch completed .... but as a customer, this was not done and definitely not a success.

    We have to go in person, but it is impossible to make a booking on the @HSBC_UK system. Initially, we sent the cheques to my mom, signed over to her, for her to cash. But the Canadian branch suspected fraud. Wouldn't you?

    @HSBC_UK your app is completely broken, telling me I don't have a secure Internet connection to use the app. I uninstall and it works once, everytime I open after it freezes completely.

    @HSBC_UK going round in circles. Physical digital key broken. Trying to get digital one but can't as have to create a code with physical key. Can't get through on phone. Any ideas on what I can do please. Your help topics send me round in circles.

    @DexertoMike @HSBC_UK Hsbc customer service has always been shocking. 10 minutes in the IVR picking 1000 options then speaking to a person who transfers you and have to explain it all again
