Over the last month, at the busiest time of the business year, I have spent an entire day on the phone trying to sort ongoing issues @HSBC_UK caused with my business account dating back to March. If you would like me to hum their hold muzak for you I can as I hear it in my sleep

@HSBC_UK I called you at 10:21 and I only just disconnected so you might want to double check your data. I have put in a complaint via your staff, i have also put in complaint via the company i work for as this cannot be sustainable for us. I had the same problem in November 2021.

@jcroberts171 @HSBC_UK It's incredible. They treat us with contempt. Their staff in branches are unable to help with anything and yet they seem to behave as if they're not expecting to have to answer the phone to masses of customers as a result.
