@HSBC_UK Was told I had to do a 60 mile round trip to collect new card & pin I said adios & went to Lloyds which is still I my town. Sheer lunacy closing down the banks

@MartinSLewis please help me with my PPI claim with @HSBC_UK 18mths I’ve been getting the run around from them, notes on files each time I call, promise phone calls with updates (2 I’ve received in 18mths) and yet still nothing. I feel like they are just waiting for me to give up

@HSBC_UK The number you provided in the tweet, I spoke to a operators then they transfer me - I get cut off at that point but I did successfully get through to fraud dept once, apparently it was the wrong fraud for him then he cut me off! Top service lads
