@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK #awfulservice #bankingincompetance If you use HSBC business banking app on a phone don’t upgrade your phone. The app won’t work and it takes months to sort out the problems. I’m 2 months with no access to my bank account.

@HSBC_UK now on third call after random disconnect to telephone banking. Total waiting time so far 93 minutes this morning just to get the app on a phone from a broken other. #needmorestaff #fail

@TheFCA trying to get @HSBC_UK to approve a transaction on my account. Asked lots of questions which I answered appropriately. Then asked about my tax status! Said this was improper question and asked for call back. No call and digital banking access suspended? Any advice?

@HSBC_UK @TheFCA Jack, I’ve seen your message. There remains no indication of timescale. Using words such as “escalation” is meaningless when a customer wants to move their funds, has confirmed their identity, validated the reason for transfer but @HSBC_UK disables digital banking access

@HSBC_UK I'm curious like why HSBC can't do public betas while other banks are doing it. People really want to try beta versions and this one app is preventing it. I'm sure most of the customers are expecting and you should consider about working on beta versions.

@HSBC_UK iphone app keeps crashing so can’t use it for digital key. Can’t log in online without it and certainly don’t wait to sit on hold for an hour. How else can I log in or get by this issue?
