@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK the app shuts itself down. I've tried servel times downloading new app but same problem occurs... I even had to change my entire log in details but its not working

@HSBC_UK it was mainly to do a savings review (mainly ISAs). The problem is that your branches always have queues and too few staff that they don't have time. I would have assumed that with restricitions easing on monday there should have been a plan for appointments etc by now
