    @HSBC_UK Trying to open a savings account. I have been a customer since 1987 but the app tells me I am not a UK tax resident and can't open it. Tried calling you but after holding for 45 minutes, gave up. What am I supposed to do?

    @Badger_a @HSBC_UK If I were you I won’t do that though, a service can be down sometimes we just have to be more patient with the service. The bank@is excellent no doubt about that.

    I waited 45 minutes for no 'agent' to ever come onto the phone and I am put in a circle of computer generated answers that DO NOT answer my query on the app/website. I just want some direct help!!! @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK I am unable to access my "Standing Orders and Future Payment" details. I have not been able to "chat" with a real agent and MOBA is not helpful, trying to contact you on phone is virtually impossible.
