@HSBC_UK I'm afraid that no isn't much help. I'm being asked for answers to security qns and and verification info as though I'm a pesky customer who has lost a card and forgotten their info. And now they want me to sign up for voice ID. Is there s/one who urgently deals with fraud cases?
