    @HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

    @HSBC_UK As an HSBC Premier account holder I have to tell u your service is not very good. I spent 40 minutes on hold yesterday before giving up and over half an hour today to finally get the phone answered. Deal with the basics before u help the world out !

    @HSBC_UK your customer service line is ineffective. Holding for 20mins. Last time I gave up after 50mins! I simply want to make an in branch appointment. The automated message says book online. But online it says to call customer services! Please sort this!

    @HSBC_UK @PatriciaPelican You obviously dont because your app would be working properly. Do you honestly think it is acceptable that one of your customers has had to visit a HSBC branch 15 times because your mobile app is not working properly and your staff are unable to help? Look forward to response.

    That moment when you livestream your desktop to @HSBC_UK's tech team and show them a glitch which prevents every one of their customers setting up standing orders to businesses, but not to other consumers! 2 years this has been going on HSBC!!!

    @HSBC_UK I cannot access her bank details as she is resting, but would have thought her name and address would be enough to secure an appointment, as you can find her details on the system. I am so unbelievably fed up with HSBC.
