@HSBC_UK Can't even credit score/check someone applying for a re-mortgage...... with HSBC. 4 years ago the credit score wasn't a problem. You gave us a mortgage. Why is it a problem now? You really do make it hard for self-employed people to lend money don't you!!!

@HSBC_UK The customer service on your "helpline" is appalling. In over an hour today I spent 55 mins on hold, was transferred to 5 different people and not one of them could resolve me query. Utterly abysmal service #hsbc
