  @HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

  @HSBC_UK @drulum I cannot get access to my account as it doesn’t allow me to press generate code on the app and has been glitching me out of the app for over a day now.

  After a long run. Today I will be closing my @HSBC_UK account and savings account. The service has massively declined, the customer service agents don’t know how to action requests which has ultimately cost me a vast amount of money over the last few months.

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK No warning at all — tried to sign in & my acnt was suddenly suspended & with Account Review Team. Phone banking says I'm now "unverified" so can't discuss it. Forced to travel 25 to branch. 0 communication. Avoid banking with #AvoidHSBC

  @HSBC_UK I have been trying for an hour and a half this morning to make a payment on behalf of my mother, for whom I have power-of-attorney, and your operator has now hung up on me. This is terrible service, it can’t be this hard to make a pyt.

  @HSBC_UK almost a 3 week wait for a telephone security code and nothing has arrived. Incredibly poor customer service.
