@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK hello. I know you don’t allow debit card purchases of cryptocurrencies. What’s your policy on bank transfers to a crypto exchange? Is it the same deal – ie you don’t support it?

@HSBC_UK my 15 yo son has lost his HSBC debit card. He didn’t have phone/online/mobile banking set up and it appears impossible to cancel his card. Your emergency phone line wanted his long card number which he doesn’t have as it’s on the card.

@HSBC_UK I’d like to register the fact that the system has grave problems, so someone should look at it. As I said, your agent had endless trouble getting me registered, it wasn’t straightforward at all. Let’s see if I get a security code in the post before I complain!
