Absolutely awful service. I will change bank, I can’t endure their garbage services. All my issues is their fault.

But if you do a foreign transfer, it is not! That caused me to do a transfer twice (me one, my wife one). Now we are left with less monies in the account

Now I'm £500 down for up to 90 days while it's investigated! @HSBC_UK how can you think this is acceptable? Citizens Advice state that it should be sorted the next day!
