It’s all apps and self service machines these days. Good 👍 idea though - perhaps part of the Town Hall space could be deployed.

Website, phone service and branch service are all inconsistent in multiple areas. Simply can't get some things done. Number of branches is awful. Can't get appt in branch.

For context, @HSBC_UK were able to unblocked my personal account immediately using my voice verfication. What stone aged process is at Cashplus is anyone's guess.

Issue raised on 04/04 but still unallocated, told today they have up to 30/05 to respond. This is the escalation process. HSBC approved this CCard
