@HSBC_UK what an absolute s**tshow. I’m a customer of 20 years, in 2 countries, with a mortgage, credit cards, AND using other HSBC banks, and my attempts to set up other products have been APPALLING. Multiple phone calls, a visit to hell (your branch) and no progress whatsoever.

@abihawkins36 @HSBC_UK Submit an online complaint and if you don’t get a satisfactory response follow up with the ombudsman. The irony is, you can only submit an online complaint when you have access to the online banking portal.
