@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@wmarybeard @HSBC_UK I don't have any issues with my card , then again it is the Australian version. Clearly the EU is not happy with England and are punishing the people for leaving, but thats my opinion.

@SophieMHistory In the end they couldn’t help over the phone so I’ve had to come to Reading (30mins drive) now waiting for poss another 30 mins to be seen. @HSBC_UK can’t cope with anything- you’re losing a customer of 45 years AND an ex employee. Stress levels through roof.

@HSBC_UK My wife raised request with customer care for bank statement on 22 Aug and still it is not resolved. We reached out to customer care multiple times still it is not resolved and not giving exact status of the request. We need it badly and urgent. Could you please help 🙏
