@HSBC_UK My phone has broken, claim through insurance Aspects claim,received replacement phone but it is faulty draining the battery in 2 hours. Spoke with the team but they are asking me to do many checks like battery needs to drain completely and need to recharge. Awful service

@HSBC_UK Why is it impossible to reset my online banking password and get back into my account without going to a branch? Have jumped through every hoop repeatedly and it fails at every turn. It's going to be quicker and easier to move banks than resolve this, apparently.

@HSBC_UK online payments failing. Error message states that your contact information is not updated. I checked twice but everything on the contacts is correct. Some glitch with the app.
