    @HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

    @HSBC_UK Hi, I reported a suspicious transaction but HSBC did not take any action on this. When I check account, I see that the merchant withdraw money from my credit card. Please help with this issue. An agent over the phone told me that HSBC will send a dispute form. Thanks.

    @HSBC_UK It's the same issue I had on android recently where I couldn't get the app to open for three weeks. I tap to open and it closes again.

    @HSBC_UK why did you have to change everything??? Impossible to log on to my online banking without the mobile app and the mobile app doesn't show the options you're telling me to use!!!!

You have messed up on the new authenticity system.. just own up. You have ruined my day! CS are useless! I am leaving, for sure

    @HSBC_UK Thanks for not allowing me to purchase online today. Blaming Amazon and Parcelforce for the error with your new authentication issues and not giving me any customer service help. It’s absolutely crazy. It’s 2022.. I should not have to phone Amazon to place my order #hsbc

    @MrsLesleyKemp @HSBC @HSBC_UK Agreed… have had endless problems with them today. They blame the retailer.. and never admit to being at fault. I bet they are having a crazy day of complaints with the authenticity issues for online purchases. CS told me to phone Amazon to place my order. WTH?.. it’s 2022 FGS!

    @HSBC_UK 45 minutes on hold after two hours waiting yesterday only to be told I'd get a call back this morning and that I was lucky the person I spoke to would help me because the people who should have helped me when I called had now all gone home. What a shower.

    @HSBC_UK why is it so hard to set up an account. i have the card but i cant use it. i have no telephone security number nor do i have the secure key. i cant login or register for online banking. ii never knew it was this difficult
