    @HSBC_UK Please help with complaint id 1140914: safeguard team only comes back after 4 days I did my part, saying "I contacted the branch for ID VA ,but I didn’t receive any address proof from them yet I got only the ID". i was in the RHODES branch on Friday, driver license copied.

    @HSBC_UK How long are your wait times to get through on the phone today? Trying to open a joint account with another existing HSBC customer. No online option to do it, been told have to do it over the phone but it is impossible to get through. 45 mins on waiting at the moment…

    @HSBC_UK Your security process for the change of a joint account address is completely OTT. Once I've sorted this out, I'm closing it. I resent being refused access for a process other banks do online with common sense security.
