@HSBC_UK I have an issue with your site this morning. I can log in fine but when I click to apply for a child account I get "This page isn’t working If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 431" in a new tab. If I close tab, I can access my account no issue

@HSBC_UK Hi Andy, would really be a waste of my time to provide my name & post code. The problem is obvious... Closed branches & to much reliance on machines and Not enough staff.... Better for me and other customers to aire our voices on Twitter..

@HSBC_UK 2 hours 23 minutes on hold to Business Banking (issue remains unresolved). This “service” costs £60 per year. “Cos COVID” is no longer flying as an excuse.

@HSBC_UK Hi’ Joseph, I have read it but it’s still showing unread notifications. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Unfortunately now i need to reset my telephone banking 🥲 to login into the app without the token.
