@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK Please help with complaint id 1140914: safeguard team only comes back after 4 days I did my part, saying "I contacted the branch for ID VA ,but I didn’t receive any address proof from them yet I got only the ID". i was in the RHODES branch on Friday, driver license copied.

@HSBC_UK Your security process for the change of a joint account address is completely OTT. Once I've sorted this out, I'm closing it. I resent being refused access for a process other banks do online with common sense security.

@HSBC_UK @RBS_Help Am a HSBC UK Business customer of 10+ years. A company is trying to use our company name to defraud other businesses of funds. The account being used for fraud is registered to RBS, Birmingham. How do we stop this?
