Shame on you @HSBC_UK for making £9k of my elderly Uncle’s money disappear from his Philippine account when transferring to his UK account. He’s had dozens of empty promises from you since JULY and is now VERY vulnerable mentally. Shame on you for letting him down.@BBCWatchdog

@HSBC_UK can you help me access the banking app? I had to uninstall and reinstall on my phone, because it stopped working. However, when entering credentials, it asks for a digital secure key code, which I clearly don't have. I do have a physical device, but no option to use it.

@HSBC_UK I spent half an hour talking to a telephone support guy, so I presume he has checked everything He told me that there is no record of any customers on iOS 12 having any issues with the app

@HSBC_UK if you know a branch is going to be closed why not update your website so customers don't make completely avoidable journeys. Not my daughter's best experience for a potential new bank! Rochdale has a bit of paper on the door rather than your website being up to date!!
