@NatWest_Help My 80 year old Dad was scammed out of £1200 and you’ve offered him no help. Last year a 34 year old friend was done the same way, @HSBC_UK supported her straight away. Simply terrible treatment of a customer who has kept his money in your bank for much of his life

@YenJun81 @HSBC_UK Still happening today. @HSBC_UK hopeless customer service. 2hrs waiting and then i got hung up on immediately. Business Banking Team have absolutely no way of escalating issue internally... just tell me i have to ring the same number again and join the back of the queue. Shambles

So I can pay for a major renovation of my property from my personal account, c.£12k, there in seconds. @HSBC_UK owe me c£1.2k: "Well sir, I can see the funds were with us on 5/2, they've been allocated to you today 10/2, 7 more working days should do it." #Crooks or #INCOMPETENT?
