@HSBC_UK @drulum I cannot get access to my account as it doesn’t allow me to press generate code on the app and has been glitching me out of the app for over a day now.

@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK hello. I know you don’t allow debit card purchases of cryptocurrencies. What’s your policy on bank transfers to a crypto exchange? Is it the same deal – ie you don’t support it?

@HSBC_UK Your chat agents are not that helpful and slow to respond. I also doubt they are going to be the best person to talk to when it comes to specifics etc the restricitons are bring eased on monday. The time for reviews has past - what is the plan to return your sevices to normal?

@HSBC_UK it was mainly to do a savings review (mainly ISAs). The problem is that your branches always have queues and too few staff that they don't have time. I would have assumed that with restricitions easing on monday there should have been a plan for appointments etc by now
