@eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK @firstdirecthelp I would imagine that some bank don’t have the logic active to detect what version of iOS you’re running and blocking launch with it detects a beta version. The point I am trying to make is HSBC have decided to not support pre-release and as a beta tester that’s the risk you take.

@HSBC_UK It's not a real complaint. The staff and service are great. However, they can't turn down the volume of the incessant music and it's impossible to hear what is said because I have hearing aids
