@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK I had nearly £1k stolen last year and I had to do it through the fraud squad but I got it back pretty much the next working day, the actual bank were pretty useless

@EdMRound @HSBC_UK There is still one on Kilburn High Road, but they can't help business customers there either. Or tell me which branch can. Their website is useless for that information too. I'm giving up and moving.

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK If it's not her fault keep badgering away and threaten to move bank especially if you bank there ... these banks are all two faced, all the friendly adverts saying they will help you ... utter bollox

@MikeGore2 @HSBC_UK I have problems with them. £200’went from my account, they basically blamed my parents at the time. Even though the money was withdrawn from that particular bank’s cash machine and my parents were abroad on holiday . I eventually closed my account.
