    @HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

    @krugermacro @HSBC_UK is a joke. It’s not 1995. There are too many good alternatives to banks offering a sub par customer experience. At this pace there is no way they are in business in 10 years time..

    @HSBC_UK you guys are the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My fiancée had her old card cloned and now another fraudulent transaction has happened. No one in the fraud team is being helpful. Has her new card been cloned already? No answers. No useful info. Pathetic

    @PinophytaEd @HSBC_UK Sports Direct is open 7 days a week yet banks, a genuinely essential service are open 5 days a week for a handful of hours. Unless you are a pensioner or unemployed you have no chance of getting there. Absurd.
