@HSBC_UK How do I make an enquiry about a payment deposit that has been attempted into my old closed account? Tried calling the UK number for non-HSBC customers but it isn’t recognising my old account number? Presumably because it’s a closed account. Please help 🤞

@HSBC_UK closed our local branch. Travel half hour tonearest branch and no counter service on a Saturday yet a HUGE queue to speak with the laptop ladies. Make no sense to me why no counter service as most people's only day to come in to the bank around work? 🙄 will be moving

@HSBC_UK need urgent help with our business bank account and yet again I can’t get any. I’ve been sat in a call queue for 50 minutes, the app chat just responds with a hopeless robot response and a callback is a hopeless one chance, if you miss it you’re screwed thing. Beware!
