@HSBC_UK locked out of my account and every instruction on the website to allow me to access my account again is a dead end. Can't even access the 24/7 chat because I can't get in and it's out of hours so now I'm just panicking.

@HSBC_UK This is the same @HSBC_UK who say it "may take up to 56 days" to provide a response to complaints. What they fail to mention on their website is that they may also completely ignore your complaint, and refuse to let you speak to the complaints team to try and resolve it.

@HSBC_UK This is a loan amount from HSBC for which I’m paying interest and the funds are with you. Either return the funds to my account ASAP or cancel the loan and return what I paid. Don’t steal from a hard working underpaid NHS worker!!!
