    Stood outside a closed @HSBC bank, on the phone to @HSBC_UK to fix out card issue, while simultaneously attempting to chat via @HSBC_UK app people and all don't have the required number of staff to provide any service at all.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?     @HSBC_UK I know where the local one is and it’s miles away and my mum and elderly people can’t access easily! It’s a shame a bank like hsbc doesn’t get involved in these banking hubs when everyone else seems to be able to ….

    @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it
