@HSBC_UK I've done that and now of course have to log back in. And it won't of course accept the previous log in details I have recorded. So now on hold to HSBC trying to sort out the password change. Complete nightmare.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC freezing a bank account because you are not happy with an address I have had for 14 years and then not to be able to speak to anyone in clear English after 1hr waiting is unacceptable . I am the customer and that is MY money not yours !

@ZoeFordie @HSBC_UK Had the same issue for the last week. No sms code comes through and all they tell me is that it’s not their end. Funny how I can receive texts off everyone else but hsbc. Number is correct too. Joke of a service.

@HSBC_UK u contacted my wife to report fraud on her debit card. We have spent last 3 hrs being transferred & cut off. Its beyond a joke now. U keep telling us your transferring us to fraud but literally every person says wrong dept & transfers us again. Help or we're moving!

Extremely frustrating and disappointing service. @HSBC_UK sent my new card to a closed branch, then tell me it has been resent and is ready for collection. I arrive at the branch, no card and no explanation for why the card can’t be sent to my home address.

@HSBC_UK Hi, your HSBC UK business account no longer exists so will try here. Are you are that HSBC Business banking online is not compatible with Norton Security AntiTrack, if you use it then you cannot log in to HSBC ?
