@HSBC_UK was on hold for two hours last night and just got hung up on this morning. I really need to speak to someone. This isn't the first time this has happened. This is seriously appalling service, would not recommend anyone setting up an account.

@HSBC_UK Things got worse today. I had a call from someone claiming to be from the HSBC. I went through security so that I could be put through to a manager. After waiting 10 minutes, the phone was put down. When is all this going to end? Any comments HSBC?

@HSBC_UK It doesn't make sense to me as this sudden new payee and large transaction that is outside of customer usage norms should automatically raise red flags in risk management/fraud prevention for any account.

@HSBC_UK just been subject to fraud and have had over £3k taken out of account I’ve been on hold for 2 hours spoke to 5 different people and everyone tells me they are passing me onto correct dept. And then phone cuts off any help @HSBC_UK
