@HSBC_UK my 80+yr parents are fed up with not being able to talk to anyone at the bank. Every number goes to a non UK call centre, they don’t know security numbers, they just want to be able to speak to a person. What happened to customer service? My mum was in tears.

.@HSBC_UK Serious question: a customer is locked out of their account. They have tried and failed to unfreeze it- online, calls, etc. They have a disability. They have no means of travel. They cannot attend a branch (the local ones closed). What would you suggest? #Hypothetical

@HSBC_UK @HSBC why lie to me and not answer my complaints just mention my abusivr language knxe because I’m stressed and unwell. I am so so angry with the bank . The bank have account review team who I’m told only work 9-4pm@which is awful in a global world we need 24/7 help

@BarclaysUKHelp lot a customer to @HSBC_UK Wanted to open an account for my son. Told to arrange a video call via your app (went into branch at inconvenience to me) App wouldn’t verify passport nor driving licence, asked back into branch with son (u r closed after school) 1/2
