    @HSBC_UK Interesting to see how @HSBC_UK approach this when their client owes money to them and other banks who all want their share of the individual’s disposable income. Genuine question Do you advice the individual to pay all creditors fairly and/or signpost for debt charity help?

    @HSBC_UK your online banking does not seem to be working, getting through on the phone is a nightmare. Having been a customer for 46 years, I have never known it so bad. Can you recommend a GOOD bank ?

    @HSBC_UK This just gets better and better. I've just had a sales call from you trying to get more business out of me. When I pointed out that we needed to resolve this complaint first, the drone who called said he couldn't help with that.

    @HSBC_UK can you please let me know how to close my current account? My overdraft was lowered and your online banking is archaic resulting in 2 late payments on my credit report! This will not help my mortgage application.

    Hi @HSBC_UK do you ever actually phone customers? I have repeatedly requested this as there's something it's impossible for me to do online - I ask over and over again for someone to phone me & yet you repeatedly send me the same form that doesn't help. What a shitshow of a bank.

    @HSBC_UK It would appear HSBC have outsourced their fraud team to cheap offshore resource who are completely incompetent to save money and resulting in an awful service for premier customers. The time has come to change banks after 25 years loyalty. #Useless
