Just spent half an hour on hold to HSBC Business @HSBC_UK. Their telephone hold music is especially awful. The could use The Kinks "Tired of Waiting for You". Any other suggestions?

@HSBC_UK I am trying to open an online savings account but your website prevents it. Your online bot doesn’t allow navigation to ask a right question and your telephone service is painfully slow. Suggestions please, other than banking somewhere else. Thanks

@HSBC_UK It looks like your UK business site is not secure, so customers can't log in right now - is that right? No SSL certificate is showing so it's HTTP rather than HTTPS #HSBCbusiness
