    @HSBC_UK I ordered a new credit card that still hasn’t arrived. When I call your helpline, they ask for the card number which I obviously don’t have yet. Can you please help.

    @HSBC_UK is there anyway of actually talking to someone to get access to my online/mobile banking outside of the 8pm cut off? Pretty poor that 24 hour help isn’t available.

    Atrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

    @HSBC_UK dear hsbc I’ve banked with you for 40+ years why is it my brand new card contactless is not working I’ve had it 2 days it worked at @Se_Railway this morning and now isn’t?
