@HSBC_UK I am not interested now. I have had no call back today when asking for a Manager. I am a Customer, a very loyal one but my children will be banking elsewhere. I will also be making a GDPR claim as I have asked for the account request to be deleted and have been told it can’t!

@HSBC_UK @HSBC Disgusting you are closing the Wakefield branch of hsbc and saying you can get the same service at the post office!! I will now look at swapping to a bank that DOES have a branch in Wakefield. 😡

40 minutes in the phone to the fraud team at @HSBC_UK for them to release a payment. 35 of those minutes were on hold. Awful service

@HSBC_UK really disappointed with the service I’ve received as a new credit card holder. Have been trying to get my telephone banking pin for nearly a month now. 4 phone calls to customer service and a visit to the nearest branch with my ID and still nothing. Would not recommend!

@HSBC_UK I'm ready for @HSBC @HSBC_UK to start doing the right thing and offer legal equality to all who transact business with the bank, just as they support equality to other areas, can't be supporting one form.of equality and then ignore others....that's....well...unequal!
