@HSBC_UK hi, can you help please I have tried 5 times this morning to get through to your insurance aspects mobile phone call centre but I keep being put on mute and then cut off? Number called 0800 001 4278. Cheers

  • KateH123 Kate (@KateH123) reported

@HSBC_UK you've given me no warning and I have bills to pay on Monday. I can't even transfer the money out to other accounts as you've blocked access! The Ombudsman says you must give notice to do this. If you don't unlock my accounts by tomorrow morning, I will take legal action

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK You should point out for all the non-Londoners what a parking ticket means there. It would bankrupt some Northerners 😢 I think it may be all banks. Halifax/RoyalBankofScot/Lloyds have been giving me the runaround for months. After paying off a credit card, it's suddenly broken?!

  • posh_iron Martin Sells (@posh_iron) reported

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK @firstdirect Consistently top for customer service. I'd never use any other bank.

  • MartinRose2 Martin Rose (@MartinRose2) reported from Bristol, England

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

  • orgogg Orgogg 🦉 (@orgogg) reported

@HSBC_UK And here we go ago. Nothing done about the problem I waited 1.5 hours on the phone on Monday. 50 minutes on hold this morning so far. Why can you not staff your call centres properly?

  • farleyninja farleyninja (@farleyninja) reported

@HSBC_UK Oh and the fact you didn’t actually notify until after these changes had already come in place is terrible service

  • vickyg50 Vicky Gibson (@vickyg50) reported

@HayEJenkins @HSBC_UK I did yeah. Then I just kept getting emails asking for further evidence 😫 which I don't have! So I've given up. Thanks for your help though x

@HSBC_UK @mouthwaite HSBC used to be great when we first opened our joint account, my husband had been with them since uni but now their customer service is awful. You used to get a lovely friendly person to talk to and now you spend ages just trying to get through.
