    @HSBC_UK The profanity wasn’t directed at HSBC but was used to describe the attitude of HSBC towards 1% of their customers who can’t access their accounts for 3 months a year. NatWest, Halifax and Monzo have no problem functioning during the summer so I will bank with them and not you 🫡

    idk why it has to be so hard to use @HSBC_UK ! all im trying to do is pay off my credit card by transferring money from one account into it, and it's telling me that the payee details can't be verified... the details of... my HSBC credit card?! H80 error for WHAT?!!

    @TWoffinden @HSBC_UK @HSBC Champ, can only only agree, they seem to forget we are the customers. Shockingly bad service only this week. Move a few dollars about and they think you are money laundering!!

    @HSBC_UK How about helping all your customers?Had my card declined bcos one item of mail was returned for no gd reason.I’m a loyal customer who has had mail delivered ok for 20 yrs.Imagine if I had been a female alone at night trying to get home with her card declined? Review yr process!

    @HSBC_UK absolutely dreadful customer service - trying to help an infirm elderly neighbour sort out banking issues and cut off mid conversation - No assistance, no help, no empathy no suggestions …glad you record calls for “training purposes” !!
