    @HSBC_UK dad died 2 weeks ago & I had to go out for the first time to your Harborne bank to start dealing with his account. I cried all the way. I got there at 3:45, a sign in the door said it had closed since 2:30 due to covid. No information about tomorrow. I’m so upset.

    @HSBC_UK The Android app has forced me to change from fingerprint login to new digital secure PIN. Your web site suggests Touch ID is now only available on Apple. Is this correct, and if so, why?

    @HSBC_UK I was old my new card would be sent ages ago. My old one has been blocked for months. I've had to transfer my income elsewhere to access it. This is not acceptable. Your customer service agents online don't understand anything that is said awful service. Wouldn't recommend!!!!

    @HSBC_UK Yep, tried all that. Got the message, "We're sorry, we are unable to amend your standing order. Please try again later." Did online chat with customer help who said this was a known issue that is being investigated.

    @HSBC_UK I am locked out of all online and digital banking. I get message saying I need to call to reset but when I call it says service unavailable and to try again another time. Been trying for 3 weeks! I'm in Australia. Please help.

    @ShankarKalinge @HSBC_UK I feel your pain! I tried to make a payment of 100 to Nexo, a Registered Fin company and they have frozen my acc.3 phone call, did all my security checks with fraud team,was told app would be working in 10 mins. Wait 2 hours phone back, I need to go to branch!

    @HSBC_UK 2/2 Every time I call to get to the Internet Banking dept. the system automatically redirects me to the Bereavement Service no matter what options I select. Your "AI" algorithms are completely out of control and causing customers hell.

    @HSBC_UK why you gone backward increasingly making your web online & contact options less accessible only suggesting phone calls regarding an online problem I am experiencing I am deaf I use human live chat live on app & they can’t resolve it’s a bot on web & sends me in circles

    @BarclaysUKHelp Yes I do, and still I was getting an error message. This is one issue in a long list of problems I’ve encountered with Barclays business. I think it may just be the final reason to move to @NatWestBusiness @HSBC_UK #ukbusinessbanking
