    @HSBC_UK I would rather hit my head on a brick wall then subject myself to your computer generated answers and your banks lack of urgency. I think it would be faster for me to create my own bank then try reaching out to hsbc customer service

    @sazcass @HSBC_UK Interpreted a call, spelling out last name saying, 'This is the interpreter, not sure how to say it". He said "You have to say it for verification". Few secs. of "I don't know" & "you have to", so I phonetically butchered it. The customer was allowed to finish their business.

    Terrible support from @HSBC_UK ‐been trying to activate a business account fob to gain access to online account for over 4 months, pushed from pillar to post. Is there a way to get this fixed or should we be looking to change banks? @michaelwesleym

    @HSBC_UK - account access stopped wit NO warning. Unable to complete tax return with deadline looming. Online waiting chatting for 2+ hours, bounced around agents/groups - on my 6th agent right now. HORRENDOUS, shoddy, utterly pathetic service

    @sazcass @HSBC_UK I use hsbc and had no problems since I verified my id in the branch. I think since I was deaf since birth, I just accepted that this was the norm and expect it automatically-I also had to go into branch for change of name since getting married. But It’ll be good to see change.

    @HSBC_UK @PeteSQ I've just spent an hour and a half going round and round the 'digital banking help tool' and back and forth between the app and the online site. I can't generate a digital secure key password! The online site won't switch to physical key.

    @HSBC_UK have a confusion between security and complexity. Making the online experience for your customer a complex one is not security, it is stupidity
