    @L7_AFC @HSBC_UK I’ve too have found Coinbase’s CS absolute garbage - they take weeks to send a single reply. I can’t speak to Binance’s CS though as I’ve never had cause to use them (yet 🤞). Btw to answer your question it’s not everyone, it’s a subset of users (incl. me) and I don’t know why.

    @HSBC_UK your customer service is atrocious. Urgently need your help with several suspicious payments but cannot get through to you on 3 different phone lines for the past hour!

    @HSBC_UK No this is a currently working card that I just want to pay off the balance on and it just doesn’t seem like HSBC could be making it any harder to do that!

    @HSBC_UK been locked out from online banking and mobile banking for many error attempts, I'm trying to reset as you suggest but can't go through with it. There is any number for me to call for help me with it?

    Loyal customer of @HSBC_UK for 25 years. Ends today. Have been given the most awful run around by my bank, extremely disappointed and frustrated. It’s given me a headache tbh

    @HSBC_UK I Jayati Bhadra, would like to express my difficulty due to my HSBC Account which was been temporarily freeze on 29th May 2021, since then I have been following up with the review team and the customer care numerous times and visited the Borehamwood Branch

    @HSBC_UK Hi - I use your mobile app for banking, and use fingerprint login. I just tried to log in and was told that my fingerprint records had been updated. I have not updated my records (either on the app or my phone), so how have they changed - and should I be worried?
