@HSBC_UK evening. Is your app down as I keep getting an error prompt and back to log in. Which brings me back to the error screen. It was working this afternoon :)

@HSBC_UK Hi Gie @HSBC_UK the pixel 6 was released three weeks ago, not accounting for any app development period, it is shocking HSBC premier customers are unable to access their accounts via the HSBC UK app. I would like to escalate this further please. Engineering have no solution.

@HSBC_UK Sorry for the delay, same issue, I updated to iOS 15.1 and now the app won’t open, just goes back to Home Screen on phone. App is the updated one as far as I’m aware

@HSBC_UK Hi my wife was using her app fine on android 12 a couple of times today with no problem, now she can't log in via the app at all. Any help would really be appreciated thanks
