    @HSBC_UK I am HSBC premier card holder and I have been trying to reach HSBC to track a refund made by one of the vendors to my old credit card and transfer that refund to the new one, despite providing the ARN number for ease of track nobody from the customer care - 1

    @HSBC_UK and third, just now after listening to the music for 55mins! I am not asking HSBC for a loan without collateral. I am asking my money. The money I spent once, which is now refunded to me! And your customer service is unacceptable and appalling
