@HSBC_UK I have already raised 3 formal complaints, 1 response just told me to wait and other 2 got ignored. I will be asking @financialombuds for help and will also forward it to the HSBC Board of directors directly to deal with that.

@HSBC_UK The issue had not been resolved. I have reinstalled the app but cannot get past the page asking me to provide my log in details, it then switches off. Please check and confirm when the app works for all iPhones. Thank you

@HSBC_UK Thank you. Unfortunately I couldn’t get through on the phone at 6pm after 30 mins and now I’m completely locked out of my online banking so no access to my accounts 😓 I’ll try again tomorrow but regretting moving to Advance now it’s been stressful
