@HSBC_UK so absolutely dreadful service from them. Mum was buying a car, card got declined for suspicious activity and then they never responded!!! Good job I was there to pay. DREADFUL BANK LEAVING CUSTOMERS HIGH AND DRY!

@HSBC_UK HELP I’ve left the UK nearly 6 years ago, closed my account but keep getting statement fees. I’ve sent letters to my branch over the years to address closure of my account however it remains open. I don’t even have my@hsbc key or remember my account details to log in.

@HSBC_UK hello! what's the point to have customer chat in your app, when its completely useless for the customers? You can't fix simple things there, you just basically give your customer services number and then you need to wait 1 hour to speak to someone?! this is joke!
