    @HSBC_UK evening. Is your app down as I keep getting an error prompt and back to log in. Which brings me back to the error screen. It was working this afternoon :)

    @HSBC_UK ...buy I don't see why the physical secure key support can't work with the app, or why if I can have up to 3 "Digital Secure Keys" I can't be allowed to instead have both a "digital" one as well as a physical one as a backup for emergencies.

    @HSBC_UK I can see two notifications when clicking on the bell icon. I wasn’t notified of this, though, which is why I assumed they aren’t working. Should I be receiving alerts to my phone?

    @HSBC_UK Hi so we have spoken to someone who help reset everything with us. My partner has now logged on through is same username but with new security questions and all his payees have gone !? Is that because we have had to reset passwords etc ?

    15 days and counting for checking a €1k transaction!!! @Wise are you joking??? And no, your online support didn't help at all! If this is not resolved in the next few days, you are going to court. Ask @HSBC_UK how they paid 10k in legal expenses ******* about the same thing.

    @Eastreadingcom @HSBC_UK I'm not a customer but I noticed the signage as I went by. While I was taking the photo at least 3 groups of people were intending to go in the branch and were not impressed when they found it was closed.

    @HSBC_UK Impossible to speak to anyone this morning. Have been trying for more than an hour. When eventually connected the phone line your end is so bad it's impossible to have a conversation.
