    @HSBC_UK evening. Is your app down as I keep getting an error prompt and back to log in. Which brings me back to the error screen. It was working this afternoon :)

    @HSBC_UK your website and mobile app on our personal accounts won't allow us to get online - cleared Cache and cookies, tried different browsers, different machine and alternate internet providers - states system error

    @HSBC_UK Unable to access acc via mob app - Constant GSA message and 'try later'. I need access now please. HSBC sold me the idea of downloading/using app as 'convenient access 24 hours a day' Just for clarity - there are no probs at my end - it's all at yours

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Internet banking problems? I'm getting, "Error, something went wrong. Try again later" in the mobile app and, "GSA Error", coupled with, "System Error" via the website. UK. Tried via Broadband and 4G (different providers).
