@HSBC_UK evening. Is your app down as I keep getting an error prompt and back to log in. Which brings me back to the error screen. It was working this afternoon :)

@HSBC_UK Hi, no I only had 30 minutes lunch so after being on hold the entire time I returned to work, the reset the app bit isn't working, as the guide says it will. I cannot log in.

@HSBC_UK your phone banking message has said you're 'receiving higher than normal call volumes' for over 7 years, that means you're receiving your normal call volumes but don't have enough staff. It's saying 30 mins to answer, I'm locked out the banking app and need help ASAP.

The @HSBC_UK app has been down for a week now - I can't access mobile or online banking to be able to manage my account or pay bills. Seriously considering switching banks (and I've been with them for 24yrs...)

@HSBC_UK I only wanted to get my balance from the automated service. I've tried again on a different phone and after answering all the security prompts all I get is an odd sound then nothing.

@HSBC_UK The latest HSBC UK app is non functioning and closes. The last version malfunctioned and was extremely slow, but at least I could view my accounts, unlike the latest update which renders the app useless. I will have to switch banks in order to do mobile banking!
