@HSBC_UK To get permission to transfer house purchase monies to my solicitor. Tried Colchester, Ipswich and Chelmsford. I live in Harwich so Colchester would be good. Travelling difficult with #MH issues.

@HSBC_UK the error comes when navigating off the HSBC homepage (but when I choose a deep-link I can bypass the error, butt it took me ten minutes to find that path)

oh, and by the way, @HSBC_UK, other banks seem to manage to open for more than four hours a day. You're lucky you have great staff in your branches, because your organisation is terrible
