    @HSBC_UK The number you provided in the tweet, I spoke to a operators then they transfer me - I get cut off at that point but I did successfully get through to fraud dept once, apparently it was the wrong fraud for him then he cut me off! Top service lads

    @HSBC_UK I'm sorry I don't need any explanation how the app works. I'm reporting to you that it has been changed without notifying customers. And that the change has removed a key feature - fast balance - I believe this is an error that needs to be rectified. Please take this forward.

    @HSBC_UK you need to sort out your mobile app NOW! Can't access any banking. Not prepared to call some call center and wait in a queue to do basic stuff! It's 2022 and you're a bank, this is unacceptable!! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK something is wrong with the HSBC banking app on Android OS. I've checked the service updates but no info. I"m getting a "no internet connection" message after login details are accepted. My internet connection is fine, the message seems triggered post authentication.

    Anyone working @HSBC_UK been waiting to get through now to speak to someone for 36 hours. Won't let me register my card so stuck in a loop. Either sort it or close the account.

    @HSBC_UK Please can you update the opening times for branches on the website. Yet again a queue at the Rochdale branch that evidently isn’t open today according to the paper stuck to the wall.

    @murtagh_shaun @HSBC_UK Yeh keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall, then have to wait on phone for help to get back into app. Just send an update to app to fix it.

    @HSBC_UK Have DM'd all I want to know is when is a fix being implemented! Need to be able to access my bank account this weekend! And cannot be making phone calls every time I need to do something.
