@HSBC_UK I don't want to make any further complaints because you don't deal with any of our issues, we receive a measly £25.00 compensation. That isn't enough. I will take a call on this. But I'm not writing, I'm not going into branch, that is all I get. It's waste full. #worstbankever

An hour on the phone with @HSBC_UK after mt account was blocked when making a payment WITHIN THE £25K LIMIT. They've hung up on me 4 times now and it's still unresolved. I'm moving my money and closing account as soon as I can get access to it. SHOCKING customer service.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC I’ve been a customer of HSBC (UK) for nearly 30 years, but the latest round of branch closures is the final straw. I’ll be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. There are still excellent branch networks across the UK, sadly not the case with HSBC.

Absolutely shocking service from @HSBC_UK blocked access to my account, can't help online, won't pick up the phone, 45mins waiting in a call centre queue got disconnected twice and when finally got through they hung up on me!! Fuming! #yourcallisimportanttous CLEARLY NOT!

@HSBC_UK my app isn’t working and I need to log on to online banking but I think that requires a code from the app. What can I do? I live abroad. Have an old iPhone and wonder if this creates a problem with the app.

@CllrJamesDawson @HSBC_UK They won’t be able to. You ‘we’ as retail customers dont make enough money to justify this service. When we pay so little, we receive the same. Like so many things we use. PayPal have a branch? Facebook? Microsoft? Google? eBay? Amazon? New world.
