  Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK Having ordered a new secure key (the old one got deactivated for no good reason and couldn't be reactivated) I'm now told that it can take up to 7 working days to get to me. Leaving me 11 days without being able to access my account. I think it's time to switch bank.
