Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! π€¬

Lingmell (@T1mbuktwo) reported@HSBC_UK I am 50 years with HSBC. Just had some issues. Rang to fix an appointment to visit my local branch. Call centre individual hung up on me at 19.25 this evening. Cannot believe the way I am being treated. Time to finally close my account and move on.
