@HSBC_UK I’ve been more 2 hours on the phone with the customer this morning trying to understand why I could not pay and I was told it’s not our fault , it’s the merchant’s or apple’s pay faults !!! Deplorable and pitiful

@HSBC_UK Every single time I login to the mobile app to make a payment to Ovo, as soon as I touch the line for my reference no. it crashes and logs me out. It’s updated. I’ve paid it another way but you need to sort it out, thanks
