  Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

  @HSBC_UK sort put your services ! Your app is diabolical and like a gamble if you can access your account or not ! Your login page has been frozen for days, and your photo ID krap is a joke ! ive had eye surgery ( im sick as hell ) and I cant even pay for eye drops !!!!!!!!!

  @HSBC_UK plz help . I have lost my card and am trying to log into online banking to get a new one issued but can’t remember my details - to reset it asks for details I don’t have (sort code etc - which are on my card!) plz help me get some way of accessing my account

  @HSBC_IN @HSBC @HSBC_UK Absolutely ridiculous service from HSBC. Despite informing well in advance, I’m told: “Due to unavailability, we will not be able to service.” What’s the point of paying for a premium travel card if promised benefits fail ? Pathetic customer experience.

  @HSBC_UK your mobile banking app is not working properly, it lets me scan my thumb to log in and then freezes? I’ve since deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s still doing it! Also what will you do with pictures of myself and ID I had to provide to set the app back up???

  @HSBC_UK HSBC asking me to click links sent to me by email is exactly why we are in this mess. I dont click links sent to me by email. If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK push notifications for the app are no longer working I’ve tried switching them off and back on again Still not working Frustrating not to know and keep an eye when money is going on and out

  @upsteve1 @HSBC_UK Look At my post I have had the same issue! Shocking the way @hsbc are now wasn’t like that when I started banking with them many years ago!
