  @HSBC_UK The latest HSBC UK app is non functioning and closes. The last version malfunctioned and was extremely slow, but at least I could view my accounts, unlike the latest update which renders the app useless. I will have to switch banks in order to do mobile banking!

  @HSBC_UK Thanks for getting back to me. It’s Firefox. Initially site loads fine, can enter username but click continue and the /security page will not load.

  @HSBC_UK for 2days, I've been trying to resolve 2 instances of disputed transactions where goods have not been received. Yesterday was a complete waste of time due to technical issues your end; today's efforts equally futile due overseas call centre staff lack of understanding!

  @HSBC_UK sort out ur customer service please. I’m on the phone 2 mum who’s currently having a panic attack because of ur idiot staff & managers, who r pushing people 2 go online, & not use the actual people. U can’t just push people to do what they want, to please u 😤😡🤬

  @HSBC_UK - awful telephone service from business banking. 45 mins to get through (we were in a HSBC branch). Trying to sort a dominant charity account. Nothing charitable about HSBC. Awful service! Colleague still on the call! What happened to dealing with ‘a person in a branch’?

  @HSBC_UK sort out your bloody service. I have been on the phone since 2pm and currently holding -been passed from piller to post trying to make one credit card transaction - absolute joke of a firm!!

  @HSBC_UK Why are your branches now only open 9.30-4.30 on weekdays? I can take my money to @MetroBank_Help who are open 8.30-6.00? As a working person, I now can’t go into branch at all? @MetroBank_Help are open later on a Sunday than you are Monday-Friday! How is that right!?
