Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Will be looking to move bank ASAP, people can't even pay there Direct debits. And you expect us to "try again in a bit" yeah that's fine and well except now half of the payments needed to be paid are late and down to you as a bank to fix it. Not our responsibility to "try again"

@HSBC_UK Getting error code API_103, waiting half an hour for a reply on being unable to load my accounts, now I can’t even load the log in page! HSBC App checker says there’s no problems with online banking?? No access to info, accounts, funds, card payments or information. Poor.
