Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@WhatTheTrans @HSBC_UK Sorry to you’re getting this crap again! I’ve been with NatWest and never had any issues from name change to making general enquiries, they’ve been great. Maybe move away from the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation

@HSBC_UK Chris - thanks for your reply but I don't see how the customer escalation team can help aside from resolving the known problem with the app. I see communications suggesting its fixed but I can assure you this is not the case. The lack of proper communication on this is very bad.

@WhatTheTrans @HSBC_UK I had to register my voice for my bank recently (Santander). Only problem is, I'm 8 months on T and my voice has only just started dropping, meaning within the next 6 months (roughly, hopefully), my voice is gonna get a lot deeper and likely won't be recognisable. Scared ngl

@HSBC_UK @MrASingh @gratitudeinart Why don’t you team up with some people who can answer the phone on your business banking phone line? Maybe that might be an idea? Was kept on hold for 1hr 40 mins and then the bloke was “short” with me. As a bank you are a disgrace in terms of customer service. Businesses beware!

@HSBC_UK you block a payment to my insurance when there are plenty of funds on my account. I call you TWICE and still can get no reason why&no fix Now I’m risking to lose my insurance and mess my credit score for YOUR missed payment.Ridiculous! Fix it now!!!

@HSBC_UK Is the iOS 12 problem fixed yet. If not, when ? I’m really finding this so inconvenient. We are persuaded to do online and mobile banking and then we are stuck when it doesn’t work. My nearest branch is 20 miles away and I have mobility issues.
