@HSBC_UK My 87 yr old mother-in-law has today tried to order a chq bk over the phone. Had to wait over 30 mins and then the Indian call centre couldn’t understand what we wanted. Appalling service. She put the phone down crying as she needs Chqs for Xmas presents. DM me please

@RalphHosier @HSBC_UK I had to call their customer 'service' a couple of months ago and found them very adept at hanging up. When they find out you're complaining you get "I cannot hear you! I cannot hear you!" and then they end the call

@HSBC_UK applied for a current account 16th nov. SMS said up to 10 days it’s now passed the Switch date I asked for. You advised to call to update an address which I have but I still haven’t heard anything about my new account? Surely it doesn’t take this long for a new customer?

.@HSBC_UK now convinced its not possible to transfer $CAD btwn HSBC Global Money & Canadian Bank (CIBC). Have spent 12 hours trying, but HSBC App refuses entry of Canadian A/C Details. Global Money Support is missing, the GM Team never answer phone when transferred to them.
