    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming at your disgusting customer service. Mon 11th promised call with 24-48hours after waiting 2 months to open an account for my daughter. And your online chat agents are rude, and just tell me I'll have to wait.. Til when????

    @HSBC_UK Hey! So I've just moved to the UK and I opened a HSBC premiere account before arrival (Using my Indian Premier account). Went to the bank today for them to only take my ID/Address verification from employer and ABSOLUTELY NO INFO on when I'll get access to account. Help.

    @HSBC_UK absolutely fuming.froze my business account due to safeguard even though I sent relevant info in dec2020 with no other reply.customer for 34 years!!!!

    @HSBC_UK Trying to book an appointment to sort out my mobile banking (which isn't working). Local branch is Barnet - try to get an appointment online for any date, and it says nothing is available (20 mile radius). What's going on?

    @HSBC_UK 1 hour 20 minutes waiting. No point in making a formal complaint as have done every time I call up. So many great AI customer service tools out there, invest in proper infrastructure. Improve capability of website too and cut down need to call.
