    @HSBC_UK I can go to the gym, have a haircut, go to the library, go to the shops etc. But I can't make an appointment with HSBC because it isn't safe apparently. But I can walk in off the street and staff might be able to help me! Please explain. Santander are ok to book.

    Have had the worst experience with @HSBC_UK mortgages. Completion delayed twice now because of their slow response and conflicting advice. The whole chain is now seriously at risk due to their delays. Terrible service! 😡😡😡

    @HSBC_UK child turns 18 and still can't access and close child trust fund. Apparently passport, letters from HSBC are not proof of identity WTF.

    @HSBC_UK I've paid for concert tickets in 2019 through my HSBC Current A/C. This concert is now cancelled and the refund has been returned to the original card. Unfortunately the HSBC A/C is closed and Ticketmaster are advising that you will still hold the monies. Please help!

    @HSBC_UK Android version is 10 HSBC app is 2.37.0 I updated the webview after receiving a text from HSBC saying there were issues with app. I went on your Twitter and saw message from march 23rd "a fix that requires to update webview to version 89.0 etc" Do u mean chrome on my phone ?

    My father in laws @HSBC_UK card has been sent in the post (6th March) and not received. He’s since moved home, his daughter is now named on the account and yet 45 minutes online chat and 8 mins on the phone (on which she was hung up on) can’t cancel the card and issue a new one
