    Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK You really are going to the dogs. Recently e have had several problems with our service. This evening I wanted to edit a payee and could not manage the change so thought I’d email securely but oh no that facility has been removed. Use chat! Will look into alternatives

    Blimey @HSBC_UK you don't make it easy ! As a @firstdirecthelp customer I wanted basic info from you that can't be found online. Rang both non-HSBC & existing HSBC numbers..pls enter sort code (how do you have a sort code if you're not a customer?). I'm about to go elsewhere..
