    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Just like British Airways, customer service is non existent now. Sad as used to be a great bank which cared about customers.

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I left them in 2013 for similar reasons! Their internet banking was rubbish and trying to speak to a person face to face was impossible unless you wanted to make an appointment several weeks in advance!

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK First Direct is part of HSBC but they consistently rate best for customer service plus you get £120 if you join!

    @HSBC_UK if you are thinking of banking or investing - I would warn you that they will steal from you and have a thousand excuses why for some reason a bank can’t access money.
