@HSBC_UK made a balance transfer request on 7th October. Balance transfer value request debited to HSBC card balance but no payment made to 3rd party credit card. No help from HSBC.

I have been informed by @HSBC_UK that I can’t access my business account because a guy called rohit rizwan has taken the day off so he can’t remove the restrictions. I was told that there is no back up. Hopefully rohit doesn’t die this weekend. I could really do with the cash
