Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

HSBC Servers are down for online banking but their online help is great! It says "Log in to Online Banking to Chat about your problem". Brilliant. @HSBC_UK

Am getting a GSA Error and can't get into my @HSBC_UK account on PC or Mobile. It seems this is not the first time... What's going on?

@HSBC_UK customer experience improvement suggestion. When I have to re type the pin, clear it, don't assume I'm going to hit backspace 6 times. Also don't require I tap enter, and tap submit too. That's just #friction.

@JanusHuw @HSBC_UK The circular logic of big business, and calling on the phone just puts you through to someone in another country, who barely speaks English, cant understand your problem, and is likely to try to use the same help services you are trying to use. Kinda typical really.
