Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Just a huge let down as every other major banking app runs on the Beta with no issue, so it is clearly stable enough to be secure (not to mention HSBC ran historically on previous iOS Beta versions). Unable to roll back so locked out of my accounts until a physical key arrives.

@HSBC_UK Do I need photo I.D if I needed to close my account down after 34 years? I'm still needing help regarding doing online banking. I don't drive, not got a passport. Work photo I.D refused even though it has been cleared by DBS Told to call you, but how do you know it's me?

@HSBC_UK I was trying to respond to a letter from HSBC with a telephone number quoted on it for the bereavement line which didn’t work. I have since resolved the issue myself

@HSBC_UK @pantarei8914 Ios 15 Public Beta was launched some time ago. What exactly is the problem? Does the app have an 'if os = beta then dont run' bit of code? The final (nonbeta) release of ios15 isnt likely to be until Sept!
