@HSBC_UK dear sir I had applied for credit card month ago but still application is pending and your customer support has no records of that !! Please clarify on status .. I know you work slowly but this agonising slow is hard to imagine !!

@HSBC_UK some early promise on that call but 2hrs on the phone to you (mostly on hold) you still haven’t been able to provide me with the basic financial service I asked for. You can’t even respond in a timely manner on your DMs. Should dealing with you really be this difficult?

@HSBC are blocking foreign transfers between HSBC accounts. I tried to transfer from @HSBC_HK to @HSBC_UK and was informed there is a country level block.

@HSBC_UK get your act together, I understand your callcenters are outsourced to India and the Philippines but waiting for 20min urea, then get diverted 3 times with a simple issue and got disconnected when they tried to transfer again to another department! 35min wasted!! #angry

@HSBC_UK shocking service from your Sutton Coldfield branch. Told to come back with the correct documents for my son which we did for then to be told at 4.10pm they couldn’t do a simple transfer as they closed at 4.30 although it’s say 5 online. Rude unhelpful staff!

Someone known to me rang @HSBC_UK to talk about #FinancialAbuse as they have adverts up everywhere that they will help. After a long phone wait HSBC immediately tried to put on a debt repayment plan.Without removing the ex partner.Whats worse than abuse is empty promises of help
