Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@dcsymonds @HSBC_UK It's a phone banking password for our mortgage. Apparently it has to be done over the phone or (if someone at HSBC screws up) via the post. I've been fed lie upon lie by the @HSBC_UK customer service agents. I'm on hold again and told a completely different story yet again.

@HSBC_UK Do the International Payments Team actually exist? Serious question. Business Banking Help just tell me to ring International Payments Team, no other means of contacting them. Two weeks still chasing funds. Client fuming. The customer service @HSBC_UK is non-existent!

@HSBC_UK are you still having problems with the cheque scan function on the app? I hover my phone over the cheque to scan and nothing happens. Don't particularly want to drive and park just to go the nearest branch if it should be doable on the app
