@GottHarry @HSBC_UK @diegor The weird thing is the app worked fine. Then app was updated and it stopped working. Please give a definitive reply. Days had been given even weeks now downgrade! What is it please?!

@jez76uk @HSBC_UK Think the @HSBC_UK app team need to all be saying the same thing. At the moment everyone is saying different things. From an update this week from one reply to a few weeks from another reply. Each day is a different response. The app was working fine!

@HSBC_UK I'm just amazed that you would roll out an app update without thoroughly testing it to ensure it runs on the latest OS. As I said, the app is the only way to access my HSBC bank account, leaving me unable to check balance, make rent payments etc. Really poor service.

@HSBC_UK **** hsbc app has been crashing for 2 weeks still not fixed yet. And the bullshit security key to access my own online banking on the website is not accessible because you can only get the key from the ******* app! Will be closing my account and going with Barclays.

@HSBC_UK It’s actually mad how slow this has been and your system is kinda broken cos you can’t bank on a browser without a code generated within the app. Massive amounts of improvements need to be made here. Useless
