Wow! I just spent over an hour on the phone, on hold for most of it, to @HSBC_UK trying to find out why a Telephone Security Number/pack has not arrived after 14 days only to be told it has not even been dispatched yet! Such poor service for new customers, account is 6 weeks old

@HSBC_UK for the third time I've been on the phone trying to reset my account security details so I can log in and view my account, and after 20+ minutes waits and a brief conversation with an operator, the line is disconnected. Please can someone contact me ASAP

Any help Stonewall would give to the homeless would insist on putting male '********' with women. Women would self exclude. So not only is Stonewall a shxtty organisation, it discriminates against women.
