Roger Cullingham 🇬🇧 (@thamesweb) reported@giridharan78 @HSBC_UK Today, 14 Sept, at 21.40, I managed to access my accounts on the iPhone app. HSBC haven't advised me that the problems have been solved(?) or apologised for the MASSIVE inconvenience or even bothered to advise that I might like to try the app again. Not good.

The payee bank is YOU and I have never had a problem making the transfer regardless what time of day or night I've done so. You have an error on your end.
