  Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

If this is the official twitter account, why cant you afford to pay for a check mark?   @HSBC_UK I don’t have my cards they where thrown away by mistake a few months ago. I wanted to do a credit transfer but I need my card details to login or to speak to anyone. I don’t have them, how can you help me?

  @HSBC_UK helping an elderly disabled neighbour report debit card hacking to your fraud line yesterday am was impossible. Guy on phone was useless. Then I took neighbour into his branch and guy there was fantastic. But if I hadn’t been around to take him? Shameful.

  @HSBC_UK can I raise a complaint about your gdpr team? They have sent emails asking for confidential information without providing proof of who they are. The email also has grammar errors and despite providing details to match me to my account 100% they say they can't.

  @HSBC_UK my father had an account with your bank in London, he passed away. I tried multiple times to file bereavement. Couldn't get in touch with an employee with no help from your side.
