@HSBC_UK Would be helpful to update your website homepage if there is an issue like we are experiencing plus also why not record a message on the contact phone lines informing customers there is an issue. Honestly so amateurish.

@HSBC_UK Card stolen 3hrs ago no services available with HSBC to report to or check account and I have no access to my account. This is a serious problem. HSBC are liable for any losses but still very inconvenient. Should have a contingency to cover this.
