Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK tried to make a payment from my debit account to pay for a purchase on my credit. Was given the error 'bank has been advised not to accept payment from payee'. The payee is literally your own bank? Is there a problem with the system right now?

@HSBC_UK @HSBC your colleague gave me wrong information and told me a transfer between savers account and current account isn’t counted as a withdrawal so I did that and now I’m told it is so I’m losing on a months interest of up to £35. Absolutely unacceptable service

@HSBC_UK here we going again. Son has turned 18, wants to set up online banking but firstly has to set up telephone banking.. M been on hold over 1hr now with the ear bleeding hold music. Your customer "service" is truly awful. Someone needs sacking for this debacle

@TideBusiness @HSBC_UK the owner of this bank account sort code 40-11-92 Acc no 35456134 stole our money on 02/01/23 via remote access takeover. Tide has no phone number and inferior security. Do not bank with this company. They are not even a bank.

Brilliant service from staff in the Ross branch... however, closing all my local branches & unable to provide me with a tablet despite what your press releases say is somewhat narrow-minded & is a form of financial abuse forcing me to do something I'm opposed to. @HSBC_UK

Can you help please @HSBC_UK I have never found such an unhelpful online banking system.Trying to pay credit card from another bank and can’t see how to do it anywhere. Direct debit payment from another bank showing going out but not going into account & I’d like to pay bit more.

@ZaidPatel90 @HSBC_UK 25 days later and the online service I need is still ‘temporarily unavailable’. Have DM’d the bank but obviously this won’t be resolved until next week now.
