@HSBC_UK All I want is a quick and reliable service from a bank I’m banking with! I think I will waste my time on looking out for a new bank with better and quicker customer services, rather than explaining what’s my issue cuz seems like you didn’t get it anyway!

@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

@HSBC_UK this is my second tweet/call for help . Our business bank account has been suspended as we made a refund to a customer. We have called 4-5 times, we have emailed. No reply !!!! Our employee’s salary is due to be paid tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

@HSBC_UK I am locked out of my online banking. The advice online is to enter via the website but I need a secure digital key for this, which I don't have as I am trying to set it up on a new phone. I can't phone as you want a telephone PIN and I haven't used one for 15+ years.
