Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK my wife bought an iPhone 13 and the app is not allowing her to activate mobile banking. We even tried via getting a code posted to our address and still didn’t work. Is this a known issue? What can we do?

@HSBC_UK my Dad has been waiting nearly 6 weeks for a new bank card. His bank is 11 miles from his home and he has to now make that journey each time he wants cash at the age of 75. He has tried calling and going into the branch. Can you help?!

@HSBC_UK Of course I can't log on to my account! Because my new physical secure key isn't activated yet, because I don't have an activation code! Don't you know that I need an active secure key to log on??!! Yr screenshot is no help at all, it gives me no idea where to find this action!

@HSBC_UK has there been any progress in the issues with the banking app? I am using iPhone SE with iOS 14.7.1 and still crashing. It’s limiting my ability to make payments and transfers and increasingly difficult.
