It's a shame that when @JohnLewisRetail decided to end the Partnership card relationship with @HSBC_UK they didn't sort out between them how to properly resource customer service. Frustrating delays on my credit balance and an idiot at the end of the phone. Yet more brand damage.

No joy with the bots on HSBC for a friend who is boiling with rage over an effort to resolve an issue. Repeated calls with ‘helplines’ and online have produced a big zilch. WTF! Customer service? Ha, ha! @HSBC_UK

@HSBC_UK And no DM facility….Perhaps someone could call the HSBC customer battering his head against a brick wall? Someone who perhaps is trained and can sort out the problem? Several calls on and passing from one person to another? Can DM you his phone number if someone can allow this?
