Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Hello, I’m trying to log on but after submitting my credentials the page displays nothing more than a “GSA Error” message. I've tried Edge, Chrome and iOS Safari... I've cleared cookies & caches... always with the same result. What can I do?

@HSBC_UK Thanks for the feedback, but I'm in a different region and any time I click the 'dont have my old device button' it gives a 'call us' message.. I'll have to sort it out some day, but this one is not HSBC_UK's problem

@HSBC_UK What on earth is going on with your call centres?!?! I cannot get through to anyone?! Yesterday I spent 2 hours on hold. Cannot activate my bank account, no access to my money?! Today I need to chase an error on my mortgage 35 mins on hold and I can’t wait any longer

@HSBC_UK unacceptable service in the Southend branch. All paying in machines broken & no counter service. Have a cash gift to pay in & don't want to walk around with. I used to work for HSBC & would pride myself on service but the staff can't do this when being squeezed like this

@HSBC_UK I’ve raised a complaint and told to call to activate my telephone banking to activate my bank card. I can’t! That’s my complaint! So from tomorrow I have no access to any funds and school uniforms to buy and I need to feed my children.
