@HSBC_UK Has got a new feature, if you receive £1500 into your account, you will get that money into your acc but can't use it for for next 48Hrs and they call the feature as transfer checking. Bad customer service. I think @BarclaysUK is a good switch from @HSBC_UK

Does anyone else have problems with @HSBC_UK honestly changed my bank they are so rude on the phone and loads of other things now chilling with a glass of wine after 2 hours sorting this bank out sort it out 🤬🤬🤬 goodbye #HSBC #Banking #goodbye

@BofA_Help Not sure who is worse you or @HSBC_UK but both completely useless. Folks don’t bank with either of these two! Customer service and communications are impossible/non existent.. there are better out there!

@NatWest_Help My 80 year old Dad was scammed out of £1200 and you’ve offered him no help. Last year a 34 year old friend was done the same way, @HSBC_UK supported her straight away. Simply terrible treatment of a customer who has kept his money in your bank for much of his life

Asked my friend to pay cash into @HSBC_UK, I gave her a paying in slip because the back says not to give my card to anyone. I work full time so I can’t get to the bank. When did they stop counter service? It’s getting more and more impersonal and customers don’t like that!
