Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK is the app or online banking service down? I’m getting “Service is unavailable” message when trying to log in online banking. Also HSBC APP shows “sorry there was a problem loading your UK account”, error code API_103
