Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

Well thank you @HSBC_UK for kicking me out of the mobile banking app and asking me to activate my digital secure key. I did, years ago. Out and about and unable to access my accounts.

@adidasUK help… just tried to place a website order which said payment failed yet transaction has gone through my bank account @HSBC_UK To add to the pain the items are on low stock and I’m desperate for them .. help! How do I get the money back or the order?!
