    @EstherRosanna1 @HSBC_UK @AskNationwide Yeah. I am so so stressed out about it & they just don’t care. 😔 Glad your husband hasn’t had issues since moving. That’s terrible! Why are banks so awful sometimes? This is people’s money!!!

    @HSBC_UK disgusting customer service today.5th phone call today in a 6 month period to sort out a fairly simple issue. Currently been on the phone to the most incompetent person, fir over 2 hours! Can’t put me through to a manager because they can’t help me either!

    @HSBC_UK ✨no✨ After being ignored on DM last time, and spending ages on hold, and on the phone, and on your website, I have finally closed my account and I’m not using HSBC again because it was awful.
