@HSBC_UK It has already been escalated. To add, the training of offshore colleagues is not the issue, it is the delay on the calls, the poor quality & goddam cockerels crowing in the background that is the issue!!!

For a bank that loves to claim it’s global, I’m looking at recent @HSBC_UK bank charges for transactions in France, Austria, Italy & Slovenia & it couldn’t be less global or customer focused if it tried, just stakeholder greedy & focused on covering legacy costs. Time for change

Hi @HSBC_UK we are only about 3 weeks away from iOS 16 and it appears your app is the only app in the world that even refuses to be opened at the moment. Everyone needs to know a time scale as to when they will be able to access their bank accounts again. Thanks
