  @Pollysymondson @HSBC_UK Had the same with Barclays (Business) last week. A high street bank with excellent customer service would be quids in. It's like the crystal maze at times trying to get to the right person you need to speak to.

  @HSBC_UK disgusting customer service today.5th phone call today in a 6 month period to sort out a fairly simple issue. Currently been on the phone to the most incompetent person, fir over 2 hours! Can’t put me through to a manager because they can’t help me either!

  @HSBC_UK I take it this includes problems such as it disabling fingerprint recognition without warning? It kept asking for a Digital Secure Key which I couldn't remember - that's why I use fingerprint in the first place!

  Trying to make an appointment with my bank. Website said to phone. Automatic phone service said to use the website. Thanks, @HSBC_UK, that's really helpful. 🙄 (Eventually managed to speak to someone and she was very nice, BTW.)

  @HSBC_UK my mother in laws android app keeps crashing. When she clicks the icon it just goes on a white screen then closes. Is this a known issue, or do you have a solution?
