Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

Fake and spoofed @HSBC_UK call again. Opened with “how are you Mr Jason” then line issues so hung up and no callback. Onto the next potential victim. When are phone providers going to stop spoofing? Surely it’s possible?

@MorganJ17347694 @HSBC_UK It NEVER works on Beta software! (well not for the first few updates!)... you'll have to roll back to IOS15 if you want to use the HSBC app!... I have this issue every year!

@HSBC_UK Hi Mauro, the biggest issue about this was probably the number of times he phoned and got shunted from pillar to post work no joy, being cut off on a few occasions and then having to call again and go through the whole process of explaining the problem again and again
