Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@SODASam_ @HSBC_UK @UKSAYSNOMORE Yes they do, and they can also control them after you leave by dragging you to (family) court for every little thing, or not paying child support, or making it hard for you to work, like through intimidation and lack of childcare.

@HSBC_UK it’s extremely frustrating to call your business customer service line to be told that waits are exceptionally long so I should conduct my business via your online banking service or chat feature. But when I try that am told I have to call you. Going round in circles.
