  Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

  @HSBC_UK All other banking apps are working with ios16 but again yours isn’t. You made the same mistake last year. Cant believe you’ve done it again. You should tell your customers in advance that you purposefully kill the app on launch.

  @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK So freaking annoying!! Can’t even access normal online web browser as @HSBC_UK have changed it to Digital Key ONLY which you need the APP for… you know, that APP that keeps crashing 😡 Almost like they don’t want you to access your own account 😡

  @HSBC_UK trying to do simple transfers and payments on business account but the "continue" button isn't working and account drop down menus aren't working so I can't complete either transaction. Any ideas? Ad-blocker disabled...

  What is the point of @HSBC_UK digital branches? I have to travel just to access MY money. A city the size of Sunderland should have a proper facilities. Looks like I will be moving on.
