    Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

    @HSBC_UK Do NOT use @HSBC. Their customer care is completely incompetent. Dealt with an agent who didn't understand a word I was saying and just blocked my account out of nowhere. Worst customer service ever. #BadService #HSBC

    @HSBC_UK You really are going to the dogs. Recently e have had several problems with our service. This evening I wanted to edit a payee and could not manage the change so thought I’d email securely but oh no that facility has been removed. Use chat! Will look into alternatives
