Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Not impressed at the supermarket checkout and get card not authorised Error on chip and pin. Online chat useless telephone not answered. Utter garbage excuse for customer service. And card still wont’ work. Totally and utterly pissed off right now.

@HSBC_UK contact centre are very unhelpful. I use to work in a contact centre and the service I just experienced was shocking. I don’t even bank with them and needed some assistance using a web portal. Like the woman didn’t even want to know. Absolute shocking.

I’ve just wasted 2 and a half hours trying to make one online, telephone OR mobile payment to my @HSBC_UK credit card from my @HSBC_UK current a/c but because of their ******* systems it’s proved impossible. I thought that remote banking was supposed to be easier?!! 😡🤬😤😖😠

@HSBC_UK having massive problems reaching your fraud line. 90 mins on hold yesterday, 1 hour today only to get cut off when I finally got through. Now starting again for the 3rd attempt. Is there a better time to call?

@HSBC_UK 1 hour waiting Time to answer the phone and still waiting. will happily change my bank over this, if telephone support is so problematic with you. Literally the bare minimum is having enough support staff working on the phones.
