@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I left Nat West when I couldn’t speak to a human and went to @firstdirect even though this is telephone banking their customer service is excellent and have now been with them for 22 years

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I’ve recently experienced HSBCs non-existent customer service. Hours spent being transferred from one department to the other trying to sort out a problem. Currently organising to bank elsewhere.

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I banked with them for years in fact i was a midland bank customer when HSBC bought it out I had a savers account which they recently closed I tried to open a current account and it was so hard to it was like they didn’t know who I was I went to @NatWest and open one in minutes!

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Was a Barclays customer for many years had similar bad service went to Lloyds-bank never looked back great service, an app that works and a human at the end of the phone cannot recommend enough @mouthwaite

@HSBC_UK @garethlewis1959 You need to step up @HSBC_UK the chain of mgs is not good. I've been banking with you for 20 yrs & in fairness you don't do anything for loyal customers. The service has changed a lot on reflection over the yrs...you don't actually offer a service, just a storage unit really...
