@HSBC_UK any idea when you'll be bothered to fix your mobile banking app? It's been crashing on load for over a week now yet there is no update or even basic comms to customers. Can't do any banking unless I'm prepared to phone a call centre. Genuinely appalled!

@HSBC_UK The email I recieved after opening an account details what I should recieve by post and also says: "If, you don’t get all three, please let us know"... there is no way to let you know if I didn't recieve my tel. banking securtiy number. I literally can't log in anywhere

Dear @HSBC_UK you have an appalling customer service desk for business customers trying to report fraud on their account … bounced around three departments … unbelievably poor … you will lose a customer very soon :(
