Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK had a bank account for many many years at this bank!!! Been on hold for well over half an hour!!! Then. The woman I got to speak to didn’t understand a work I was saying. Then put the phone down on me!!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Gosh @HSBC_UK your phone "helpline" is truely appalling. I've been on hold now for 2hrs & counting in the last 24 hours. You've cut me off twice & having got thru to an actual person you've just put me on hold again... Still I've only been a customer for 25+yrs. Why bother caring

@HSBC_UK For waiting over 1hr 10min I gave up. Tried several more times and now I am now waiting for a call back. I must say that the customer service is extremely poor, not enough branches and not enough staff!!

@HSBC_UK How do I restore a forgotten pin for a credit card? Your phone line is permanently busy, and the online banking site says to use the "chat" button which I have never found. Does this chat button exist? Thanks
