Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK so I sit waiting on the phoenas I still haven't received a new bank card, mine runs out next week, get through to a advisor and she puts the phone down on me, the app won't let me order a new card either, what am I meant to do, I cant sit on the phone all day

@HSBC_UK feedback for you. When you take staff out of branches to run digital ‘pop-up’ days in local libraries,that must only engage with 1-2 people at best, you are actually providing a poorer service in the branch as less staff are available.Less PR and more common sense please

@HSBC_UK if you know a branch is going to be closed why not update your website so customers don't make completely avoidable journeys. Not my daughter's best experience for a potential new bank! Rochdale has a bit of paper on the door rather than your website being up to date!!

Hi @HSBC_UK your app isn't working on my phone and I can't log onto my online banking using a computer without also needing the app which is helpful. Looks like lots of people having app problems. Can you advise on when this will sorted?
