    @meganjherbert @WeDontHaveTime We need a law to stop big companies (hello @HSBC_UK ) refusing to support older App versions and only supporting Apps which run on newer models. My android 6 is perfectly fine thanks, so why can't companies keep Apps that work?

    Love how @chase_uk don’t charge for withdrawing cash via a @Chase ATM in the US - they treat you like you are a customer of the same bank! Shame @HSBC_UK can’t do the same (and offer better FX rates!)

    @HSBC_UK 1/2Your customer service is shocking. My daughter is recently back from Australia and trying to get a new card from her bank account. She took her passport and a previous letter from you with her address on it but the tiller would not let her access her account.

    @HSBC_UK almost impossible to open a children's bank account. Won't accept id online and when i go in branch they need the children who are at school and the branch only opens 9.30-2.30 Monday to Friday. How do i open a childrens account with you or do i go Halifax who are open 1

    @HSBC_UK spent nearly 2 hours trying to open a charitable account today. Went round and round with your online chat. Got cut off twice ! Stop don’t have an account and being told to ring tomorrow to arrange online appointment next month !! Laughable. Really shocking cust service

    @bankwithsmile It's only been 7 working days, so it's got until tomorrow. There was no point in you sending a replacement now - I've got my @HSBC_UK card and PIN, so I've transferred some money over to that account so I can actually get some cash, ahead of leaving you for good on Monday.
