Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Shocking service. Husband applied to switch his current account on 25th June- was told repeatedly when he phone everything was fine but there has been zero correspondence and no action to arrange the switch from the current account. We’ve now cancelled the application.

@iPoof @HSBC_UK I agree! Roiling back the to old version would be beneficial. I understand that the new iOS version is available to a few individuals but it causes massive issues when you rely on your online banking etc.

@HSBC_UK @iPoof To fix an issue for a version of iOS not supported by Apple (other than CVE updates) you’ve broken your app for users of possibly the most supported version of iOS. At month end, no less! Do you even bother to test your apps any more, or do you just fling them out?

@HSBC_UK The issue was to check whether I need to inform you I'm going abroad. This won't be an issue much longer - a long list of issues I have with HSBC means I'll be closing down my 17 year old account and looking elsewhere for my main account from now on.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_IN @MannDeshiOrg HSBC secretly closed 10's of London branches and secretly left branches has NO COUNTERS NOW, but HSBC proudly says branches has wi fi as a branch service. For 2/3 mln people in one part of London I found only 3 branches with a counter NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS!

@HSBC_UK How can I roll back to the previous version, 2.39.1 which was working on iOS 15. It seems your tech guys have deliberately blocked it on this latest version.
