Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Thanks Jack but I don't have time. Twitter is full of customers having issues with your online services over the last few days. Please look at the system logs and use the info to sort the problems out for us all. Application started today to open a new current account elsewhere.

@HSBC_UK today after 33 years a customer I've quit HSBC ..the continual poor service .. evasiveness of managers on hold for hours is appalling
