@HSBC_UK just tried & failed to set up online banking via call; asked to verifycouple of recent card transactions, which I obviously can’t as I can’t view my account online yet! I could verify Apple Pay ones listed on my phone but apparently that’s not good enough. Awful system.

So apparantly Silicon Valley Bank has been bought out by @HSBC_UK. The same bank who decided to close down my account for no reason. Then 10 years later, I get an apology, and a £50 cheque in the post. You can't make this sh%t up.
