@HSBC_UK In my scenario you are controlling my finances. Non fault fraud on my card, now without new card for up to 6 working days + I’m on hold for the 3rd time after you transfer me to wrong dept or cut me off, or through to call centre with little English! New year>new bank!

@HSBC_UK Been locked out of my business account for two weeks now , been in the branch, filled in forms to reset security data, over 15 telephone calls and still can’t access! Haven’t been about to pay my staff their wages or pay our business bills!

@HSBC_UK Everyone know if increase oil and gas production prices will fall down and Putin don't have enough money for war in Ukrainia. Banking giant HSBC just opposite make sure prices are record high PUTIN have enough money for war said it would end financing for new oil and gas fields.

@vanillaweb @HSBC_UK Well said Paul. Ive had no personal contact from hsbc for years seems to be the business model digital automated contact only and uncompetitive savings rates unless you are a new customer At least banks with high st retail branches may offer some kind of personal service
