Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK I’m unable to reset my online/mobile banking password. After answering my security questions, I’m asked to generate a security code via my digital secure key, which I can’t because my old phone is broken. So I’m stuck, locked out of changing the password

@GreatStrides65 @HSBC_UK Even companies like BT have brought their customer service up to modern standards. I still don't know why HSBC is so poor, especially as they own First Direct who have the best customer service in the industry!

@actionfrauduk I was scammed by a person named Martin Robert using a fake company and a fake bank account in @HSBC_UK and i transferred 7500 € to buying his car but there's no car or mony at all, I'm living in Berlin and already submitted a report to @polizeiberlin thx for help.

.@HSBC_UK Could I suggest that as part of your 2022 strategy that the bank invests in more call centre and live chat staff. Trying to contact *anyone* is an absolute nightmare at present. You need more customer facing staff and you need them ASAP.
