@HSBC_UK internet banking has a bug for the Safari browser, worth mentioning to tech team. The website is accumulating data, 15gb in RAM and then crashes the browser. Same issue on other computers too.

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin If you want to help the homeless please partner with a reputable organisation rather than Stonewall, who misrepresent the law and undermine child safeguarding as well as the rights of women and - surprisingly - gay people.

@paullewismoney @HSBC_UK @nw_nicholas Was with them for years, long before they changed from being The Midland Bank to HSBC. Recently I received a small cheque out of the blue. In 2013 was really ill, & forced into redundancy. Their advice v poor. No support just piled on the charges. Definitely more clarity needed!

@HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin 76% don't but still need the same support or have we created homeless discrimination??

The easy solutions? 1 - Publish a callback number. When you call somebody, tell them to find this callback number for themselves by going to the @HSBC_UK website and then give them a code to dial in. Transfer the call directly to the right department/team/person.

Absolutely shocking that @HSBC_UK has no plans to update their app to iOS 15, 'for security concerns' when they operate in mainland China, and every other major UK bank has updated their apps to offer support to customers. This is why I use @Monzo for nearly everything now!!!

@theedijester @HSBC_UK @Stonewallhousin HSBC are already awful when it comes to ethicality so I'm not surprised to see them say such statements.

@HSBC You want us to put our retirement fund so it can be defrauded or laundered away, so we end our life a little quicker? You first need systems to properly protect your clients, and customer service to support them!! Especially @HSBC_UK
