Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK PLEASE, is there a way I can speak to someone in the UK?! I’ve been on to 3 different people over 45mins-they don’t understand my problem & there is such a delay on the call, it is impossible. I couldn’t hear one woman because of a bloody COCKEREL in the background!

What even is the point of being a @HSBC_UK customer anymore when all they reward you with is a culling of their branch network making it harder for you to talk to a human and assess your money. Yet another one of my frequented branches is set to close on the 25th.

@HSBC_UK It has already been escalated. To add, the training of offshore colleagues is not the issue, it is the delay on the calls, the poor quality & goddam cockerels crowing in the background that is the issue!!!
