    Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🀬

    @HSBC_UK Not sure why I'm a customer. Bring back the days of The Midland. Up to 70 days for an ISA transfer in? Nationwide. Mum's done in a day. Money sitting in my last bank's holding account. I'm earning NOTHING! Branch sent a complaint in April. 1 email. We haven't sorted it

    @HSBC_UK is there anyway of actually talking to someone to get access to my online/mobile banking outside of the 8pm cut off? Pretty poor that 24 hour help isn’t available.

    @HSBC_UK, do all your customer service staff tell fibs? Spoke to them on 30.3 and told I'd receive a call back in 5 working days. Today is working day 7, and obviously, no call has happened.

    @HSBC_UK And I can't login to my Internet banking cos my device (like calculator) is not working anymore. I contacted you guys via mobile number and complained but I was asked to send some documents for confirmation before they could unfreeze my account which I did... 2
