@HSBC #Netzero customer service more like. My fiance just wanted a letter printed for a rejected cheque and was told to go across London to another branch. Real enviromental. Your bank is awful seriously. @HSBC_UK any general thoughts?

@HSBC_UK Iphone 6 ios 12.5.5 when you click on the hsbc app it loads for about 10 seconds and crashes. please see alot of reviews on iphone app store with the same issue. Something needs to be done about this asap by the app developers

@HSBC_UK Hello. My current account opened on 19-Oct, received card on 22-Oct. Activated on phone on the same day. Made first deposit on 26-Oct. However I didn't receive Telephone Banking Security Number. Please assist. I need to access mobile banking.
