Every few months @HSBC_UK block my bank cards from #crypto exchanges which I have to painstakingly fix by calling their call centre in India. The same HSBC is eternally happy for me to blow hundreds each month on wine clubs, restaurants, pubs etc. Alcohol good Investing bad.

@HSBC_UK can’t believe my husband has been on hold to your fraud department since 6pm been cut off twice and had all his money taken from his account and you’re not even answering the phone. So no help. Shocking.

@HSBC_UK Why since Thursday am I now can’t use my Debit card online on many websites? So annoying. I have rung you and there is no block or fraud on the card and it still works in shops. You say it’s the merchants error but they are able to take my credit card to place a order?

@paulmcginty_gsy understand him even phonetically. Because I could understand him & verify the transactions, he was going to freeze the card unless I agreed to take the risk they were fraudulent. Disgraceful service from @HSBC_UK and has remained so consistently too
