Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK Can’t be ported across to the new phone. My security device was dead and I contacted BTB to get me back online. After many phone calls I was told the only way to sort it was to go to branch and they would help. They said they couldn’t as they didn’t have anyone that dealt with

@HSBC_UK Business banking. I was told to get a new security device in branch which I did. Because of this I didn’t receive a pin to access it. Every occasion since then I have failed security for BIB for some reason that I can’t be told. Therefore I can’t get online with BIB. I have now
