Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

It's more than 2 months now. Same as May, my July accelerated points are also not credited as per transactions. Pathetic HSBC

HINT: The app is already open 'cos I'm trying to apply for a loyalty cash ISA!! Gave up after 3 attempts. "A new way to log in" isn't perchance preparatory to government's scorned DIgitalID...?
