Ross Brown (@rossTheTwit) reported from Reading, EnglandTonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Joachim (@joachimnicolas) reportedAtrocious UX on the @HSBC_UK app. When you log on, you need to enter your DOB. The date widget has 3 spinners, for D/M/Y. BUT! It's set to disallow dates in the future, with each spinner restricted. So, today, 9/4/26, it's impossible to start entering a date like 31/12/80. 🧵1/n

Joe Langley (@langlineer) reported@HSBC_UK I am a long term customer that will be switching. Your customer service has gone off a cliff. Website, phone service and branch service are all inconsistent in multiple areas. Simply can't get some things done. Number of branches is awful. Can't get appt in branch.

Diane Hackney (@dithespy50) reported@HSBC_UK You don't know what my repeated bad experiences are so how can you apologise for them? The same problem happened in April, May & today. I was told in May the problem has been resolved but it hasn't. Repeatedly denying me access to my own money because of your errors is disgusting
