Pratik Bhongade (@mpratik02) reportedHey @HSBC_UK , can you imagine if someone needs to get a 6 months up to date bank statement for his account he needs to chat or call customer service, they raise a request and ask you to wait for 2 days, itβs been 5 days I asked for the statement and still waiting. It should a simple date filter in the app to get the statement, donβt you think so? I recon, I am bit frustrated now with this amazing service.
