Tonight I’d like to thank @Morrisons and @HSBC_UK for ruining my evening! Issues with paying at petrol pump led to my card being declined. Then I had to hang around the forecourt for an hour to get through HSBC customer services to unblock my card. Rant done! 🤬

@HSBC_UK after calling for weeks now, to get status on my card application and opening additional accounts, it takes more than 2 hours on phone with no luck. Worst part the Chiswick branch HSBC tells me nothing can be done, you need be on phone for up to 3 hours. Help @HSBC

@HSBC_UK hello! what's the point to have customer chat in your app, when its completely useless for the customers? You can't fix simple things there, you just basically give your customer services number and then you need to wait 1 hour to speak to someone?! this is joke!
